Overall an acceptable hotel, but a surprisingly disappointing service experience for a Hilton Diamond member. With a late flight, I asked whether a 4 p.m. checkout might be possible. I completely understand that late checkout is subject to availability and that Diamond status does not guarantee a specific time. What disappointed me was the way the request was handled. I was offered 1 p.m. and essentially told that this was already a privilege, since regular members have to leave at noon. At the same time, however, every additional hour could be purchased. That made the interaction feel particularly transactional: staying longer was apparently possible, but only at an additional charge. Given that the reason for my request was a late flight, I was also surprised that no alternative — such as access to a shower or changing facility after checkout — was offered. The issue therefore wasn’t simply not receiving a 4 p.m. checkout. It was the combination of very limited Diamond recognition, the rather dismissive way this was communicated, immediate upselling for additional hours, and no attempt to find another practical solution. I subsequently shared the experience with the General Manager but unfortunately received no response. The hotel itself was perfectly fine. The service culture, however, fell noticeably short of what I would expect from a full-service Hilton.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of downtown Denver! The staff is friendly and very helpful! A special shout out to Hunter who helped answer all of my hubby's questions :) the rooms are clean and very comfortable and the housekeepers are friendly. Loved the convenient restaurant and Starbucks on site. We really enjoyed our time here. Thanks so much to this awesome team!

The hotel is nice. The room was very clean, and the Jr Suite was spacious and felt nice. The run decoration was sleek, but still was comfortable to be in/ usable. They charge for bottled water, and the water bottles downstairs are expensive, so plan to hydrate elsewhere. Restaurant on site was edible, but not life changing, butt the staff were friendly.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip and had a great experience overall. Got upgraded to the Premier Studio, and the room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The location is hard to beat. You’re right downtown, just steps from the shops and restaurants along the 16th Street Mall, and close to the RTD light rail, which made getting around the city really easy. Staff throughout the hotel were nice and attentive. A special mention for the valets — they were particularly friendly and provided great service every time, always quick and helpful whether I was heading out or coming back in. Overall a solid choice for anyone visiting Denver for work or play. I’d stay here again.

$100 security deposit per day, $25 early check in fee. Fees fees and fees never staying here again. They will fee you to death. The toilet in my room was not clean and smelt like straight up sewage it was disgusting. The ironing unit did not work as well. TERRIBLE customer service. This hotel is absolute trash and a rip off. Avoid at all costs. Don’t support these greedy corporate scum. Also what in the hell is this??? This is by far the WORST Hilton I have ever stayed at in my life. 4 stars what a joke, not even worth 1 star.

The staff at this Hilton are helpful and kind. Front desk staff gave us some good recommendations for places to eat and shop nearby. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the rooms comfortable and clean. Amenities in our room were a mini fridge and coffee service. I like that we had the option to sign into our own streaming apps from the room TV, and we were automatically signed out after a few hours for security. The bed was comfortable, but I didn't like that the duvet was just folded between two sheets instead of having a proper duvet cover. The sheets would come loose from around the duvet immediately, and then tangle around my legs if I moved in my sleep. The pillows were also very flat and uncomfortable. The bathroom was weird. There was no towel rack outside the shower, just one peg, which doesn't work with two people sharing a room. The bathroom has a vent but no way to turn it on, so our room fogged up every time we showered. On the plus side, they offered large sizes of lotion, shampoo, and body wash that are affixed to the wall to reduce the waste of small individual bottles.

The Hilton Denver City Center was exemplary in every respect. From the moment of my arrival, the front desk staff made check-in seamless with their prompt and courteous service. Both the day and night staff showed professionalism, affability, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Every request or inquiry was handled efficiently and with genuine attentiveness. The accommodations were well-maintained and offered a comfortable environment for relaxation. Clean linens and a spotless bathroom reflected the hotel's dedication to excellence. Furthermore, I want to recognize Lenaya. Her outstanding support began long before my arrival. Lenaya's thoughtful and expert guidance during booking made planning my stay effortless and enjoyable. I unreservedly recommend the Hilton Denver City Center to those seeking great service, comfort, and hospitality.

My overall experience was great. The hotel room and bathroom were very clean and felt well maintained. The vale was a little expensive at $63 per night but there is a parking garage pretty much across the street that was much cheaper. The restaurant was average but very convenient for a quick take out meal.

Visiting for a conference and was happy with my hotel choice. The location is fantastic given downtown Denver is so walkable! The staff was friendly to me and the room was comfortable. Actually, the bed was above average and I slept pretty well! I also appreciated their bar staff being open after 9p since I arrived late and needed a bite of food and a cocktail.

We stayed for NYE to go to the hockey game and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff had game prizes and complimentary champagne for those 21+ (they checked IDs and we're so kind but thorough). The rooms and hallways feel luxurious but are simple. This does support an electronic key. The shower heads were lower than expected but the provided toiletries were great. If you have a singular stay, they only provide the towels for that so if you require more please just let them know. The elevators, even though there are 6 of them, can cause quite an issue if backed up. (We exited off of ours and saw the line go nearly back to the escalators location). But overall this was so pretty and such a treat! We would absolutely stay here again!
