The Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station offers a convenient location near Union Station and attractions like Coors Field and the Rockies Stadium. Recent reviews highlight both positive experiences, particularly concerning staff friendliness and room cleanliness, as well as concerns regarding outdated rooms, problematic bathroom doors, and occasional service issues. Some guests found the hotel's value to be lacking, especially considering parking fees and the absence of included amenities.

Hotel was just ok. Needs updating. Carpet looks like it was designed so you couldn’t tell if it was dirty or not….. Biggest issue was the door to the bathroom was a sliding door that was hard to close and didn’t really close all the way. Location was convenient for us.

I travel frequently for work. I have never been more impressed with a hotels staff and leadership than I have for the Hilton Garden Inn, Denver Union Station.Jolie is a superstar! Proactive, problem, solver, friendly, energetic, and professional. Greets every customer, sincerely, and personally. Answers every question, even when she gets it repeatedly. Works on the needs of complex groups. Then, when I asked to speak to manager to commend her, I meet the manager Mike. He agreed Jolie is an absolute superstar in her own right, but I could also tell from him that his leadership and how he takes care of and mentors staff is a main reason why this hotel is so outstanding. Oh, and the hotel rooms and location locations is great as well!

This hotel is great for families and hipsters. Located near Union Station, across the street from the Rockies Stadium , and next to a skatepark. Downtown is walking distance Our room is on the 12th floor overlooking the Stadium seems newly updated. The restaurant is really good too. Employees are Hilton nice. 3.5 score This is the best Hilton Garden Hotel I've stayed in, and I do recommend.

Upon arrival I felt very rushed by the parking guy - he was also smoking pot I think or it was the car next to me . Mind you I have a baby and a toddler by myself … NO ONE HELPS ME. They party and smoke their pot and rush me. I legit felt like I was handing my car and belongings off to a pothead ? Then when we get inside , (leaving half of my things I needed for the night in my car because I have one hand and a baby and felt uncomfortable with all the pot and being rushed and was also offered no luggage cart or help. )Once inside I came to check in and had terrible service from the man working the front desk. The person who booked the room for my daughters and I (my mother) is in the hospital with my father who is in the PCU to be exact - nothing we expected - so stressful and she sends us to go without her ,thinking she already took care of the room - the card is on file . NOPE, the guy HAS to have the physical card ,despite talking to my mom on the phone in the hospital room , her approving it ,asking him to run it and explaining the situation and he rolls his eyes SO BIG and lectures me and then finally does it. She didn’t mean to not send the physical card ,and can transfer it to me on a different card but do we really need to make her go through that while IN THE HOSPITAL so we can meet your rules and regulations ?! After I have to pretty much beg to pay the $380 to stay there with my baby and toddler in hand , I then have to ask for a luggage cart . (I never ask for luggage carts I’m a young healthy mom but I had a baby with a bunch of baby things and a toddler it was the first time I really needed help) he once again rolled his eyes so big that they almost fell out of his head and explained that they are all being used and he’d “have to go find one.” Jeazz I can’t inconvenience this gentleman anymore , he is making me feel so horrible. So my toddler helps me and we find a way to drag all of my belongings up to my room without the cart so he wasn’t inconvenienced. Once in the room our refrigerator door wouldn’t stay shut but it’s hidden in a dark cubbie so I didn’t know it wasn’t shut and all of my food got ruined from their faulty fridge. The room was clean , the pool was clean and it was nice you had to use a key card to get to the room making it feel more safe . . But overall I would NEVER stay here again. At the end of my stay ,the girl working the front asked how my stay was and she “removed the parking fee” but to be honest I would have rather just had good service and unfortunately the gentleman left me such a bad taste in my mouth I still feel the need to write a review. You are supposed to feel welcomed as a paying guest and I felt anything but that . We also paid for valet hoping it would help me feel safe as a young mom by herself with her baby and toddler ,and I didn’t feel safe at all. I would want any mom traveling alone to know the service I received so you can hopefully go somewhere else where you feel more welcomed and safe.

I stayed 4 nights during a vacation with my husband. The hotel is close to many sights and the baseball stadium which was great. We did valet parking, they were great at getting the car quickly when needed. The room we got was spacious, however it was a handicap room. The bed was very short for a king size bed, my husband is almost 6ft? And it was short for him. Pillows were very deflated and not comfortable at all. Housekeeping is not daily, even though we requested it daily. The keurig machine was broken in our room and we had to get it replaced. There are no included amenities such as waters at check in. The pool and gym are nice. There is also a grocery store right across the street which was very convenient, there is a Starbucks inside the store. Hotel breakfast is not included. The street the hotel is on was not great to walk. There are numerous homeless people and liter, vomit, feces everywhere on sidewalk. We saw lots of homeless people yelling and screaming at eachother. I would not recommend walking alone especially as a female. Not a place to have kids walking around either. This hotel was very expensive and I did not feel worth the stay.

I checked in early thanks to Jolie at the front desk upon calling ahead of time. The rooms were clean and beyond expectations, with a stadium view! It was beautiful. I had lunch with Sarah at the bar and the conversation wasn’t only hospitable, it was real. The chicken Caesar salad was phenomenal presentation, fresh and flavorful. As a team member, Loki, Robert, Mike the night of arrival were on point asking if everything was to my liking. Marysah and I chatted a bit after I was out the door leaving and I asked if I could recognize every team member for being so attentive and awesome. They made me feel at home. Thanks for the stay guys you killed it!

We’ve stayed here twice now to attend events at Ball Arena, and we will keep coming back. The hotel is located within walking distance of plenty of dining and grocery options. The onsite restaurant is convenient and a decent spot as well. It’s a short walk to the light rail station which will drop you right at Ball Arena for a concert or an Avs game. We’ve been treated to beautiful mountain views from our rooms. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with a lovely signature scent in the lobby. And as a bonus, it has excellent water pressure. The only downside is that there is no on-site self-parking, but the valet team is fast. Looking forward to our next stay!

This was one of my favourite hotels on my recent trip to USA. Some may think the location is a bit out of the CBD but I think this was perfect. You’re out of the busy areas and everything is walkable from where you are. The streets were quiet and clean. The hotel itself was fantastic, the room was comfortable and had everything you’d want in it. The pool and gym were great when we used them and great to have during our stay. The only note I’d make is to make sure you’re aware of the security hold that will be taken. Even though expected and I’m sure it’s in the fine print, this is not mentioned at check in. In saying that, the staff were always friendly and would always welcome us in when we returned from anywhere. Great place!

I loved this hotel in Denver!!! It was quiet, immaculately clean, and beautiful. The room was spacious and we had a nice view of mountains in the distance. They graciously let us check in early after an early flight which was also a major plus!! The hotel is across the street from a supermarket if you want to grab snacks or food. It’s also in walking distance to milk market and lot’s of other downtown attractions. I would 1000% stay here again!!!
