Horrible experience. We booked this hotel because of all the good reviews, but it turned into one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. It’s after midnight, and my wife, my child, and I have been jolted awake over and over by loud thudding and banging coming from the room above us. We called the front desk multiple times, but the noise just kept going. When my wife finally asked if we could either get a refund or be moved to another room, the front desk completely dismissed us. Instead of trying to help, we were told that if we didn’t like the hotel, we could leave. To make things even worse, the employee threatened to call the police on us simply because we were asking for a reasonable solution. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I’m still trying to process how a simple complaint about excessive noise turned into being treated with such hostility. Absolutely shocking customer service.

I flew into Denver for a family reunion and booked this hotel for July 15th to 19th. This is a slightly older property that shows some signs of aging but it is very well maintained. The staff is overall excellent; friendly, responsive & accommodating. I arrived at the hotel an hour before I was scheduled to check in, I've been up since 2am flew into Denver at 9am, check in was 3pm, so I was a little weary to say he least. the Host said "no problem, your room that you reserved isn't ready but I'll upgrade you to a suite at no extra charge." Small gesture and I wouldn't mind if I had to wait till 3, but that gesture really felt life saving at the time because I could finally rest after spending all night traveling. The room: Comfortable, bright, clean and very well maintained. Bedding and towels were fresh and clean. Bathroom clean & well kept. The suite had a bedroom and separate living area, two huge TV's with tons of streaming options built in ( just scan the QR code and stream the services you are subscribed to under your account). My only gripe about my room would be the AC units which were kind of loud when running, but they did the job and kept the room cool as I wanted. Breakfast: I would rank it as typical as almost every other hotel that offers complimentary breakfast; powdered eggs or cheese omelettes, potatoes, sausage gravy, one protein of either sausage links, patties or bacon that rotates every day. Cereal, oatmeal, choice of bread, yogurt and fresh fruit, and a pancake maker. Juice is only offered for breakfast but tea and hot coffee are available all day. Location: excellent if your business is close to Englewood. Good variety of restaurants, two malls are in very close proximity, location is just off the highway and you could be in downtown Denver in about 20 minutes. The hotel is also close to a light rail stop which goes all around the city and also to the Airport. Overall: I would highly recommend this hotel because they provide an excellent value for the price and I would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Denver someday.

One of the best hotels for handicapped individuals. We had a spacious room for my wheelchair to move. BTW, the room smelled fabulous - so clean. We got in a little late and the night staff was very kind, even going so far as walking us to our room making sure all was well. We were here for a medical appointment, so yes, the location was perfect. The only downside is that the walls seem to be pretty thin.

My kids can’t stop talking about how much they love it here. May daughter (11) had this to say: I really like this place! You should come here! It was really nice to have the heated pool. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast is peak!!! I give this place 5 stars! (She also took these photos.)

The customer service was very friendly and the breakfast was great. They had a gym and indoor pool which I didn't use but seemed good. The bed was comfortable and the run was clean. The room didn't have any cups, just a sign that said they were conserving on plastic use. So in the middle of the night when I needed an Alka Seltzer I was out of luck unless I wanted to walk into the lobby in my pajamas. Also, the blinds were electric and the control was broken so the blinds wouldn't go all the way down. That made it hard to sleep past 5:45 when the sun came up. Finally, the bathroom didn't have a fan. Enough said. Overall it was fine but I probably wouldn't stay here again despite how nice the staff were

Stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites Englewood for 6 nights in April 2026. This was one of the best experiences we've ever had as far as all around comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, the staff was accommodating, receptive, and welcoming. The room had all we needed and housekeeping kept the room tidy and refreshed each day. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Nice staff here. Dryer was down when we arrived so had to bring suitcase of dirty clothes home. Didn't have time to go look for laundry place and hual kids there to do laundry. Rooms were good. Bathroom tub was peeling and sink was running really low. Food was okay. I would rate 7 stars for hotel for minor things. I love that staff was nice and friendly.

Outstanding quality and value! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff were kind and considerate about my room preference. They communicated with me prior to my arrival and paid close attention to my needs when I checked in. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room quiet. The bed and pillows very comfortable. I actually got my first 100 sleep score at this hotel! I also enjoyed a swim in the pool. Really, this hotel made a huge impression on me.

This hotel is gross. They tell you all the rooms are dirty at time of check-in (admittedly about 10 mins early) and say to sit and wait for one, but then forget about you until you have to say something again after sitting there forever. When they finally check you in, they put you in a connecting room with gross people having sex next door that you have to listen to. And you can't tell if your bed linen is actually clean or fresh and has even been refreshed. Plus, the floor at the entryway is absolutely gross and needs a deep mopping. I didn't trust even walking on it without shoes. Unbelievable! I'll never stay here again, and even the great, quality free breakfast (which I admit was very good, with a variety of nice selections!) won't sway me to.

My wife and I stayed here 1/23/2026 and on first glance of the room it’s nice but as you continue to look there’s no countertop inside the bathroom, it’s right next to the door. The tub was probably clean but looks gross… I don’t know what else to say about that. Both trash cans don’t have liners in them, you have to do it yourself which is weird. The bed and sheets are soft and cozy. The blinds are powered and nice, the entertainment center is nice. The breakfast is nice. The front desk was accommodating when asking for a late checkout. Here’s why this hotel angered us… we received a late checkout but housekeeping came 3-4 times that morning. It was an absolute nightmare. One person which was a man, knocked very hard and we had to yell to him that we have a late checkout and he said ok sorry and left. When I told front desk, she said I’m sorry and I put it in the system. That was it. I don’t know what I expected but I feel like something more should’ve happened. Overall, the place is worth the price but we are unsure if we’d stay again.
