The Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center offers a convenient location near downtown attractions and the convention center, with a complimentary happy hour and breakfast. Guests consistently praise the friendly staff and spacious rooms, but some have noted issues with room decor and outdated facilities.
We stayed at the Embassy for a weekend with my family. Great location, easy to walk around to shops & restaurants. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. Very nice breakfast in the AM and a plus was the evening complementary happy hour & snacks!! Would definitely recommend.
Stayed here for a work event. It is one of the fanciest places I have gotten to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were almost overwhelming, and the omelet bar chef was cheery and fun! I hope I can go back soon.
Directly across from the Convention Center in downtown Denver. The location was within walking distance to area attractions. The only reservation was daily price for valet parking-$67. The room(s) with mountain views was nice. Interior decoration of the room(s) need to be refreshed or updated. My wife and I frequently choose Embassy Suites when we travel and have experienced more modern settings than the Denver downtown location. Breakfast was spot on with a nice array of options. As always, the happy hour cocktails were pretty damn good. Travel experience.
?????????? I’m currently here for a four-day stay in downtown Denver and wanted to give a special shout-out to the front desk team—Mel and Teresa. Both have been incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly, and it truly shows how much they care about the guest experience. The hotel has a great team overall. Breakfast has been excellent—the chefs are preparing delicious, fresh, made-to-order omelets for guests each morning, which is a great touch. The food is fresh and well organized. The linens and sheets are clean and well maintained, the coffee area is always tidy, and the rooms are large, spacious, and comfortable with beautiful city views. The beds are especially comfortable, and the downtown location is ideal. Big appreciation to the entire staff, and a special thanks again to Mel and Teresa for being so proactive and helpful. Keep up the great work—I’ll be sure to share this feedback with leadership.

There are several reasons why I always look for Embassy Suites wherever I go. But the experience here beat them all. Front desk staff are very friendly. A special mention of the front desk manager Cora. There were two things that stood out to me. One, we were there during Christmas week and she arranged an activity everyday for the guests till the Christmas Eve including photos with the Santa. I have stayed at many ES before during Christmas week and never seen anyone go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. The second thing to mention was that there was a small hiccup with the room assigned to us, when I told them, they changed rooms right away and also sent a beautiful gift with a sorry card which was such a sweet gesture. Will never forget my stay here. Rooms were great with beautiful views of the mountain. Breakfast and managers reception were both awesome. Highly recommend this place.
Beautiful hotel with stunning views and very close to ball arena, civic center, and coors field. Unfortunately you do have to pay for parking separately and it's not cheap. The pool area is full of children and there is no hot tub or spa. Exercise room is small but decent. Breakfast was definitely the best part!
We always try to stay at an Embassy Suites anytime we travel, and this one didn’t disappoint. Our rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were friendly. Their breakfast is always a hit. They had a variety of options we could choose from. The only option for parking you have is valet, and that is $60 per night. This hotel is about 30 minutes from the Denver Airport without traffic, but it is in a good location if you are doing anything in Denver.
Make sure you lock down your hotel room door latch!!! The hotel venue was nice. However, I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel I checked in and got to my room 1916. I had locked the door with the door latch. I was settling into my space and turn on the tv and a male employee opened the door. i was mortified and frightened as i was not expecting this to happen. Luckily the door latch prevented him from coming into the room. I did not allow him to come in. I asked him what he was doing and i don't think he could speak english. he had a cart with sodas. and i said, "no i don't want anything." "why did you barge into my room?!" he did not answer me. following that i said, "don't ever do that again, you need to knock!" The next morning i checked out of the hotel. The shower was a bad experience, the tub was clogged and water was not draining. I took a shower and stood in a tub that had standing water that would not drain. it was so gross. I told the front desk and all she said was.. "ok i will let engineering know. " that was it.
?????????? Embassy Suites is truly one of my favorite places to stay in Denver! From the moment I booked, everything was smooth and welcoming. Alexis, who helped me with my reservation, was absolutely amazing—friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The level of hospitality from the entire staff is top-notch. Every stay feels comfortable and cared for. I’ll definitely be returning!
