about 1 month agoI did not stay here but was invited by a friend of the owner. This is such a special place located in the heart of Denver. Very walkable area and safe. The common areas are decorated with care. The interior has been meticulously restored and cared for. The owner lives on property which is a plus. I would definitely recommend this beautifully restored mansion for your next stay in the Denver are. One highlight I'd like to mention. While in the area for you Titanic enthusiast take a tour of the Unsinkable Molly Brown museum it's just a few blocks away. Enjoy ?

2 months agoMy parents came in town and absolutely LOVED The Capitol Hill Mansion BnB! Carl and Bailey were fabulous hosts, the food was incredible, the accommodations were perfect, and the mansion is historic and beautiful. Highly recommend, you’ll love your stay!

5 months agoStaying at the Capitol Hill Mansion was like stepping back in time but with all the modern comforts you could want. This 1891 ruby sandstone mansion is absolutely stunning and ideally located—just a short walk from the Colorado State Capitol and the Denver Art Museum. The historic architecture is preserved beautifully, making for a truly unique and formal B&B experience in the heart of Denver.

10 months agoPerfect for a romantic getaway! Stunning historic building! The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and walkable. We saw a show at the Fillmore and felt safe walking there and back. Carl, the owner, was gracious and served an amazing breakfast! The egg souffle was just perfect & the coffee was excellent! We loved the whole experience and would definitely stay here again! ??

10 months agoI chose the balcony room with a jetted soaking tub. It was the perfect getaway. Breakfast in the patio garden was even more amazing and tasted so yummy. Overall the experience and hospitality of Carl was the best.

about 1 year agoWhat a delight of a b&b. I was only staying there one night to cover a gap in my conference hotel, but I wish I'd booked the whole stay here. Huge, adorable rooms with beautiful, solid wood furniture. The staff were so kind. When my flight got in early, I called to ask if I could access my room early for a shower and they bent over backwards to make it happen, and were so sweet about it along the way. Well worth any stay.
