The Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center consistently receives high praise for its exceptional service, clean and modern rooms, and convenient location. Guests frequently highlight the friendliness of the staff, particularly the valet and luggage teams, as well as the hotel’s comfortable amenities. While some guests experience occasional noise or minor inconveniences, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive and considered luxurious for the downtown Denver area.
I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautifully designed. I loved the bathroom; the shower design was gorgeous and they were very clean. My daughter had a dinosaur themed Make A Wish and they decorated the suite with cute dinosaur things which was so special to her. The staff who helped with our luggage was so kind and gracious. I can’t remember their names but all 3 men that assisted with luggage, bags from the event etc were lovely, informative and patient. A special shout out to the valets because our group was basically herding cats for 3 days! They were nothing but patient, gracious and kind as we tried to coordinate multiple groups and cars. Thank you Thomas for being willing to keep eyes on my little one while I double checked that I unloaded the right things from my car. Thank you Lincoln for noticing that there was a lot of dinosaur stuff, recommending a fun dinosaur game for my daughter and for greeting me by name. As a team you all made us feel welcomed and truly happy to have the hotel as our anchor point on a busy, emotion filled weekend. I will definitely be back to relax and unplug.
Our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Denver exceeded our expectations in every way. What stood out the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the beautiful decoration, and the excellent attention we received throughout our stay. The location was also extremely convenient and made it easy to enjoy and explore the area. I truly wish I had everyone’s names because their service was exceptional. The housekeeping staff who worked from May 11 through May 15 did an outstanding job — the room was always spotless, organized, and perfectly maintained. The luggage staff was also extremely kind and helpful, and the receptionist who assisted us on May 11 was absolutely exceptional and made us feel welcomed from the very beginning. One thing we especially loved was the text communication system. For me, making phone calls often feels like a waste of time, so being able to communicate quickly and efficiently by text was absolutely excellent and very convenient. For the price you pay, this is the kind of attention and service you deserve. The hotel was also very peaceful and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, because we were attending a convention during our stay, we were not able to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. There are many more positive things I could mention, but overall, the experience was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again!
The hotel is in downtown and about a 30 to 40 minute drive from Denver International Airport. It is right next to the Colorado Convention Center, which made it very easy for me to attend the conference. The lobby staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and the room were clean and looked new. I stayed on the 35th floor and got a free upgrade to a mountain view room, which was a nice surprise. There is a bar and restaurant near the lobby, which was convenient. When I checked in online, there was an option for daily room cleaning. Since many hotels stopped doing that after Covid, it was nice to see and I chose it. They cleaned my room every day without me having to call the front desk. There are also lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel. The only complaint I had was a loud noise, possibly from the air conditioner or the bathroom exhaust. It did not really affect my sleep, but it was very noticeable during the day and louder than expected.
I stayed here for three nights for my birthday weekend, and I have to say it was an amazing experience. We did have the globalist status and they upgraded us to a gorgeous suite. There was a little bit of confusion because I’m gluten-free and they gave us a cake for my birthday and then when I messaged guest services(Ana was amazing), they just stepped up. Bottle of champagne for my birthday and a complementary dinner at peaks lounge. It was so nice. In addition to that, the hotel itself is just lovely. The staff is friendly. There’s tons of local events going on so it feels very community focused. It’s centrally located. And the breakfast is amazing. Just the omelette bar alone is incredible. We had a wonderful stay here for my birthday weekend!
We had an excellent 'girls spa stay' at this beautiful Hyatt! Great location (although we didn't have to leave the hotel as there was so many amenities we had everything we needed!) Started with an excellent cucumber gimlet martini in the sprawling lobby bar with floor to ceiling windows, sitting areas, free wifi and snack bar. Then on to our spa services - Yuliia gave one of the best massages I've ever had! Both days we made use of the large sparkling clean fitness club, the indoor heated lap pool, and the amazing outdoor terrace hot tub!! Our room was spacious and clean with the latest technology, a lovely couch and spectacular city views from a huge window! Great value for price! HIGHLY recommend this hotel!
It's been a long time since I have been to hotel and was not let down. They all have nice lobby's when you walk in, but when you get to your room..... it's a let down. One of the cleanest, nicest, modern rooms I have ever been in. The bathroom was phonemal. Everything was like brand new. There seriously was not a smudge or a spec on the mirror or the all glass shower doors. I actually looked all over because I was so impressed. Haha. All of the desks, tables and sinks were solid stone. The beds had motion activated under-lit accent lighting. Large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. Plenty of outlets and USB jacks for your electronics. It had it all! Thank you Hyatt Regency for giving me hope again for higher standards in a hotel!
When I first entered the hotel room, I was amazed at what I saw. I'm used to staying in cheap hotels for work, but as this hotel was much more expensive at $300 for a two bed room, so I wasn't surprised by the initial perceived quality of the room. However, this hotel didn't live up to my expectations. The bathroom door had no lock; the refrigerator could store only about 4 small plastic water bottles; there were motion lights on the bottom of the beds that were so sensitive they would turn on by themselves in the middle of the night; there was no microwave; the plug in the sink was full of hair; and the internet was only 20mbps for free, with the option to pay an extra $5 per night to go up to a 60mbps. Most cheap hotels offer 100mbps for free. These are things what wouldn't bother me as much with cheap hotels, but this wasn't cheap at all. In fact, I've stayed at hotels for less than $100/night with better rooms. The hotel itself was very nice, with an unbeatable location only a minute's walk from the convention center. But the rooms leave much to be desired for the price I paid.
This hotel honestly surprised us — in the best way possible. Hyatt Regency Denver has everything you want for a perfect city stay: amazing location, modern rooms, super comfortable beds, and a beautiful, calm atmosphere even though you’re right in downtown. But the REAL highlight is the view. Watching the sunset over Denver with the mountains in the distance from the rooftop lounge is something special. It feels like a movie moment — warm lights, panoramic windows, city skyline slowly glowing at night. Absolutely unforgettable. Service was friendly and professional, everything felt smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. The hotel is clean, stylish, and very well maintained. ?? Perfect downtown location ?? Stunning rooftop views ?? Comfortable, modern rooms ?? Great vibe for vacation or weekend getaway This is one of those hotels where you walk in and instantly feel relaxed. We came as friends and left already saying we’d stay here again. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful Denver experience.
We had a pleasant three night stay at the Hyatt Regency. The service was nice and the room was clean. We enjoyed the lounge upstairs with a wonderful view and the snacks were good. The reason we took off one star was for the bathroom. It did not represent a four star hotel. A pocket door, cramped vanity and shower door on either side of the toilet just didn't do it for us. Thank you.
I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center. We were in town for our sales kick off at the convention center right across the street, and you honestly cannot beat the location. It made the whole trip easy and stress free. The rooms were clean, spacious, and felt genuinely luxurious. After long days of meetings it was a great place to unwind. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful which always makes a big difference during a work trip. One thing that really stood out was the gym. It is much larger than most hotel gyms and actually has a wide variety of equipment. There is also a pool which was a nice bonus and made it feel less like a typical business hotel. Great experience overall and I would absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Denver.
