I was expecting a slightly more exciting view, but. The room is nice, nothing too fancy, no microwave in my 1 king room with "view". Payed for the parking here 55$ which stung a bit. Would have liked a free parking garage for guests.

Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good fit for our family. One improvement that would make a big difference for families with young children would be adding a microwave, as kids do not always finish their meals and it would be helpful to reheat leftovers. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food and drinks were very good. Everyone in our family enjoyed their meal. The kids also had a great time in the pool, but there was a noticeable odor, and the water could have been cleaner. It seemed like the pool could benefit from additional chlorine and maintenance. The customer service was excellent throughout our stay, and being able to watch the World Cup was a great way to end the evening. One downside was the parking cost. Hotel parking was $55 per night, which felt expensive. Guests may want to consider the Pavilion parking garage behind the hotel, where rates were $18.99 for less than 24 hours or $35.99 for a full 24 hours. A helpful tip for visitors: take advantage of the free trolley that runs along 16th Street. It’s a convenient and easy way to get up and down the area without having to drive or pay for additional parking. With a cleaner pool, a microwave in the room, and more reasonably priced parking options, this would have easily been a 5-star stay.

We booked a room here and their pool was closed, without warning! No ice machines, none of that was disclosed. However, we we met "unc"Michael and the kitchen and bar staff. They were super accommodating, gave us recommendations and took the time out to greet us! We had to pay for a resort pass, but the food is great and the people working were awesome ! If it was a place that was open during the summer with a rooftop pool this would have been five stars! Should of disclosured that!

I was in Denver for a work conference and booked Sonesta. The location is great and in the heart of the downtown. The check-in was smooth. The front desk people were nice and also gave me a free early check-in since the room was ready. The restaurant inside the hotel is great and I liked the food choices. The staff is friendly. The room was clean and the temperature could be adjusted using the thermostat. I would definitely consider staying again if I am ever in Denver.

Nice hotel in the middle of Denver. Good access to lots of fun stuff in Downtown. Good rooms. Clean. Comfy beds. Good access to parking as well. Will bookmark this place to stay in the future.

Check in was smooth, staff was pleasant, and the room was as anticipated. Our group thought the $55 a night to park was a bit steep, and were lucky to find a garage right around the corner that's $7 a night. It was our preference, but would give a heads up you would have to carry your additional luggage (that not dropped at the door) that distance. We wish we had the opportunity to experience the bar, but unfortunately it closed early. Overall, location is great depending on what you want to see but would suggest a car-free experience if possible and a back up plan for a drink to end the night.

Booked last minute and the process was super easy and straightforward. The only surprise was that self-serve parking wasn’t available in their private garage, and the booking/website could’ve been clearer about that. We went with the $55/night valet for the security of our car overnight in downtown Denver. Room was nice, though the temperature never really got below 66°. The bar was a nice touch and the bartender was great. In the morning we went down for what we thought was complimentary breakfast, but were told our room number wasn’t on the prepaid list and there would be an additional fee, which was a bit confusing. Overall, decent stay with a few unexpected details.

Not the best hotel. Our room would not cool off. Maintenance had to come try to fix the air conditioning and it helped a little but we had the air on 66 the entire time and it was usually in the 70s in the room, in winter. Some of the staff was nice, especially the maintenance and house keeping staff. The worst part, and what made the stay worthy of a bad review was the valet. If a hotel is going to basically require valet, the valet needs to be available 24/7. We had a very early flight to catch and when I asked the front desk I was told no one was available and was handed the keys to my rental. I was given inaccurate directions on where the car was in the parking deck. I spent several minutes, at 3 am, walking up and down the parking deck trying to find our car. I’m assuming the hotel outsources the valet but regardless it is a poor reflection on the hotel. If you are headed to Denver I would suggest a different hotel.

Booked with a 3rd party. Their was some confusion with the date. Theresa was amazing in getting the refund settled quickly. If you stay here hopefully you get the pleasure of working with her. Room and location are OK too. A fair hotel isn't easy to come by these days.

They don't have free breakfast and they have no microwaves in their room. I didn't have a bathtub even though I asked for one. They took my deposit and charged me an extra $100 because my room smells like smoke after coming inside from smoking outside. I never smoked in my room. For how much you paying you could get better somewhere else
