The Four Seasons Hotel Denver consistently receives high praise for its exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and prime downtown location. Guests frequently highlight the attentive staff, beautifully designed rooms, and convenient access to Denver’s attractions. However, recent reviews have raised concerns regarding inconsistent service levels, cleanliness issues, and occasional operational difficulties.
This was my second time bringing family to the Four Seasons in Denver. I felt the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room was excellent, service was great. The hotel is dog friendly and we brought our little puppy who seemed to enjoy as well. The gym was clean and the spa was nice and relaxing. Would recommend. Though we did not end up having time to eat there so cannot comment on that part.
My 3 nieces decided to stay here for our daughter's wedding 2 weeks ago instead of the hotel at which we had a block. Their mother had picked it out as she was supposed to go with them. Very sadly my sister died quite unexpectedly 5 weeks before the wedding. My husband took 3 welcome bags to the hotel with some special gifts in them in memory of my sister. He was met with what he described as disdain and arrogance, but he tossed it off as perhaps a reaction to his t-shirt and shorts. When I laughingly told one of my nieces about this, she said oh my gosh, the woman at the desk was super snotty to us also. My niece said when she asked for the welcome bags she was told by us would be there, the woman twice replied that there was nothing back there, not bothering to ask further questions or even look. Finally when my niece insisted that there were some items waiting for them, the woman deigned to go back to check. She brought the small box containing the bags to the counter, set them down and walked away without a word. Wow. Now at the Fairfield Inn on Wyandot St., a hotel where the rooms were at least half of the price of the Four Seasons, the guests were met by Orlando and his staff with nothing but helpful good cheer. Great service with smiles. Needless to say we love Orlando and the Fairfield Inn, whereas we can do nothing but shake our heads at the staff at your hotel who treated my sad and grieving nieces as though they were not deserving of decent service.
We've stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, and this place truly stands out. Every employee we encountered was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, from the pool attendants, pool server, bartender, shuttle driver, and valet to the front desk team, room attendant, and room service staff. I'm not sure how you managed to get an entire team so consistently on point, but you've done something special. Congratulations to the entire staff and management team. You have created an outstanding guest experience, and it shows in every interaction. Without a doubt, this was the best service we've ever experienced at a hotel.
If you’re looking for a truly high-end hotel experience in Denver, this place is exceptional. From the moment you arrive, the level of service feels personalized and attentive, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches that make your stay feel special. I especially enjoyed the balance of city elegance and mountain charm; this location brings a relaxed yet sophisticated vibe that’s perfect whether you’re visiting for business or a getaway. The on-site amenities, from the dining options to the spa and pool, all live up to what you’d expect from a luxury property. Overall, it’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Colorado, great for anniversaries, celebrations, or just a truly elevated stay.
The Four Seasons Denver is located in the heart of Denver. Perfect for those visiting the Center of Performing Arts. The guest experienced began as soon as we pulled up. Valet was kind and helpful. Isabelle was so friendly at check in. We were upgraded to a corner room. The Four season's reputation for cleanliness and comfort were not exaggerated. The waterfall shower and soaking tub made for a fresh start to my afternoon. The bed is so comfortable I began to shop for one of my own. The Edge Bar was busy, but my service did not suffer for it. There I ordered a sampling of handcrafted cocktails and deserts. 100 percent recommend the apple cheese cake. The elevated service combined with great location and amazing bedding makes the Four Seasons an experience that you will enjoy.
