I never had a bad encounter with staff. They were all awesome. The food was phenomenal. I did have an issue with the AC, but they fixed it immediately. The rooms were well cleaned. I noticed one day that at least some of the furniture had been moved in order to clean behind it. The beds were clean under the mattress as well. There were no issues with crime. The facility seemed safe. There was noise on the weekend, due to children playing a travel sport from Kansas. Everyone was glad when they left. Despite the minor inconveniences that could not be fixed, the children of the corn from KS, I’d stay there again

The rooms were clean and smelt good, we got great rest. I like the lobby and social space of this hotel because of the high ceiling. We ordered a ton of food at the bar and everything was very good. Monica and Jose at the front desk were very kind and attentive to my needs!

We booked this late in the day, as we were traveling. It was perfect. Room was comfortable and spacious (we had the one-king bed suite). Parking couldn't have been easier. The hotel seems a bit, um, 1970s but everything was clean and attractive. We had a drink in the evening at the bar downstairs: Our lovely bartender (sorry I didn't get her name!) was helpful and made our time there very pleasant. Special note: Best breakfast I've had at a breakfast-included hotel since, well, forever. The breakfast is cooked to order and while the menu wasn't enormous it was good. I got an omelet that was delicious. The interior courtyard where the dining room is is pleasant. I would happily stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful at this Embassy Suites. The woman making the omelets at breakfast was so friendly and her omelets are the best! Dahlia was our bartender at the evening reception. She was so friendly and happy, and always with a smile. Her drinks were also very delicious! The rooms are quiet and clean. Location was good for our needs of a basketball tournament at the local high school, but not within walking distance of any food/restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I have nothing good to say about this location. June 23, 2026 family vacation from Kansas to Denver staying 4 nights. Booked months in advanced and paid. Arrived late after flight to find they had no room for us! Angel the supervisor was extremely rude, condescending and disrespectful! We ended up at another hotel obviously but it does make me see how they treat people. If I paid for a room I should have one when I arrive. There is so much more that happened but I’m going to try to enjoy the rest of the vacation ? This is in response to management comment. Angel was rude prior to the information about paying for the room at another hotel, not caring if I was ok with the hotel or not, I asked where it would be he said doubletree, he said 5-10 minutes 20 min later he’s sitting in his office doing nothing until I said excuse me! Then he comes out hands me a paper and I find out I’m at a different hotel. At this point it’s very late and we have a 1 yr old and a 11 yr old! The late arrival also was told on reservation since The flight did not get in until late. But as you can see the general manager tries to switch things so it doesn’t look like Angel has done a dang thing wrong but let me tell you that hotel was the rudest I have ever been treated and I have traveled internationally and domestic many many many times I will never stay at this hotel again! The hotel that I stayed at was extremely nice. I did get a call the next day from the hotel. I was staying at to let me know that the embassy suites now had room for me and if I didn’t come back and stay with them for the remainder of my stay that I would be charged to cancel cancellation fee. See there was a lot that was going on here that I was just gonna save everybody from having to read and there’s much more but you know like I said I am on vacation and I’m tired of going through this. Just beware before you stay with Embassy suites in Denver Central Park. One night stay paid because it’s after midnight and my child has to go to sleep is not any kind of. I’m sorry from embassy suites my room should have been available to me when I got there especially since I said I was coming in late. That’s why I paid ahead customer service -99%.

2 of 4 elevators brokens. Unfortunately the 2 broken were on our side of the hotel. We'd have to walk around the opposite side of the hotel to use the elevators. Not convenient at all when staying on the 7th floor. Staff and security were not helpful when it came to the unsupervised children running and screaming at all hours. These children, groups of young punk soccer boys around 7 to 9 yrs old were throwing things off the balconies, playing in the elevators (hitting every button up and down delaying the 2 working elevators even longer)and being something other than "kids being kids". This isnt Disney and i expected staff to hold guests accountable for their actions. Parents were no where to be found and the hotel did not act on the numerous complaints made. This wasnt during normal hours where one would expect normal foot traffic and conversations. Im talking 12am screaming and running all around. Doors slamming. More running and screaming with more doors slamming. My family was sitting at the first floor atrium tables around 10:30pm planning next days vacation activities when we were hit with items thrown by these brats from the 3rd and 5th floors. Security did nothing. I would never stay here again. What i was charged for a 4 night stay for 4 rooms 8 people is criminal considering there was NO PEACE AT ALL.

Surprisingly nice hotel. Absolutely quiet rooms, lovely indoor atrium out of an 80s movie. Looks like a villains layer on the outside, but the inside is airy with an amazing atrium and reasonable food selection.

We enjoy staying at Embassy suites. Rooms are large given you have two rooms. Clean overall. Excellent service overall especially at breakfast Teresa made fabulous omelets and was pleasant and quick. We'll miss our breakfasts! Location is great- the only negative is the smell from the dispensary across the street. We live near dispensaries and have walked past them but have never experienced this. Not fair to their neighbors around them.

So came to hotel and it definitely started to go downhill quickly. Found out my reservation had been canceled, by who, no idea... than only to have to pay regular price plus parking. since we had been driving all day to get here and it was now 9pm and by kiddos needed to be in bed, so had no choice. Like really. What a way to scam people. Cancel all the 3rd party reservations and get that extra money with unsuspecting travelers. Than the room was nice size with living room but definitely had that old musky smell to it. And we had to wait 20 mins for a luggage cart. Also as my 3 party reservation was non refundable will now have to wait to see if I will get refund. So needless to say embassy suites denver definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. If you are booking with 3rd party please be careful booking here

Hilton Embassy Suites in Denver was a welcome treat after a long journey . Very clean, friendly staff, and the best pillows! The tailor made breakfast in the morning was the cherry on top. I will definitely stay there next time I'm in Denver. The price was comparable to the rest of the hotels, which made it an easy choice as well
