We only used the valet service today and each of the employees who interacted with us were very friendly and efficient. Everyone was very guest service oriented and it was a pleasure to park here. So convenient for attending a 1pm play at the Buell Theatre! We look forward to staying at Hotel Teatro the next time we have an overnight in Denver. Thanks for the fast and friendly service today! We had a fine stay. Nothing spectacular. You'd raised my expectations by texting me, asking for any requests... when I did, you did not have the capacity to meet them. When I checked in, clearly asking for a higher floor. Reception staff said there was none. So I checked into a 4th floor room. The view was disaster, looking at the back of a garage. Then I called to ask again as this was not acceptable for a $350+++ room. I was told there was a room on 8th floor... waited for person to come give me the key. Why was this necessary? You could've given me that room to begin with... Sigh. Hotel Teatro sent me an upgrade email to which I replied and asked for a corner upgrade. Agreed to pay the $70+ upcharge. When I got there, no such room was honored. Why ask? Why ask then NOT deliver???? I don't understand... Disappointed. Yet the hotel was fine.

My wife and I had a decent stay at hotel Teatro. The cons- The valet staff were rude and stand off-ish. This was a bummer because they represent the hotel as the first contact. The complimentary bicycles were out of service. This was brought up to the valet staff and they basically said, “better luck next time”. It just seemed as if were a nuisance for even asking about the bikes. Our hotel room’s bathroom fan did not work. This was a minor inconvenience. PROS- The coffee bar was beautiful and had a very nice feel to it. The barista was knowledgeable and was nice. The location of the hotel is great! Ultimately we left a 3 star rating due to the CONS we mentioned. With just a little bit of TLC and friendlier staff… this place would be amazing!

The staff are all excellent at this very well run and somewhat small boutique hotel. Our room was a king suite and was great. Two separate spaces, ample room with updated furniture and very comfortable bed. The location is good but perhaps a bit on the edge of downtown. But they have a very good house car service to get you where you need to go. The breakfast menu may have been small but it was super tasty and very reasonable by hotel standards.

I stayed at Hotel Teatro with family for a weekend in Denver and had a wonderful stay. It is a historic building with beautiful interior decorations and fixtures and in a prime location. The in-house restaurants and bar were fantastic. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great value with reasonable prices and complimentary meal tokens and Lyft rides to the train station. Next time I will bring my dog because they are a dog friendly establishment. It's a gem!

We absolutely adored Hotel Teatro. The property was gorgeous and had so many nice little amenities. It's also a perfect location. I would 100% go out of my way to stay here again.

This is easily the best hotel we've stayed at in Denver. My wife and I are from Colorado Springs. We come up to Denver frequently on weekends and for birthdays and holidays. We've stayed at many hotels in downtown Denver, and this is easily the best. The smell of flowers in the lobby reminded us of Japan. It was so clean and welcoming. The people at the front desk were so nice, and even though I don't drink, the free beverage upon revival really made pur stay feel way more expensive than what we paid. My wife and I stayed on the second floor in room 207, which was perfect. We greatly enjoyed the clean, updated room and loved that it wasn't cookie cutter like other hotels. We agreed that we will never stay at any other hotel in downtown Denver again. We'll be back soon. Thank you!

The hotel staff was wonderful! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary Lyft service really came in handy. The hotel is conveniently located. The welcome drink was incredibly thoughtful as well as delivering our bags to the room while we were waiting for our room to be ready. I can't say enough great things about this place. The ambiance was cozy and overall it was a welcoming place. I plan to stay here whenever I'm in Denver.

I attended a show at Dazzle, which partners with Hotel Teatro, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. I was able to use the hotel’s valet parking, which made the evening feel easy and stress-free. I especially want to recognize Finian from valet services. His customer service was truly exceptional. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. That level of care makes such a difference and doesn’t go unnoticed. Because of him, I felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment I arrived. I had to take time out of my day to write this review because great service deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you for creating such a positive and memorable experience.

Beautiful lobby. All tje ataff we interacted with were very friendly and were focused on being helpful. Rooms are fine. A little tired. But for location this hotel is a good value. And we appreciate friendly positive staff!!!
