I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. It was a relaxing experience from check-in to check-out. I especially want to mention Maria, the bartender. She was very friendly and attentive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about giving good service. She made great recommendations and always checked in to make sure we were good. Her attitude made our evenings at the bar much more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and appreciate the hospitality, especially the great service from Maria.
Rooms are a bit outdated. Otherwise, service is outstanding. Jeff made sure everything was top notch and taken care of at the bar, made sure I got the food done the way I asked. And Oskar cooked the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The bacon habanero jam was by far the best bacon jam I’ve ever had.
We had a great experience overall at the restaurant. María provided excellent service at the bar — she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. Her service truly stood out and made our time there enjoyable. However, the payment process was quite slow. Since card payments cannot be processed directly at the bar, the payment had to be handled elsewhere, and it took about 20 minutes to complete the transaction. This delay was inconvenient and interrupted the otherwise pleasant experience. Despite this, María’s great service made a very positive impression, and we really appreciated her professionalism and kindness
I'll tell you this, wasn't a huge fan of the location, but the service of the staff and cleanliness of the facility was immaculate! The food prepared by Oscar & Allison, and the drinks and atmosphere provided by Jeff were second to none. I'm a Diamond member and have been for almost a decade. Service like this doesn't come around often. The management should take great care of these folks! And the nachos! Best nachos I've had in years! Literally years.
We had a great experience at the hotel restaurant. The service was excellent, especially from the bartender María — she was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even better. The hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean, which made our stay very pleasant. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and we would definitely come back.
I was rather disappointed. Room didn’t get cleaned every day. No fresh towels. No complimentary water. Hotel seems understaffed. Restaurant/bar opens only at 4 pm, so you have to figure where to eat lunch. Food was good though. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I would not stay here again.
Got here and they lost our reservation and we waited for almost an hour for them to fix it and was so tired from our flight and just wanted to get settled in and get dinner . I was so hungry. So we waited and another coworker waited for their room too since they lost his reservation so we all waited. Seems like the girl at the front desk didn’t know what she was doing, I almost told her let me do it! I had so many years of experience working front desk. But I just left it and finally got a room and didn’t sleep great! Was waking up on and off, room was cold and hot and wake up sweating and noticed that the bed next to us was hugging the heat and the mattress was really hot from the heater . I don’t know why they had to put it that close to it. SMH that was crazy to see. So they really need to move that bed over or something. Yeah and the restaurant downstairs was good not too great but ate because I was hungry and the server he was awesome he was very nice . I really like the location area it’s pretty good and safe so no worries there. All the stores are near by and food too .
We booked a room with Mountain View, however we went to check in about 1/2 hour early and was told room was not ready and they would call us. We waited an hour and came back to be told it still was not ready so we ended up taking a different room which was more money but gave it to us for the amount we booked the other room for. Gave us 2 free appetizers to have in bar. No cookies offered as per sign , had to ask for them. Put us in the west wing which was freezing in the hallways and elevator. Paid for breakfast included which you only get to choose 1 item from a special menu. Food was ok. Went for appetizers and watched the bartender have issues with the beer tap foaming. He washed a few glasses to use and did not rinse out the glass all the way and left some soap in it and used them to fill up beer glasses. Maybe it wasn’t the tap at all and the reason it was foaming was due to soap residue in glass. Floors in room were dirty. Get out of shower walk on carpet back to tile and tile would show dirty footprints. Garage was so tight to park in. Hotel is next to a car wash . This was my worst Hilton experience and I don’t think I will use them again.
I had a wonderful five-day stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Cherry Creek, and it exceeded my expectations in so many ways! When I politely requested a room with a mountain view at the front desk, the staff were incredibly accommodating and upgraded me to one with stunning vistas of the Rocky Mountains. Every morning, waking up to that breathtaking panorama put me in the best mood—it’s like starting your day with nature’s own therapy session. The hotel feels quite new, and my room was impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after exploring Denver. The only downside was the lack of complimentary breakfast, which would have made it even more ideal. That said, I’d absolutely return next time I’m in the area—highly recommend it for the views and hospitality alone!
The front desk staff were excellent. Friendly and professional. BUT I ended up leaving an outfit behind. I called the hotel assuming the cleaning staff had already found the clothes and turned them in or would go to the room and find them. Nope. The clothes were not in the room they said. Impossible. We stayed there until we checked out and left for home. So the only conclusion is that the clothes were taken by someone on staff. REALLY?!
