I stayed at Hotel Teatro with family for a weekend in Denver and had a wonderful stay. It is a historic building with beautiful interior decorations and fixtures and in a prime location. The in-house restaurants and bar were fantastic. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great value with reasonable prices and complimentary meal tokens and Lyft rides to the train station. Next time I will bring my dog because they are a dog friendly establishment. It's a gem!

We absolutely adored Hotel Teatro. The property was gorgeous and had so many nice little amenities. It's also a perfect location. I would 100% go out of my way to stay here again.

This is easily the best hotel we've stayed at in Denver. My wife and I are from Colorado Springs. We come up to Denver frequently on weekends and for birthdays and holidays. We've stayed at many hotels in downtown Denver, and this is easily the best. The smell of flowers in the lobby reminded us of Japan. It was so clean and welcoming. The people at the front desk were so nice, and even though I don't drink, the free beverage upon revival really made pur stay feel way more expensive than what we paid. My wife and I stayed on the second floor in room 207, which was perfect. We greatly enjoyed the clean, updated room and loved that it wasn't cookie cutter like other hotels. We agreed that we will never stay at any other hotel in downtown Denver again. We'll be back soon. Thank you!

The hotel staff was wonderful! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary Lyft service really came in handy. The hotel is conveniently located. The welcome drink was incredibly thoughtful as well as delivering our bags to the room while we were waiting for our room to be ready. I can't say enough great things about this place. The ambiance was cozy and overall it was a welcoming place. I plan to stay here whenever I'm in Denver.

I attended a show at Dazzle, which partners with Hotel Teatro, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. I was able to use the hotel’s valet parking, which made the evening feel easy and stress-free. I especially want to recognize Finian from valet services. His customer service was truly exceptional. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. That level of care makes such a difference and doesn’t go unnoticed. Because of him, I felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment I arrived. I had to take time out of my day to write this review because great service deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you for creating such a positive and memorable experience.

Beautiful lobby. All tje ataff we interacted with were very friendly and were focused on being helpful. Rooms are fine. A little tired. But for location this hotel is a good value. And we appreciate friendly positive staff!!!

We hosted our company holiday party last week in the Wine Cellar Room at The Nickel inside Hotel Teatro, and it was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, the service was seamless, warm, and incredibly professional. The space itself is beautiful—intimate, elegant, and perfect for a private event. The food was outstanding as well—beautifully presented, delicious, and timed perfectly throughout the evening. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. I, as the organizer, especially appreciated Cristen Eicher, the catering sales manager's professionalism and patience with me. She was wonderful! Our team had a wonderful experience, and we received so many compliments from attendees about the venue and the atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better location for our event. Highly recommend the Wine Cellar Room at The Nickel for any private gathering!

We loved the location, walking distance to many restaurants and activities. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly. We'd have eaten at the hotel restaurant if there had been an option for kids on the menu, so can't comment on the food there but it sounded delicious. We will plan to stay longer next time, we enjoyed it so much!

I was very impressed with the valet attendants and overall customer service at the hotel. The valet team was prompt, courteous, and professional — they greeted me with a warm smile each time we arrived. One was going above and beyond to help us finding a last minute ride to our destination (Oct 18) The customer service throughout the hotel was equally exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was polite, attentive, and eager to help. It’s rare to experience such consistency in hospitality — from the moment I pulled up to the entrance until check-out, I felt truly valued and well cared for. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay smooth, pleasant, and memorable.

Very close to Convention Center and Shabbat- friendly. Able to get a low floor, has a non-electronic front door, stairwells easy to access and staff always easily available to open room. Also helpful for Shabbat: small fridge in room with no light, no automatic light or temperature control sensors. Beautiful, spotless, modern, comfortable room. Nice work area. Warm, friendly staff and lobby/bar area.
