Comfortable ish mattress. More on the firm side….. however, softer than Marriott next door but firmer than Westin (westin at DIA airport is heavenly compared to here). No comforter just extra thick sheets that felt very stiff, scratchy, extra starched like a military uniform…..which the pro to that means your bedding is completely washed and clean. Con is it’s a thin sheet and not very cozy or comfortable like a comforter would be (but it’s clean!). Clean hotel. Cheerful customer service. Rates continue to go up every year we fly out here for medical appointments but they have changed where parking use to be a nightly rate added to your stay, they now include the parking in parking garage (but rates are also higher than last year, so can’t say you’re actually saving). Breakfast voucher is included now which is new. We did try it out for just one morning but it was very limited to ONLY “pancakes” or “all American breakfast” and “juice” or “coffee”. Having allergies and gluten free, not a coffee drinking we fortunately got a substitute of fresh fruit & juice which wasn’t substantial enough nor worth the price raises. Cafe and restaurant are available and very clean relaxed hotel in a safe area. Walking distance to restaurants. (I use to live here 19 years ago and compared to what it USE to be like, it’s a lot safer seeming than it was back before these hotels were built and everyone knew to avoid colfax area - I don’t worry at all about walking to and from the hospital out here). I do wish they offered more affordable rates for medical patients of Denver Childrens hospital as there is no Ronald McDonald house around for affordable lodging this close to the hospital to my knowledge. We love that we can walk from the hotel straight over the walkway to the hospital appointments it makes it so much easier. There’s so a Panera bread on the way and ihop not far down the road, another few lights over from ihop is chipotle and other places to eat.

Stayed with my wife for a work trip. Nice clean room and over all great experience. Big TVs and cable, perfect to catch a game on TV during our stay. Ordered a really good steak Philly from the hotel restaurant, I highly recommend the Hyatt here.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Denver/Aurora and had a great experience. The property itself was very well maintained, clean, and comfortable throughout my stay. What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. Every team member I interacted with had a positive attitude, was incredibly helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to be at work. That kind of energy made a big difference and really elevated the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

Shout outs and lots of love to Madonna and Cassandra for accommodating my stay here as always. As a matter of fact…the entire team here are nothing short of amazing. They are always all smiles and great attitude which makes my stay here always enjoyable. That’s nice to have and come to after a long day at work:)

I stayed here because it was so close to the University of Colorado hospital my husband was staying at. When I checked in, it was very, very late and the ladies at the front desk gave me a parking pass to park right in front of the hotel, ao I wouldn't have to go walk over to the parking garage and back. I was already so stressed out with what was going on with my husband and I was so thankful for what they did for me. They worked with me day by day with me being unsure on when I would be checking out. Madonna at the front desk was like an Angel out of the sky. She was so helpful and encouraging and understanding. I highly recommend this establishment to stay at, especially if you have loved ones in the hospital. Thank you all tons ??

Very accomodating services. The location is close to the hospital which is great if you have family hospitalized but I still ended up taking an uber home every night since the last call for shuttle is 6:30 and the area is to sketchy to be walkable. The hotel is nice but if you like a bit softer mattress and sheets it might not hit the mark for you. The sheets felt too starched and scratchy and bed was to firm for my taste so unfortunately I changed hotels mid way through my stay in town.

Def not a 4 star hotel. We arrived on Christmas day the women behind the counter clearly did not want to be working. She was very rude to us. Also we called down for towels since there were only 2 towels and 1 washcloth and we were 3 people. And the women said you are welcome to come down and get your own since there was only 2 employees working in the entire hotel. I was so taken back I would never stay at that hotel again. Def will be going back to the gaylord which we love. Alitte more expensive but well worth it!

Amazing very close to the hospital and not far from a lot of shopping you can drive to. The room was clean, nice tub, the room service was amazing I have celiac disease and the kitchen and staff knew what it was and were knowledgeable about cross contamination, I ate there 2 nights and didn't have any issues. The staff was professional, courteous and so friendly. Parking garage is a nice touch has a elevator if needed and they had lots of dollys/carts for guests to use.

We stayed there for a conference and we quite enjoyed it. We arrived at about 9:30 in the morning and we're thrilled when the lady at the front desk told us we could go to our room then. That is simply amazing!! The conference space was pretty nice. The restaurant was okay but the service wasn't wonderful. We went for an early dinner and ordered what sounded good, but then we saw that some other people were ordering off a happy hour menu that no one told us about

I spent 4 days at a work conference and the facilities and service were great, but the best thing about the place were the bartenders, Ben and Austin. They are so funny and accommodating to even huge crowds of people. They never miss a beat. I don't usually do reviews, but I wanted to mention how welcome Ben and Austin made us feel and how professionally and efficiently they were able to manage our large group. I hope the organization sees this and gives them the raise they deserve.
