Outstanding quality and value! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff were kind and considerate about my room preference. They communicated with me prior to my arrival and paid close attention to my needs when I checked in. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room quiet. The bed and pillows very comfortable. I actually got my first 100 sleep score at this hotel! I also enjoyed a swim in the pool. Really, this hotel made a huge impression on me.

This hotel is gross. They tell you all the rooms are dirty at time of check-in (admittedly about 10 mins early) and say to sit and wait for one, but then forget about you until you have to say something again after sitting there forever. When they finally check you in, they put you in a connecting room with gross people having sex next door that you have to listen to. And you can't tell if your bed linen is actually clean or fresh and has even been refreshed. Plus, the floor at the entryway is absolutely gross and needs a deep mopping. I didn't trust even walking on it without shoes. Unbelievable! I'll never stay here again, and even the great, quality free breakfast (which I admit was very good, with a variety of nice selections!) won't sway me to.

My wife and I stayed here 1/23/2026 and on first glance of the room it’s nice but as you continue to look there’s no countertop inside the bathroom, it’s right next to the door. The tub was probably clean but looks gross… I don’t know what else to say about that. Both trash cans don’t have liners in them, you have to do it yourself which is weird. The bed and sheets are soft and cozy. The blinds are powered and nice, the entertainment center is nice. The breakfast is nice. The front desk was accommodating when asking for a late checkout. Here’s why this hotel angered us… we received a late checkout but housekeeping came 3-4 times that morning. It was an absolute nightmare. One person which was a man, knocked very hard and we had to yell to him that we have a late checkout and he said ok sorry and left. When I told front desk, she said I’m sorry and I put it in the system. That was it. I don’t know what I expected but I feel like something more should’ve happened. Overall, the place is worth the price but we are unsure if we’d stay again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team at Holiday Inn Express Englewood, CO. From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine warmth, kindness, and an almost obsessive level of professionalism that made my stay truly exceptional. Regen, the manager, leads an outstanding staff, and it shows in every interaction. Joy, Shannon, Megan, Nikhil, and Cyril consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything in my suite was working perfectly and that every request; no matter how small, was handled promptly and graciously. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and sincere desire to make guests feel cared for transformed my stay into something truly memorable. This team doesn’t just provide great service, they create a welcoming, comfortable experience that makes you feel valued. I am deeply grateful to each of them and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality done right.

A Hotel does not have to be expensive to be a 5-star hotel. The Holiday Inn Express in Englewood CO would deserve a higher rating than 5 stars if there was one. I stayed there Nov 20-30, 2025. Rates were competitive. Every employee I encountered was exceedingly friendly and anxious to be helpful – not just helpful, but to make sure customers truly enjoyed their stay. This hotel is seriously customer oriented, and any issue was treated with a high level of immediacy. For example, I mentioned in passing a potential problem with an ice machine (didn’t affect me), and 15 minutes later a person was checking it out to make sure it was properly operational. It was fine, but they took the time to check it immediately anyway. The hotel is very clean throughout, restrooms adjacent to the lobby were clean and well stocked. I get up early and sit in the breakfast area. The lobby was well lit and coffee/tea service available 24/7. The lobby representative and Front Desk Manage (Joy) came to my table and greeted me every morning when she arrived and never failed to ask whether I needed anything. The rooms are spacious with (I think) 55-inch smart TVs. We had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee service. Shampoo, bath soap, etc., was provided in pump bottles for both the sink and tub. The room temperature was easy to control. Breakfast items (eggs, pancakes, biscuits/gravy, sausage, etc.) was tasty. Tables are kept clean – twice the owner was there bussing tables and greeting customers. How many hotels have you been to where the owner is present and highly visible? I was particularly impressed with the GM, Regen. She manages by being engaged in all operations and by example. Like the owner, she is highly visible to and routinely interacts with customers. The staff obviously likes her. With her leadership and an outstanding staff, the hotel operates like a well-maintained machine. I have family in the area and will definitely return to this hotel. Lastly, the hotel is conveniently located near I-25 and I-470, a large mall, IKEA (and other shopping), and many good restaurants. It is an excellent choice if you are visiting the Denver area.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the overall experience was good. The rooms are acceptable. The reservation was for 3 and there was no bedding initially provided for the sofa bed, so that was unfortunate. However, I ran into a Spanish speaking housekeeper who worked with me and Google translate to get me everything we needed and she was very helpful. The heated pool was a nice option to have when my family and I wanted to relax. Seeing that it was over the Christmas holiday, I was pleasantly surprised to have the full breakfast and most of the services you would normally have. The beds are a bit rough unless you like soft mattresses. Overall the price was worth the few things that weren't great. We are here till the 29th so if there is an update I will.

Completed renovated hotel. High ceiling rooms, with plenty of space. Best thing, at least 20 power sockets in the room, to charge your devices. Loved the stay. Every room has its own wifi router now. Bathroom tub is huge, great water pressure, huge bathroom overall. Only one problem, toilet paper holder is too near to seat. Good quality breakfast.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn Express!! The moment you walk in you’re welcomed with a clean eye pleasing lobby along with a happy greeting. I had called to have an early check in and my room was ready immediately! Our room was very clean, and the breakfast was amazing!! All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with everything! I’ve had a horrible experience in the past with a different Holiday Inn Express here in Denver and made me very scared to book with any other Holiday Inn Express but this location definitely redeemed my service and will definitely be returning, this will now be my go to hotel when visiting Denver!! This hotel looks nice on the outside, but on the inside it's not good. It needs some serious TLC. The elevator door needed our help to close, coffee station was messy, and not stocked, rooms didn't have everything in them, there was a half-eaten sandwich stashed under the sink the bathroom?? When we left early in the morning (5am) the hotel gsa was just chilling in the lobby on his phone. I just thought he was a guy and not an employee. We left the hotel feeling pretty disappointed.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part, the daily breakfast was a nice plus to start my days & the staff was amazing. The only issue was that I did not receive a room with a walk-in shower like their photos showed online. I asked the front desk if they had any rooms available with a walk-in shower that I could switch to but was told they only had wheelchair accessible rooms with showers. They in fact do not have any regular rooms with walk-in showers contrary to what they have posted. I did appreciate the desk agent Regan for trying to accommodate me the best she could - she needs a raise! In the mist of me having an anxiety attack, she remained calmed & we came up with a solution to help me the remainder of my stay. As someone who has bad anxiety & claustrophobia when it comes to regular tubs, I would’ve never booked this location to begin with. So if you’re someone who experiences the same, book elsewhere. If not, book! It’s in a nice location with plenty of complimentary parking. Suggestion: The property manager or IHG needs to remove the photos of the walk-in showers for their rooms because they are deceiving future guests!
