The Hyatt House Denver Airport offers convenient access to the airport and surrounding areas, often praised for its spacious rooms and included amenities like free breakfast and shuttle service. However, recent reviews highlight inconsistencies in service, parking fees, and equipment malfunctions. Some guests experienced issues with room upgrades, front desk responsiveness, and maintenance, particularly concerning the hot tub and elevator.

Room was fine, consistent with a typical 3 star hotel. Bed was confortable, and I did like the shower. The location was very convenient. Very poor service, unfortunately. I booked my stay through United, due to a delayed flight causing a missed connection. The instruction for the airport shuttle to the hotel was clear though regrettably incorrect. I stood in the designated pickup location for ~20 min, only to be informed the hotel shuttle is temporarily elsewhere due to construction. Either the information sent to guests should have been corrected or signage should have been posted at the pickup spot. I was forced to pay $45 for an Uber to the hotel. The morning return trip to the airport was smooth, convenient, and on time. For checkout, I requested a receipt from the front desk and the front desk refused to provide me with one, telling me to retrieve it online. I later called the hotel for the itemized receipt, saying I need it for reimbursement. The hotel was no help. (they actually sent a totally blank receipt to me(attached). Someone looked at that and thought, yeah thats it ?). The booking agency, United Hotels, had no record of my locator number, causing a 1.5 hour circular chat bot torture session. I still fault the hotel with this, as it is their decision to partner with these malfunctioning booking agencies. I will likely dispute the charge on my credit card, forcing the booking company (whatever it may be) to procure a receipt.

Check-in at the hotel was quick and easy. The young lady at the front desk was extremely polite, welcoming, and had a smile on her face the entire time. She explained almost everything we needed to know right away. After getting to our first room, we realized I had accidentally booked the wrong room through the Expedia app. The front desk immediately upgraded us at no additional charge, no questions asked. That level of customer service really stood out. The free breakfast was standard, but the cafeteria, dining, and bar areas were spotless every single day. We also used the laundry facilities, which were completely free — even the detergent. We tried to pay for it, and the staff told us there was no charge. The hot tub happened to be out of service during our stay, but it wasn’t an issue for us. On our last night, we ordered pizza, and the front desk staff was very helpful with recommendations on local pizza places, including what each place was known for. I also made a mistake with the parking registration, and once again the front desk handled it quickly and professionally with a great attitude. Overall, the staff here is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. We stayed here when the hotel first opened a few years ago and had a good experience then, but this visit was even better. Our family highly recommends this hotel, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great sized rooms with cooking facilities and a sitting and dining area. Staff were very attentive and nothing too much trouble. Free shuttle service from the airport and free parking outside. There is an indoor swimming pool which looked nice and clean and a small gym. Convenience store 5 minutes walk away. Restaurant inside hotels does good reasonably priced snacks. Excellent breakfast was included in room rate.

SO pleased with this hotel!! Super roomy and has anything you need. I LOVED that the living room is physically separated by a door to the bedroom so my two young girls could go to sleep sooner and my husband and I had our own space. Super close to the airport and very convenient. We took a free shuttle from the airport (just make sure you’re on the West Terminal side with the red signs) and it was super easy. Call the hotel if you have issues — they answer right away and gave great instructions. We’ll take the shuttle again tomorrow back to the airport for our second flight. Haven’t had breakfast yet but looking forward to it. I can update later with more info.

The rooms are very spacious for the price! $200 a night for a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a queen bed, and 2 full size beds in another room. Bigger than a lot of apartments! Everything was very neat and clean. The view is not bad, but it is just a plain of dry yellow grass and the road. I don’t know about other suites, but from my two windows I can see the roof and hose. Lots of kitchen appliances such as a microwave, toaster, and oven. More than enough clean cups, utensils, and bowls/plates. Recommend staying here before leaving because of how close it is to the airport.

It was a good spot to stay for the evening when our flight was canceled. The staff was wonderful, accomodating, and helpful. We asked for a wake up call, free shuttle, and enjoyed breakfast which starts daily at 6 am. Only bummer was that out tv was damaged. Shower pressure was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. This is a great and family friendly place to stay.

We had a great stay at Hyatt House by the Denver Airport. The location was super convenient, especially with the shuttle service. It made getting my father-in-law to the airport very early in the morning stress-free. The rooms were very clean and well kept. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were both nice and relaxing. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the airport. Would definitely stay again.

While night parking is $17/night, Hyatt locations are a great value otherwise. The rooms are nice and this location has free breakfast, like most Hyatt properties. The rooms were pretty clean. If you need a bathtub for bath time with kids, you’ll have to ask. Most rooms have showers. The breakfast wasn’t the best but good enough for what is included in staying at the hotel. The staff there were great as far as my family’s stay was. Would recommend for the most part!!

We chose Hyatt House Denver Airport because it advertises secure “Park, Stay & Fly” parking and trusted the Hyatt brand for safety and transparency. That trust was misplaced. Within three hours of leaving the hotel at 4:00 AM, our Ford F-150 was stolen from the hotel parking lot. We didn’t learn this until returning seven days later. A man walking his dog at 7:00 AM the same morning had already found our business cards and personal belongings discarded nearby, confirming the theft happened shortly after our departure. Hotel management immediately said the truck was “probably stolen,” told us thefts happen often in the area, and confirmed there are no exterior parking lot cameras, only cameras at the front desk. This information was never disclosed at booking, check-in, or anywhere on property. Police later told us hotels along this road are aware of ongoing thefts and break-ins, and that we were the third report that same morning. Advertising secure parking without surveillance or disclosure is misleading. The lack of transparency, response, and accountability reflects poorly on the Hyatt brand. Future guests deserve to know the risks before leaving their vehicles here.

$17 to park. Regardless of Hyatt member status or otherwise. They’re one of the only hotels in the entire airport region that charges you this to park. Disney in Orlando doesn’t even charge hotel guests to park. Furthermore I got into the room on a 65° weather day and the heat was set to 77. I would not recommend anyone pay or stay here based on parking costs alone.
