Hotel dated. Room, specifically the bathroom was showing signs of wear. Vaneer wearing off of bathroom vanity and whoever recaulked the sink didn’t know what they were doing. The pillows were terrible, they deflated no matter how many you stacked together. Room not super clean. Dog food on carpet. Breakfast was borderline inedible. Institution grade eggs and little variety. Front desk understaffed but agent was super kind, attentive, and accommodating. Good location though.

I had a really good time during my stay here. The staff were super helpful, and it was nice that they still do a complimentary breakfast when a lot of other places I've been to don't anymore. My room was very clean as well. no complaints here!

Room is spacious. Wish there was an actual door in the queen suite to separate living from sleeping areas. Breakfast included multiple options. Desk staff was also doubling as a baritsta when we arrived but we didn't wait terribly long for him to finish with the coffee order before checking us in. Having to also pay for parking is kind of a bummer

Stayed here for over two weeks, and overall the hotel is clean and in a convenient location with easy access to everything. The staff were nice and the room was well maintained. However, the breakfast options are very limited and become very repetitive if you’re staying for more than a few days. The Wi-Fi speed was also extremely slow and frustrating to use, especially for work. Overall, decent for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement for longer stays.

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel during the week, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to excessive noise levels throughout the stay. From about 12pm-5am there was constant disruption. The thin walls made it easy to hear conversation, televisions, bathroom trips, arguments, etc. Even basic attempts to rest were disrupted from the constant noise resulting in lack of sleep and migraines. In addition, there was no response from front desk staff to help resolve the disrespect from these other guests, or at least to reassure us that it was going to be taken care of. For a company with a rapport of affordable luxury that is supposed to provide comfort and rest, the noise issue REALLY undermined the entire experience. I would strongly recommend that this hotel invest in better soundproofing and/or enforce quiet hours much more strictly. ESPECIALLY during the week. Until then, I would not choose to stay here again. We also did not expect to be paying $10/day for parking considering we are guests of the hotel with it's own parking lot. I would understand if it was covered parking or in a city with no parking lots, but the $10/day for parking must be disclosed better when booking, rather than only disclosing "onsite parking."

Rooms could use a deep clean and some upgrades but overall not bad, and good size room. All the staff we encountered were great! Brandon at the front desk was so helpful and friendly at check in and later in the evening at the bar. Parking in their lot is super easy and we got a deal that parking was free with the room. The parking was important to us after reading so many reviews about bad parking in the downtown area. This hotel is centrally located which was easy for our stay. Good hot breakfast with limited Starbucks drinks as well.

The hotel is located in a decent spot of town, with breakfast offered daily. Right off Colorado blvd, not too far from target & other shopping spots(although you will definitely need a car to get to them). The room was good, only flaw is the ac wasn't blowing cold air. After asking the front desk & looking online it states that the hotel controls the temp for the building. So when it warmed up in the room, the ac did very little, other than blow air to circulate it. If I were visiting during the warmer months I'd def take that into account. Also parking is not free, for those wondering, & the garage/structure parking is not for guests. They charge about $20 a night & is enforced by PMC. Look them up on reddit if wonder how that might play out. TLDR: good spot of town, def need a car to get anywhere, parking is not free, & hotel room ac doesn't work well

Attending a conference downtown, I had hoped to stay at a hotel near the convention center. My office had other plans and booked me at the Hyatt Place Cherry Creek. So even though I wasn’t looking forward to it, it actually worked out pretty well! It’s a standard hotel — nothing particularly fancy or, alternatively, bad. I appreciated that there is a 7-11 across the street, which I visited twice for drinks and snacks. Handy! I also walked to dinner — Viale Pizza — and enjoyed it very much. (I’ll review it separately.). The staff was kind; the area was quiet; I slept well. I would definitively stay at this hotel again.

I booked Hyatt Place expecting a solid 4-star experience, but unfortunately it felt closer to a 2.5 at best. The building is clearly very old, and it shows everywhere — dated furniture, worn-out carpets, and an overall tired look that really needs renovation. Cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. The bedding and towels were not just worn, but visibly stained, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one under the Hyatt name. It didn’t feel like the linens had been properly replaced or inspected between guests. The carpet was also dirty, and the bathroom grout looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. To make things worse, there was a pink liquid residue on the sides of the toilet, which was honestly unsettling and made me question the overall hygiene standards. Breakfast was another letdown. For a Hyatt property, I expected better, but the spread was very mediocre with limited and uninspiring options. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating or the Hyatt brand name. With serious attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and updates, it could improve — but in its current condition, it’s hard to recommend.

Trust me, stay here. I have travelled all over the US. Sure, I have stayed in "nicer" hotels before but I would pick this place over them. The entire staff from the food and beverage to the front desk to security were just awesome. If you would like a relaxing, refreshing place to stay consider this for some solitude. Me and my new fiancé were traveling and both agreed this was the best hotel experience we have ever had, ever. Thank you to your team for an enjoyable experience. We will certainly be back.
