The staff is incredible and super helpful and very friendly and I enjoy staying here when I can. Great location for mission ballroom concerts. I have stayed here four or five times in the last 6 months and each time it is fantastic. I call it my second home because it feels great to be at this hotel.

This hotel has a great location just outside the craziness of downtown and solidly in the cool RiNo arts district. You are a close drive, walk or scooter ride to everything downtown has to offer. They have a great on-site restaurant and bar with daily specials if you don't want to go out. The rooms are very clean and feel new. They are also pet friendly and have easy parking options including for larger vehicles which is nice. I would definitely stay here again and I'd say this is one of the better hotels in RiNo.

SUNNY IS THE BEST!!! She bartends downstairs at the restaurant and makes you IMMEDIATELY feel like family. Her smile and twinkle in her eye are so inviting. We were in town for 5 days and she was probably the MOST favorite part of the trip. There were so many people who just walked in to the hotel restaurant just to have a drink, and ended up staying for more than one. On days that she wasn't downstairs, were "rest" days? bc our group was disappointed she wasn't there (She is mostly there Sun. and Mon.) Thank you for such a wonderful experience Sunny! It appeared that most staff here seemed unaware that they worked here. No one told the person meant to be working the bar that it was open earlier for the World Cup which meant that you had one person doing her best to serve an entire bar and restaurant by herself but also someone who clearly had limited knowledge of bar work. When we first arrived, we asked the server what oil was used due to dietary restrictions.The person cooking did not know, and did not know where they kept the cooking oil. Short of going back there myself, I was clearly not getting an answer. The actual rooms and location were fine, and it’s a dog friendly hotel. The main issue seemed to be communication with the bar-restaurant, which also resulted in some mystery charges on the room. However, when questioned the staff were very helpful. Took a star off the room because when I went under the bed to retrieve a dog toy, I realized it hadn’t been vacuumed in a good couple of visits. Overall, an ok area which is developing. The staff were friendly but perhaps stretched a little thin over a holiday weekend. Food was fine and drinks were good, just a little more staff training and communication would be helpful.

Stayed here for a 4 day work trip and it was a great hotel to stay at! The rooms were so clean, the location is very convenient being close to everything Denver has to offer, and the staff were super friendly. Amber and Louise helped to make our feel special with their great service!! 10/10

Stayed here while attending a conference in downtown Denver. Location is pretty good, near 38th and Blake station so quite easy to get into downtown. Amenities are your typical ones, I got upgraded into a suite so got a kitchenette and separate living and sleeping areas. The bar/restaurant lets the place down a bit - service was pretty slow, and on one of the days, no server was available for breakfast at 6:30, when the bar was meant to be open. The food was a bit mediocre - I ended up walking to Denver Central Market or RiNo proper for better options.

The top sheet in one of the beds had several holes. The conditioner and body wash were empty upon arrival. During checkout I mentioned these issues. I was told "Thank you for letting us know. I hope you book with us again!" Ok?

This hotel charges premium prices but delivers a pretty average experience. Nothing was terrible, but nothing justified the cost either. For the money, I expected much better quality and service. I forgot to respond to the email survey so will do it here. Check in was great. Desk person was chipper. Room was nice and very clean. The bar & grill was fun. I believe the bartender's name was Cory and he was great. Well deserved tips myself and the other patrons there that early March night. Location is in a rapidly up and coming neighborhood with expanding amenities. It's so much nicer than it was, say, a decade ago. There's still some sketchy properties nearby (but mostly out of site not on the main drag of N. Brighton) that have yet to be redeveloped but probably will soon. Was quick and relatively easy to get to/from my trade show at the National Western Center. Parking is a little weird given the location but there were ample spots once knowing where to go. I would easily book this location again should I attend another trade show at the NWC.

the staff at this hotel are amazing. not only are they helpful in serving their guests, they are just genuinely kind human beings. eloise from the front desk was so sweet, helped me get all my bags in and an early check in so i could prep for a big meeting. i later saw her fixing a man’s glasses for him in the lobby….truly they go above and beyond. ?
