It’s nice, but it’s disappointing that you have to pay for everything extra — even water. You only get breakfast included if you pay 20 in advance per person, which is frustrating considering how expensive booking the hotel already was. Also have to pay 20 for parking. Felt like I couldn’t enjoy myself having to think everything I touched I would have to pay for! It ruined my stay and don’t think I’ll be coming back. I was also told by the phone service there was no pre deposit and everything was up front that was a lie I was also told that I was able to get breakfast for free that was a lie. Definitely lured me in by lies. Don’t recommend this hotel at all!

The room was ok but I’m used to more when a stay at a Hilton. My carpet looked old and the bathrooms as well. The showers were in need of some tlc as well as some of the furniture was old and need to be replaced. The service was great, Jeff was my bartender during my stay and he went above and beyond. The menu was not extensive but everything I ate was very good, kudos to the chefs Oscar and Marico!!

Here on business, and don’t write many reviews honestly. Room was great! Thank you so much for the Diamond upgrade, truly appreciate it!! Jeff at the bar was wonderful, wish he would have been there for our whole stay! And this is no joke…I have stayed thousands of nights at hotels, mostly Hilton…and I had one of the best burgers I have had in a while…not just at a hotel, anywhere, and cooked apparently by Chef Noel! Oh and loved sitting out on the deck after a long day at work and enjoying the beautiful weather and fire pit out by the pool! Thanks for a great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. It was a relaxing experience from check-in to check-out. I especially want to mention Maria, the bartender. She was very friendly and attentive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about giving good service. She made great recommendations and always checked in to make sure we were good. Her attitude made our evenings at the bar much more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and appreciate the hospitality, especially the great service from Maria.

Rooms are a bit outdated. Otherwise, service is outstanding. Jeff made sure everything was top notch and taken care of at the bar, made sure I got the food done the way I asked. And Oskar cooked the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The bacon habanero jam was by far the best bacon jam I’ve ever had.

We had a great experience overall at the restaurant. María provided excellent service at the bar — she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. Her service truly stood out and made our time there enjoyable. However, the payment process was quite slow. Since card payments cannot be processed directly at the bar, the payment had to be handled elsewhere, and it took about 20 minutes to complete the transaction. This delay was inconvenient and interrupted the otherwise pleasant experience. Despite this, María’s great service made a very positive impression, and we really appreciated her professionalism and kindness

I'll tell you this, wasn't a huge fan of the location, but the service of the staff and cleanliness of the facility was immaculate! The food prepared by Oscar & Allison, and the drinks and atmosphere provided by Jeff were second to none. I'm a Diamond member and have been for almost a decade. Service like this doesn't come around often. The management should take great care of these folks! And the nachos! Best nachos I've had in years! Literally years.

Rooms are spacious, clean and always left ready and we'll presented for guests. I've stayed here numerous times and have enjoyed each of my visits. It's conveniently located near the Cherry Creek mall if you're planning on doing any shopping nearby, neighbors multiple restaurants, offers a pool and outdoor lounge patio and a restaurant located within the hotel that serves great breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great experience at the hotel restaurant. The service was excellent, especially from the bartender María — she was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even better. The hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean, which made our stay very pleasant. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and we would definitely come back.

I was rather disappointed. Room didn’t get cleaned every day. No fresh towels. No complimentary water. Hotel seems understaffed. Restaurant/bar opens only at 4 pm, so you have to figure where to eat lunch. Food was good though. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I would not stay here again.
