This was a rough stay. On Friday the hotel's water broke and we had no water. Apparently, from the reviews, this is the second time in a month for this to happen. It was 100 degreees, we had been walking outside and definitely needed access to showers and drinking water before our business dinner Friday night. The front desk was very nice, and tried their hardest to help by giving us access to a room on a lower floor, which had a trickle of water, but it was filled with dirt and grime. On Sat night we had a trickle of cold water to our room, so we took cold sponge baths, but again could not shower. This made our entire visit unpleasant and stressful. Two days at a nice hotel with no water is unacceptable.

While location is very good. The hotel needs more attention to hygiene and cleanliness especially in the shared spaces like elevators and lobby. The rooms need maintenance if not renovation. I cant call this room a Gym! Breakfast buffet is very good, but not internationally inclusive nor very healthy. My stay was for business so it was more than enough, but will never consider for leisure.

Hotel seems good on paper - ideal location across from Convention center and a Hilton brand (which usually means quality). Included breakfast and manager’s reception each night. Not so here. I had a horrendous experience the week of June 8th while here for a conference. There is construction all around the building, with the road and trolley tracks being torn up with loud bulldozing and jackhammering. Apparently the workers struck a water main, which resulted in no water at the hotel beginning at 5am. No functioning toilets, no showering, no washing hands. To their credit the hotel did notify me via text of the problem, but there was no solution in sight. After hours of no water, we were told it was restored late morning, but my room still had no functioning water until after lunchtime. Very difficult to attend a professional conference without showering, shaving, or looking/feeling your best. Then, although the water began flowing again around 2pm or so, the hot water didn’t come on. I spent a lot of time speaking to different reps (pulling time away from the conference) trying to figure out what was going on and when I could expect to be able to take a shower. I was told the staff didn’t know what was wrong but they were working on it. All afternoon and evening, still no hot water. This was a stressful and frustrating experience that should never have happened. I asked if they could move me to another hotel nearby that have functioning basic necessities like water, and was told I was welcome to find one and check out early with no penalty. Ummm excuse me but this is your problem that you all need to solve, not mine! Eventually the hot water returned as a slow trickle late in the evening, thankfully. As if that weren’t enough, the next day, all 4 elevators went out of service at the same time. They were non functioning for at least 4+ hours. Being on the 11th floor, this was beyond inconvenient. I expect more from a bargain cheapo hotel, let alone from one under the Hilton banner. Shameful. Aside from those incidents, the room itself was average at best, and the bathroom had peeling wallpaper and pretty basic amenities. Because of this negative situation, the hotel offered an “elevated” happy hour with some food (which I wasn’t able to go to due to conference meetings) and some Hilton Honors points (which I still haven’t received). This was so insufficient and didn’t even come close to making up for this horrible experience. I would never stay here again, and recommend you find other hotels in the convention center area given the ongoing construction here and the inability of this staff to quickly and efficiently solve problems.

Stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center during our Denver trip and had a wonderful stay. The downtown location was perfect for walking around the city, exploring nearby restaurants, and enjoying the energy of Denver without constantly needing the car. The suites were spacious, clean, and comfortable, which was especially appreciated after long days out adventuring. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the made-to-order omelets were honestly one of the highlights of the mornings. ?? Stayed the night after watching the Faulty Towers Dinner Show which was hilarious! The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the evening reception added a fun, relaxed atmosphere at the end of the day. Bonus points because somewhere during breakfast, two very suspicious pizza-loving cat detectives may or may not have started brainstorming clues for their next case… ??? Would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Denver!

Breakfast is great as well as the chef who makes omlets. Which is why service at least receives a 1 star. The rooms are spacious but furniture is dated and worn. Even the door to room needs painting. I requested towels from housekeeping, an hour later no towels called back again. Operator stated would request for them to be sent urgently. Twenty minutes later still no towels. I spotted the housekeeping cart and retrieved towels myself. At checkout, front desk asked about my stay and informed her of the incident. She offered 10,000 points for the inconvenience.

I had a great experience at this hotel, so I had to write a review! Mainly because the breakfast was amazing and the omelette chef could not have been funnier. It includes a lot for a complimentary breakfast in the morning! My company put me in the Suite which had a pretty view of the city and small separate room. Overall, it felt like an apartment! I wish the cleaning service came by every day but there are so many floors to the hotel and it’s way bigger than you would imagine. The front desk is very nice and helpful. Service was great, including the bar and restaurant staff. Overall, everything was great. It was very busy when I stayed there so a little hectic with the elevators and moving about the hotel but I recommended this place for anyone looking to venture around the city.

We stayed at the Embassy for a weekend with my family. Great location, easy to walk around to shops & restaurants. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. Very nice breakfast in the AM and a plus was the evening complementary happy hour & snacks!! Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a work event. It is one of the fanciest places I have gotten to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were almost overwhelming, and the omelet bar chef was cheery and fun! I hope I can go back soon.

Directly across from the Convention Center in downtown Denver. The location was within walking distance to area attractions. The only reservation was daily price for valet parking-$67. The room(s) with mountain views was nice. Interior decoration of the room(s) need to be refreshed or updated. My wife and I frequently choose Embassy Suites when we travel and have experienced more modern settings than the Denver downtown location. Breakfast was spot on with a nice array of options. As always, the happy hour cocktails were pretty damn good. Travel experience.

?????????? I’m currently here for a four-day stay in downtown Denver and wanted to give a special shout-out to the front desk team—Mel and Teresa. Both have been incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly, and it truly shows how much they care about the guest experience. The hotel has a great team overall. Breakfast has been excellent—the chefs are preparing delicious, fresh, made-to-order omelets for guests each morning, which is a great touch. The food is fresh and well organized. The linens and sheets are clean and well maintained, the coffee area is always tidy, and the rooms are large, spacious, and comfortable with beautiful city views. The beds are especially comfortable, and the downtown location is ideal. Big appreciation to the entire staff, and a special thanks again to Mel and Teresa for being so proactive and helpful. Keep up the great work—I’ll be sure to share this feedback with leadership.
