3 months agoMy husband and I were serviced by Victor. He was very informative about things to do in Colorado and helpful with getting us check into our rooms! The breakfast was average continental and the game room and gym was pretty nice. The beds could afford to be more comfortable but it was doable. Overall, we would definitely book again.

4 months agoPilot here for a major airlines. Stayed here a week for training event. From the moment of check-in and throughout the entire stay, this Renaissance was extremely pleasant. Customer service is above and beyond. Missed a shuttle to the training center once and was late front desk staff Mr. Victor was quick to provide assistance and gave me a ride himself. Room are very well kept and clean. Entire teams is amazing. Highly recommend this place ?.

From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. 4 months agoThis was our first stay here. We had a great stay here with our 4H group for a nationals competition. The staff was gracious and helpful. Room were comfortable. It was conveniently close to CSU spur where events were being held. The bar/dining staff were especially kind and a joy to interact with. Kim was very accommodating, knowledgeable, gracious and helpful. We were so thankful at the end of long days to have such kind folks wanting to help. Would absolutely recommend this establishment!

6 months agoPros: Great location, staff was friendly and professional. Fresh fruit-infused water in the lobby. Lots of comfy seating and outlets. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was good temperature. Safety was great since you have to have a room key card to access any floor in the elevators. Gym was easy to use and clean, lots of machine options. Cons: the pool could’ve used more frequent skimming of the top (bugs, leaves, etc), right outside the elevator smells like feet. The open concept/layout, while giving a great view down to the lobby, means you can hear all the noise/conversation from your room. Wish they had given an option to have a quiet section for those who go to bed early to not have to hear everything into the night. there is a staff member who smokes right by the entrance every day, so we had to rush through with our baby. Right next to an Avis/Budget so very easy to rent a car if you need it!

7 months agoI had a great stay at the Renaissance in Denver. Victor was professional, kind, and courteous the entire stay. The breakfast was delicious, the game room was fun, and the pool and fitness center were amazing. Our rooms were always tidy and smelled really good. I would happily stay here again! Best Denver hotel experience by far :)

7 months agoWe’ve absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the hotel itself has such an open, airy design that instantly feels relaxing. The Skyhawk Lounge is our new favorite spot—it has such a cool vibe. We were upgraded to a top-floor room with stunning views, which made the experience even more special. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable—some of the best sleep we’ve had in a hotel. Overall, the atmosphere is fantastic, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort and style!

7 months agoI really enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Denver. The guest services was friendly, the hotel was clean and well decorated. Honestly the thoughtful art and decoration really set this place apart from other hotels. It felt like a giant scrapbook of travels and whoever they hired to decorate the space put a lot of thought, time, attention to detail and love into the job. My room has these little paper looking airplanes flying across the ceiling and I think that is a thoughtful touch to incorporate art into the space like that. I was on the 9th floor and over looked the city from a balcony. It was a awesome view of the sunrise every morning. We had breakfast to the buffet and it was delicious! Nothing fancy but it was clean, tasty, fresh, and well stocked. I can't complain about anything except the area of town it was in, however the hotel is set up like a small fortress!! I felt safe and knew my car was safe because I paid for onsite parking. They had wonderful security and we had no issues during the 4 days we were in town. It's close to everything and lots of shops walking distance. Id definitely stay there again and you really can't beat the price for all they offer.

8 months agoGood place to stay view depending on what side you get has a good view. Rooms are nice bathrooms clean very well kept up. Only stayed overnight but would comeback because it has other amenities that I didn't take advantage of.

8 months agoFrontdest gentleman was so nice and helpful. We were exhausted from hrs of driving, he checked us in right away and helped wave the parking charge when I did not want to pay for parking and was going to find a free spot. He was very kind! It was clean and quiet and I liked the style and layout of the rooms. I LOVED the shower! Oh that water pressure was glorious! I have long hair and I was able to properly wash my hair in their ? with the great pressure. I don't like the refillable shampoo and stuff so I used my own. Wish they had a small bar of soap for individual use. But that water pressure was all I needed!
