The ART Hotel Denver, Curio Collection offers a stylish and centrally-located stay with a focus on art and a comfortable experience. While guests appreciate the hotel's unique atmosphere and friendly staff, recurring issues concerning room maintenance, uncomfortable beds, and potentially high resort fees are noted. Service tends to be exceptional, particularly regarding attentiveness.

Great location, nice amenities, friendly staff in the hotel. The lobby and the art in the elevators was really cute. We were quite comfortable during our stay. The restaurant was definitely the downside. Very slow and we had a hard time getting anyone to help us order despite being one of only 3 tables that were seated for an afternoon drink on the patio. The cocktails were good but since the service was so poor, we decided not to stick around and wait for a second drink.

Very solid, hip hotel in great location. Only issue was the awesome looking rooftop was not available on our first night due to a private event. Gym is also dark/ windowless. Otherwise I recommend! -- Editing up to 5 stars based on owner response! Great service, now can HIGHLY recommend :)!

Overall our stay was good: the room was clean, and the free snacks were delicious. There is a $20 amenity charge that is automatic, but you’re supposedly able to use that in place at the restaurant on property. When we tried to do that, the bartenders were so stressed/overwhelmed (with a fairly empty room at 9:30pm on a Sunday) that we just left instead and didn’t bother trying. The valet seemed super expensive so we just street parked instead, there were ample spaces everywhere on a holiday weekend.

Excellent location if you’re coming to the state capital or looking for museums in depending on where you’re gonna be in Denver. I found a hotel to be extremely overpriced for what you get especially the parking. I understand the price is intended for Vince skyrocketing but compared to other hotels very overpriced. The rooms were excellent. It was a nice touch to have a Coke, a Diet Coke, and two balls of water every day along with arrival snacks. I was fortunate enough to have an early check-in and late checkout, which was extremely helpful with my travel schedule. As with most of the curio collection, it was definitely a unique hotel if that’s something you’re looking for. Loved the live art in the elevators.

From the moment I stepped into The Art Hotel Denver, Curio Collection, the experience shifted from ordinary to extraordinary. The space immediately commands attention—each thoughtfully curated artwork seemed to beckon, creating an immersive atmosphere that is both inspiring and intentional. The hotel itself is exceptional, matched only by a superb staff whose service was attentive and refined. The overall energy of the property is vibrant and engaging, setting the tone for a memorable stay. Guest rooms are beautifully designed with clean lines and a modern, intelligent sophistication. Art is seamlessly woven throughout the hotel, captivating at every turn. The rooftop experience is nothing short of breathtaking. I look forward to returning next year.

We travelled to Colorado for Skiing and decided to spend a night at The Art Curio Hilton before heading to our ski resort. We booked a standard room through American Express Fine Hotel & Resorts program. But we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a much bigger suite. My daughter really loved the big bathroom and tub. The restaurant staff were really helpful. Special shout out to the front desk staff Emily and Drew for their courteous service. Overall we had a great short stay

Definitely got the impression this hotel is resting on its laurels. We were excited to try it out after reading the amazing reviews, but the property is looking very tired. Our room was missing a drain plug in the sink, and many surfaces were visibly scratched and scuffed. The restaurant, FIRE, was okay. The menu had no allergen markings and staff had mixed levels of awareness about protocols. Implementation of the AMEX FHR program is odd, with tips bizarrely not included in the property credit. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel, but not up to its apparent reputation.

I wanted to give 5 stars but I couldn't. Drew is fantastic. The energy and customer service level he brings is on a different level. Drew if you're reading this, you're amazing and keep being you. Cons: Day 1 of stay: Hot water went out. It was fixed. Day 3 of stay: Had to move floors because mattresses needed to be switched over so we had to move floors. Day 5 of stay: Internet went out for 3 hours Day 7 of stay: I had late check out but key card got inactivated and I had to get it re-activated. House keeping knocked and asked when we were going to check out. Seems unorganized. Fire restaurant is decent. The casserole was undercooked a few times (seems like it was microwaved instead of baked when this happened).

Really wanted to like this hotel as it has a very cool, unique vibe; however, our experience was just OK. Rooms were in fair condition. Our shower leaked from the bottom and our drawers didn’t shut properly. The worst part of the experience was the location. There were tons of homeless people who followed us as we would get close to the hotel. I had a 9 month old with me so that was not acceptable. Ultimately, I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed for five nights and it was the most beautiful, perfect hotel we have ever been to. Starting from check-in the staff was so amazing and as a diamond member, we got credit every day that we use the heck out of. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, housekeeping was on point every day. The gym is really big, it is the biggest gym in a hotel that I’ve ever seen tons of equipment. In the gym, they had plenty of towels, water, bottles, and music that you could turn up and down, and they played a good variety. They had strawberry water that they made every morning on ice and it was so good for the guests to have. Also, as Denver is very artsy, it translates that into the hotel. There are about 10 or 15 art exhibit that you can look at in the hotel and if you ask the front desk, they’ll give you a book explaining everything. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody in the area, it is on the more pricier side, but you get what you pay for being a Curio property. Thank you guys!
