The way they offer continental breakfast but don’t have the staff to open it before 845 am. They seem to have terrible management that can’t control their staff, like how can you only have one person to open your whole breakfast. When asked the front desk person just laughed and said they must not have set their alarm, zero effort to fix anything. The room was also fairly dirty and the shower only worked on the highest heat setting which would scald someone. Plus it looks like there is some sort of poop stain on the wall. There are so many hotel options within a few feet and I would choose any over this one.

We had such a great stay! With a super early flight, staying close to the airport was a must, and this hotel made everything so easy. Check in was smooth, the room was spotless, and dinner at the on site Bar and Grill was delicious. The airport shuttle was quick and seamless, which we really appreciated first thing in the morning. Truly no complaints at all. We will absolutely stay here again!

Room was clean is a little worn and staff were personable. Room service was prompt although my salad didn’t have any dressing which was kinda weird. Standout was Peter the shuttle driver who had the wait times at DIA security pulled up on his phone and let everyone know where security was (because that changes every time you’re here) and about the trains, etc.

Probably won’t stay there again. $16 for vehicle parking (security), towel bar was pulled out of the wall in the bathroom , window screen flopping in the breeze, holes in bath towels, no body soap or conditioner. We told the front desk and she asked if we contacted housekeeping about the soap. It was too late at that point, I was in the shower when I found out it was empty. No refund was available since we didn’t book direct thru them. They said thanks for reporting the issues. Whatever… The food in the restaurant at the property was really good, but they had a lot of beers out of stock and no flights, kind of odd for a tap house. Disappointing for a Hilton owned property.

Very close to the airport and the Gaylord Rockies convention center. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean. The menu at the restaurant was pretty limited, and there wasn't a lot of other options within walking distance. The room also had a lot of little lights on switches, etc, which lit up the room at night. It's a good option if you need to be close to the airport.

I travel approximately 100-150 nights per year, and this was an unsafe experience. First - the shuttle information from the hotel messaging is incorrect. After waiting 45 minutes, I called the front desk and they told me it was wrong. Ended up taking an Lyft. This alone was not a big deal and I would not be posting a review on that alone. More concerning was they gave me a room already occupied by someone. I was arriving late (11pm), swipe my key and was greeted by a very upset (understandably so) woman. I immediately left. The front desk kind of shrugged it off and gave me a new room. I've been chatting with Hilton on the website and they seem to have very little concern about this. This seems like a very unsafe situation for me and for the guest in the room. Pretty shocked at Hilton's lack of concern, both at the hotel and on the corporate site, about this.

I love DoubleTree. It's always my preferred hotel. The beds are comfy, its always clean, and the warm cookie is always a nice touch. This one, however, just knocked it out of the park! As I was walking to my room, I asked the team members cleaning the rooms on my floor where the ice machine was. One of them told me "the floor above," I went into my room and planned to go get ice in a bit. About 10 minutes later, there was a knock at the door and I see Ester, the woman who had told me where the ice was, standing there with a bag full of ice! In a world full of people who so quickly pass you by, I happened upon one who noticed, acted, and for nothing other than the sake of kindness, met my need AND made my day! Thank you, Ester! I hope you (and your bosses) see this and know that THIS is important work that you're doing and I'm blessed to have had this encounter.

We have a conference twice a year at the hotel and they take good care of us. In particular, we are fortunate to have Sidney as our liaison for meals and beverages in the conference center and he is just outstanding. Everyone involved with the conference raves about Sidney and his attention to detail and servant heart. He’s simply great. This past weekend we had parking issues and the front desk staff was helpful. One particular representative was a bit short and impatient but the others we apologetic and helpful.

Good location for flight in and have access to store near by and when it is time to go. Easy access to shuttle back the airport. Very nice rooms. Up to date amenities. Also it does feel good to be treated with the warm cookie on arrival. Thanks. Front desk representatives were great on each encounter. Sports Bar/Restaurant for the hotel is available also

Stayed here on a quick trip to Denver and I was impressed. The shuttle picked me up from the airport. The property was clean and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I ate in the restaurant downstairs and the food was tasty. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
