The Cambria Hotel Denver Downtown RiNo receives mixed reviews, with many guests praising its modern design, comfortable rooms, and excellent location in the RiNo Arts District. However, concerns regarding inconsistent service, parking fees, and cleanliness issues are frequently raised. Recent reviews highlight positive experiences with helpful staff and a lively bar scene, while older feedback points to issues with room quality and value for money.
Stayed here while attending a conference in downtown Denver. Location is pretty good, near 38th and Blake station so quite easy to get into downtown. Amenities are your typical ones, I got upgraded into a suite so got a kitchenette and separate living and sleeping areas. The bar/restaurant lets the place down a bit - service was pretty slow, and on one of the days, no server was available for breakfast at 6:30, when the bar was meant to be open. The food was a bit mediocre - I ended up walking to Denver Central Market or RiNo proper for better options.
The top sheet in one of the beds had several holes. The conditioner and body wash were empty upon arrival. During checkout I mentioned these issues. I was told "Thank you for letting us know. I hope you book with us again!" Ok?
This hotel charges premium prices but delivers a pretty average experience. Nothing was terrible, but nothing justified the cost either. For the money, I expected much better quality and service. A $20 fee to park in a safe space to insure your car wouldn’t be tampered with. This hotel charges premium prices but delivers a pretty average experience. I forgot to respond to the email survey so will do it here. Check in was great. Desk person was chipper. Room was nice and very clean. The bar & grill was fun. I believe the bartender's name was Cory and he was great. Well deserved tips myself and the other patrons there that early March night. Location is in a rapidly up and coming neighborhood with expanding amenities. It's so much nicer than it was, say, a decade ago. There's still some sketchy properties nearby (but mostly out of site not on the main drag of N. Brighton) that have yet to be redeveloped but probably will soon. Was quick and relatively easy to get to/from my trade show at the National Western Center. Parking is a little weird given the location but there were ample spots once knowing where to go. I would easily book this location again should I attend another trade show at the NWC.
the staff at this hotel are amazing. not only are they helpful in serving their guests, they are just genuinely kind human beings. eloise from the front desk was so sweet, helped me get all my bags in and an early check in so i could prep for a big meeting. i later saw her fixing a man’s glasses for him in the lobby….truly they go above and beyond. ?
Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms were small but clean, beds were comfortable. 30 min Uber ride from the airport. There were a lot of fun bars and the Rockies stadium a short ride away. I was also able to check-in way earlier than the check-in time which was great.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, and we felt safe and relaxed during our stay. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.aving a restaurant on the main level is a huge bonus. The food is high quality and absolutely delicious!
Enjoyed this hotel. Quiet and clean. Requests for extra towels were handled quickly. Did have to wait twice on front desk staff to reappear but being short staffed isnt their choice. Both front desk ladies were great. Room was small but comfortable. Our odd numbered room did NOT have a mountain view. I think the even numbered ones on the other side of the building would have.
Excellent hotel. I had my flight cancelled and stayed in this hotel for a night, courtesy of the airline. I had a late flight, so I took the time to walk outside the hotel and explore downtown Denver. The rooms were excellent. Very clean and welcoming. Excellent staff. The area outside is very walkable, and there are e-bikes and e-scooters scattered around the area making for easy travel. I would definitely stay here again, I had a wonderful experience.