My husband and I often travel to Denver and we always choose to stay here when we do. The last visit we had, was the last week of 2025. We arrived on Sunday evening and pulled in to valet, where we were promptly greeted, and asked if we were checking in. They diligently asked if we needed our luggage taken to the room and provided the valet ticket to us. I walked in to check in at the front desk where I was kindly and professionally greeted. They kindly upgraded our room without question and it was a fabulous treat. Thank you ? We went to our room, settled in, and our luggage was minutes behind us. The room was clean and cozy as always, and it had a wonderful bath tub sitting right by the window. The shower was large. The staff will always leave a cute snack of fruit, or treats with a bottle of water upon our arrival. As always, the bell hop who brought our luggage initiated a thoughtful, professional and personable conversation. We always appreciate the personable conversations and kindness of the staff here. We went down to the bar and grabbed a bottle of champagne, and some cocktails. We recognized our cocktail server from the last time we were there and she was diligent with checking on us. The manager came and checked on us as well and also shared brief conversation with us. The next day, we went for breakfast at The Edge restaurant. I am a plant based eater and there were options for myself and my husband. I am obsessed with the açaí bowl. The food was fresh, cooked properly, and the service was wonderful. The manager came and greeted us and shared conversation with us for a few moments. The staff were attentive, kind, and diligent. We ate here a couple times for breakfast during our stay and the experience was identical each time. Thank you! We went to the Avs game on Monday night and on New Year’s Eve and their car service took us there without any issues. We called down and within 15 minutes we were on our way to the game. Everyone always leads with professionalism and kindness in our experience here. We celebrated at the bar a few times on different evenings with champagne, cocktails and bar bites and each experience included wonderful customer service. We had the opportunity to meet a new cocktail server who ended up randomly being our cocktail server for the duration of our stay. She was attentive, professional and diligent in ensuring we had what we needed. The last few years we have stayed during NYE, and they always have a cute champagne bar, dinner, music, and an elegant atmosphere which is always greatly appreciated. We also used the spa amenities, went to the gym and I often will find myself buying bath soaks or salts at the spa to soak in the bath tub in our room and the ones I purchased this time were lovely. All of the amenities were clean, and the staff were attentive and informative. The outdoor hot tub was out of order during our stay and we do usually use this when we stay, but this did not challenge us in any way as the whirlpool and steam room in the spa is accessible to guests. Overall, our stay was truly lovely. This is one of our favorite Four Seasons to stay at and we continue to remain thankful to the staff for our continued experiences. Staying at a Four Seasons is and should always be a lovely experience. Denver Four Seasons continues to provide us with this experience. Each staff member is valuable, professional, thoughtful and kind. We thank you all for our lovely last week of 2025, and we will see you again soon. Thanks, Alanatis Bohlen
We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Denver for two nights during our honeymoon, and it was an unforgettable experience. As a Four Seasons employee from Hawaii, I had high expectations, and the Denver location did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and genuine hospitality. Isabella at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Kevin, our bellman and valet, provided excellent service, and his recommendations were greatly appreciated. The hotel surprised us with an awesome room, complete with champagne and a cake gift, which made our stay feel extra special. Our room was spacious, and the beds were super comfy, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Even though our time was brief, the attentiveness of the staff truly made us feel special. We can’t wait to return to the Four Seasons on our next visit to Colorado!
I love it here. It's my home away from home when traveling for work and it's always consistent and amazing. I left my watch and bracelet there just now, and the security agent, Jessica, was able to retrieve it for me. I'm so grateful because they were heirlooms and I would have been devastated had staff not turned them in. Another reason to stay at FS is the level of service, trust, hospitality. Thank you ??
HHG Entertainment had the honor of hosting a Holiday Party for Colorado Credit Union at the Four Seasons Hotel, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. From our very first meeting, Cristin Sullenberger provided outstanding service. She was professional, understanding, and communicated with our team every step of the way leading up to the event. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything ran smoothly played a huge role in the success of the Holiday celebration. Cristin made setup incredibly easy for our DJ production and Photo Booth services. She ensured that our team had a private area to enjoy our meals and a secure space to store our equipment throughout the event—something we truly appreciated. Thank you, Cristin Sullenberger, and the entire Four Seasons Hotel staff, for your hospitality and support. We look forward to hosting many more events at your beautiful establishment in the future. — HHG Entertainment
Stellar location and clean/updated rooms. Rooms are well kept and serviced twice daily. The spa amenities are great with indoor and outdoor hot tubs available to hotel guests. Room service menu is extensive and all the food we had at the hotel was tasty. Overall service levels were slightly below expectations for a Four Seasons (example - took over 30 min to deliver ice). We also got the impression they may have been understaffed in the restaurant for lunch as we had to go to the bar to place our order. Normally this would all be fine - but do expect higher levels of service at a Four Seasons. All of the staff were kind and clearly wanted to help and give us a good experience. Hotel ambiance is very nice and it is easy for ride shares to get in/out.
