We enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree Cherry Creek in late August 2026. The highlight was the personal touch provided by the Assistant General Manger, Sonia Clark. We were in town for our daughter's wedding, and Sonia greeted us with a sweet Congratulations card and bottle of champagne. That kind and thoughtful greeting set the tone for a wonderful weekend!

Whilw this isn'the newest of hotels..that's what makes it worthwhile. The location is prime. Two stops outside of downtown metro train..easy lyft/Uber. Across the street Starbucks and Chik fil A... WHAT!!???! If you're driving...even better..everything you need within 2 miles or less. Oh..shares the corner with a car wash for your convenience. I had a few issues while there for 7 nights.. immediately addressed...and corrected. Staff was always pleasant and engaging. Ignoring my dog is a big deal for me... they won that test easily...super appreciated. Now...the restaurant...i would eat there for every breakfast and never blink...the French toast is absolutely amazing..forget wat my wife ordered...but she loved it as well and asked to eat there every morning... I'm not a breakfast person. Overall..for an outside denver downtown visit... Will stay, not questions...but sometimes I just like downtown better...but it's waaay more money.

First time to Denver so here we go - The good : decent location. Across the street from target, crumbl, ChicFilA, Starbucks, a dispensary, and next door to a gas station and another coffee shop. Pool area and Lobby are nice and clean. Our suite was nice with plenty of room (but needs updates and TLC). Our kids loved the pool and outdoor fire pit. The bad : location. You will see homeless on the hotel property walking through parking area and sleeping around the corner in a park. The parking is $17/ day even for Hilton Honors members and literally the smallest spots you will ever come across with pillars INSIDE parking spots. (Pic included and it’s one of many spots that size) The staff. Zero awareness of customer experience. Two separate days there was no coffee at 730am. Our room. Paint peeling on the ceiling. Shower fixtures loose. Paint missing on vanity. Mold/mildew in the shower. Rust stains on towels. The WiFi is AWFUL. Verizon service is better without it. Overall - this hotel could be a great place! Instead it looks like a Comfort inn by Hilton.

It’s nice, but it’s disappointing that you have to pay for everything extra — even water. You only get breakfast included if you pay 20 in advance per person, which is frustrating considering how expensive booking the hotel already was. Also have to pay 20 for parking. Felt like I couldn’t enjoy myself having to think everything I touched I would have to pay for! It ruined my stay and don’t think I’ll be coming back. I was also told by the phone service there was no pre deposit and everything was up front that was a lie I was also told that I was able to get breakfast for free that was a lie. Definitely lured me in by lies. Don’t recommend this hotel at all!

The room was ok but I’m used to more when a stay at a Hilton. My carpet looked old and the bathrooms as well. The showers were in need of some tlc as well as some of the furniture was old and need to be replaced. The service was great, Jeff was my bartender during my stay and he went above and beyond. The menu was not extensive but everything I ate was very good, kudos to the chefs Oscar and Marico!!

Here on business, and don’t write many reviews honestly. Room was great! Thank you so much for the Diamond upgrade, truly appreciate it!! Jeff at the bar was wonderful, wish he would have been there for our whole stay! And this is no joke…I have stayed thousands of nights at hotels, mostly Hilton…and I had one of the best burgers I have had in a while…not just at a hotel, anywhere, and cooked apparently by Chef Noel! Oh and loved sitting out on the deck after a long day at work and enjoying the beautiful weather and fire pit out by the pool! Thanks for a great stay!

After a very stressful situation at another hotel, we ended up switching to this property and it completely turned our night around. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The check-in process was smooth and respectful, and the staff made us feel comfortable right away. The room was clean, well maintained, and exactly what we needed after a long and frustrating evening. It’s amazing how much a hotel’s customer service can change an entire experience, and this place did it right. We’re incredibly grateful for how kind and accommodating everyone was. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service. Destiny and the guy helping her at the front desk were amazing!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. It was a relaxing experience from check-in to check-out. I especially want to mention Maria, the bartender. She was very friendly and attentive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about giving good service. She made great recommendations and always checked in to make sure we were good. Her attitude made our evenings at the bar much more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and appreciate the hospitality, especially the great service from Maria.

Rooms are a bit outdated. Otherwise, service is outstanding. Jeff made sure everything was top notch and taken care of at the bar, made sure I got the food done the way I asked. And Oskar cooked the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The bacon habanero jam was by far the best bacon jam I’ve ever had.

We had a great experience overall at the restaurant. María provided excellent service at the bar — she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. Her service truly stood out and made our time there enjoyable. However, the payment process was quite slow. Since card payments cannot be processed directly at the bar, the payment had to be handled elsewhere, and it took about 20 minutes to complete the transaction. This delay was inconvenient and interrupted the otherwise pleasant experience. Despite this, María’s great service made a very positive impression, and we really appreciated her professionalism and kindness
