The Hyatt House Denver Airport offers convenient access to the airport with a free shuttle and comfortable rooms, particularly for travelers. Guests appreciate the spacious layout, full kitchen, and complimentary breakfast. However, parking fees and sporadic maintenance issues, such as elevator outages and a malfunctioning hot tub, are recurring concerns.
SO pleased with this hotel!! Super roomy and has anything you need. I LOVED that the living room is physically separated by a door to the bedroom so my two young girls could go to sleep sooner and my husband and I had our own space. Super close to the airport and very convenient. We took a free shuttle from the airport (just make sure you’re on the West Terminal side with the red signs) and it was super easy. Call the hotel if you have issues — they answer right away and gave great instructions. We’ll take the shuttle again tomorrow back to the airport for our second flight. Haven’t had breakfast yet but looking forward to it. I can update later with more info.
The rooms are very spacious for the price! $200 a night for a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a queen bed, and 2 full size beds in another room. Bigger than a lot of apartments! Everything was very neat and clean. The view is not bad, but it is just a plain of dry yellow grass and the road. I don’t know about other suites, but from my two windows I can see the roof and hose. Lots of kitchen appliances such as a microwave, toaster, and oven. More than enough clean cups, utensils, and bowls/plates. Recommend staying here before leaving because of how close it is to the airport.
It was a good spot to stay for the evening when our flight was canceled. The staff was wonderful, accomodating, and helpful. We asked for a wake up call, free shuttle, and enjoyed breakfast which starts daily at 6 am. Only bummer was that out tv was damaged. Shower pressure was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. This is a great and family friendly place to stay.
We had a great stay at Hyatt House by the Denver Airport. The location was super convenient, especially with the shuttle service. It made getting my father-in-law to the airport very early in the morning stress-free. The rooms were very clean and well kept. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were both nice and relaxing. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the airport. Would definitely stay again.
While night parking is $17/night, Hyatt locations are a great value otherwise. The rooms are nice and this location has free breakfast, like most Hyatt properties. The rooms were pretty clean. If you need a bathtub for bath time with kids, you’ll have to ask. Most rooms have showers. The breakfast wasn’t the best but good enough for what is included in staying at the hotel. The staff there were great as far as my family’s stay was. Would recommend for the most part!!
We chose Hyatt House Denver Airport because it advertises secure “Park, Stay & Fly” parking and trusted the Hyatt brand for safety and transparency. That trust was misplaced. Within three hours of leaving the hotel at 4:00 AM, our Ford F-150 was stolen from the hotel parking lot. We didn’t learn this until returning seven days later. A man walking his dog at 7:00 AM the same morning had already found our business cards and personal belongings discarded nearby, confirming the theft happened shortly after our departure. Hotel management immediately said the truck was “probably stolen,” told us thefts happen often in the area, and confirmed there are no exterior parking lot cameras, only cameras at the front desk. This information was never disclosed at booking, check-in, or anywhere on property. Police later told us hotels along this road are aware of ongoing thefts and break-ins, and that we were the third report that same morning. Advertising secure parking without surveillance or disclosure is misleading. The lack of transparency, response, and accountability reflects poorly on the Hyatt brand. Future guests deserve to know the risks before leaving their vehicles here.
$17 to park. Regardless of Hyatt member status or otherwise. They’re one of the only hotels in the entire airport region that charges you this to park. Disney in Orlando doesn’t even charge hotel guests to park. Furthermore I got into the room on a 65° weather day and the heat was set to 77. I would not recommend anyone pay or stay here based on parking costs alone.
I came in on November 21st around 5:30pm to check in for my reserved parking spot that I booked through a third-party. I went up to the front desk and I believe her name was javiera or Antonia who was checking me in, however her attitude was awful. She had black hair was fairly short and she looked in her late 50s. When I came up to the desk, I pulled up screenshots of my receipt, displaying the reservation ID number and dates of how long my car was going to be parked. After viewing the information, she told me that she needed a confirmation number. I informed her that this is all that they had given me to show and it was stated on the receipt that the information shown is what I needed to bring. She then proceeded to repeat herself in a very rude way saying there was nothing she could do for me unless she sees a confirmation number and that my car will be tagged every night that it’s there. She then took her attention to fixing something on the floor and left me to figure it out without any help. When I pulled up the only email I had that I sent to myself of the receipt, I was waiting for her to stand back up from crouching on the floor behind the desk to take a look (she was purposely ignoring me) and see if there was anything that I missed. After waiting 10 minutes of her focusing on anything but a guest in front of her, she then reviewed the Email, wrote something down and said “This is why you check your email. This is what I needed.” (in a very passive-aggressive, rude tone). However, when I looked at the email, everything was exactly the same as my screenshot so I went back up and asked her what confirmation number she was talking about just so I knew for future reference and in response she stated “Well I didn’t just need the reservation ID, I needed to see the dates with it.” it was in that moment that I realized that the whole time I had all the correct information she just was making my night go more difficult than it needed to be. When I asked for a business card and her name, she responded by saying “it’s on the card.” I was already having a lot of anxiety before getting on my flight and she took every opportunity to have a power trip with a customer. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I didn’t book a room here, but I will never stay here just because of that experience. This is the type of person that you can’t trust, especially with your money! PSA (with travel bookings, reservation ID=confirmation number).
Beds are comfortable and good location. Thought I would try a Denver airport hotel that I haven't tried before. Was surprised to be hit with a $17 parking fee for my stay when nothing in the reservation process online suggested a charge for parking. Breakfast is terrible - 'hot' foods are room temperature; breakfast area filthy; fruit is beaten up. Common areas in hotel are dirty. Close to airport and you hear planes most of the night. There are lots of Denver airport hotels and I would only choose this one if you find a good deal but be prepared to tack on another $17 for parking as of the date of this review (10/29/25). I won't stay here again.
Parking was $17. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was amazing. It was clean, well organized and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was okay. The only downside was the receptionist when we arrived. He said hello and that was it. He just pointed at the card reader for us to pay. We had to ask what the payment was for (our deposit) and he didn’t let us know about any of the amenities. Kind of standoffish. BUT the receptionist this morning was amazing!! she was extremely friendly and informative. Overall decent experience.
