Like others said it's super noisy. And I'm a heavy sleeper. Avoid the southeast face of the building. Across the street is a rooftop parking lot that turns into Fast & Furious after midnight. Revving engines, motorcycle meetups, rooftop racing, etc... All right next to your window even if you're on a high floor. I called the desk at 12:30am to get moved. Even as a super Diamond member, it didn't work because they were at capacity. I asked what my next steps were because based on past reviews this clearly is a recurring issue affecting guest sleeping. And there are 100 additional guests on my side of the building tonight. I know I'm not the only one suffering. Me to the receptionist "So do I call the cops? Do you call the cops? Do you have the number for security? Do I go to the building next door and walk up 8 floors to the rooftop parking and start a confrontation?" I eventually decided to take photos out my window with my flash on, solely to catch their attention. It worked. They started flipping off and yelling at the Tru Hotel. After a few minutes they got spooked and sped off the rooftop. ... But this was the 3rd crew that night ... 2am... More motorcycles. LOUDER revving and MORE yelling. Yeah, not a good night's sleep. ... And again, this is coming from a heavy sleeper, so you know it's bad. Homeless people nearby, too. But that's just the nature of downtown Denver nowadays. Rooms were otherwise fine for a cheaper downtown hotel. Parking was $55. In hindsight I would have paid an extra $50 for a step up the ladder in the Hilton brands nearby.

I regularly stay at this hotel and it is for the most part, GREAT. Breakfast is awesome and the breakfast attendant is very kind. The front desk attendant Jakayla was extremely welcoming and helpful! Her happy and positive attitude was a great change of pace after dealing with a few well......less than pleasant staff members. My room was ok, the bed was great and comfortable, quiet all through the night, and the sheets and towels were clean. The body wash and shampoo was empty, hair in shower and sink, and floor obviously hadn't been cleaned from the last guest but I've stayed in worse rooms and overall my stay was enjoyable.

Super close to the 16th street mall and downtown. Fitness center was amazing and they have cold towels. Very pleasant surprise. We faced toward 15th street and our view was amazing! Denver pavilions are close. Breakfast was good. Go early as if you go late like anywhere the best stuff runs out. One down side. You pay for the room then outrageous pricing on the parking garage. We parked elsewhere because it was cheaper :/

Solid stay at the Tru by Hilton downtown Denver. The staff here have been genuinely next level, friendly, professional, and clearly take their jobs seriously. They were strict about security which actually got a little awkward since I was using my wife’s points account and wasn’t technically on the reservation. Totally get why the policy exists but not gonna lie, it ruffled my feathers a bit. Still, the team handled it with grace and kept things cool. The bar is a vibe, breakfast hit the spot, and the room was clean and fresh. At the end of the day this stay was a win, and the staff are the main reason why. Would roll through again no question.

Nice, clean, and simple rooms. Staff all seemed friendly, several close parking garages. We parked across the street and the fee was reasonable. Was close enough to walk to Coors Field. Fun bar across the street to play some pool and have a few drinks. Overall a good location to enjoy down town Denver. Would stay again.

I had a great experience during my 4-day stay. The staff was very kind and friendly. The hotel is very clean and modern and I like that the room didn’t have any smell. I also didn’t find any roaches which is super important to me. They were also very accommodating and let us storage our bags after checkout since our flight was at night and we wanted to explore more. I was also so glad we were able to get early check in as a hilton honors member. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Room was fine. Comfortable bed and working space. Shower water temp was pretty variable. Lobby has nice amount of space to chill or work, and a casual bar for evenings. Breakfast area was big and had lots of options. Staff were great including the valet. I do not recommend using the laundry service. I didn’t check pricing before thinking washing four pairs of underwear and socks and two tshirts would be one load with no dry cleaning or ironing. They charged me like $65!! I couldn’t believe it.

Great location for people in town for Convention or a Denver adventure. The included breakfast is perfect with a great variety of hot options. Walking distance to downtown spots and right by 16th street which is a nice walkable area with a Free Bus that constantly passes by. I don’t know if it’s the season, but very low activity/people in Downtown. The spots around town were nice but pretty empty which made us feel somewhat unsafe walking at night.

I came to Denver for my very first trip out of Texas and chose to stay here since I’d be solo the first 2/4 nights in Colorado. I really enjoyed my time here and would come back. The room was comfortable and the view was great. I loved that they accommodated me and gave me the top floor. Despite one of the rude overnight front desk attendant, the rest of the staff were very welcoming and made sure everything ran smoothly for me. Special shoutouts and honorable mentions to: Valets (Dylan, George, Daniel, Oran and Logan), Front Desk (Angel, Alyssa and Cristy). Each one of them were sweet and very helpful with all of my needs. Thank you for making my visit/stay wonderful.

It's hotels one of my favorites it's literally right downtown with walking distance from the convention center it's right down the street from the stadium meow Wolf is right down the street and a lot of other restaurants and fun things to do. It's also with walking distance from a bunch of bars if you're looking to bar hopping other than that it's it's really great and the staff is pretty good The rooms are really nice I got one on the top floor so that was awesome and it overlooks the whole city so if you're looking for really cool experience get one on the top floor. The rooms tend to be a little pricey depending on the time of year , but I always have a great time every time I go .
