Nice hotel. My rooms layout was super weird but no biggie. Location isnt great unless you're going to the game. But Jackie the bartender is an absolute gem. If you stay here, you must say hello to Jackie.

Though the location is considered convenient, the experience and prices were not so great. This place charges for everything; from food and drink, prices are high and portions are small. Expect to pay 20-30 bucks a per meal at least. And the rooms don’t look luxurious like in the pictures. The pullout couch doesn’t have sheets or pillows and when looking we found used blankets in the closet. It was a very loud environment with lots of unattended children running around the halls. I recommend not staying for more than a night unless you can afford it.

This specific location is a hidden gem. The service is fantastic, the rooms are clean, The rooms have a European style to it for those of you that travel a lot you will catch that immediately it has a European vibe to it. I'm a happy camper I don't know why this location has low ratings but I travel a lot for business and I can tell you I will definitely come back to this location I absolutely love it and I've been all over the world.

Had a negative experience with the service of the hotel. Was given a room key that was evidently for the wrong room, when reported to the front desk attendant, she would explain we were using the key incorrectly. She came upstairs to show us how to scan the key to be greeted by a guest staying in the room that we were assigned already. Then the attendant told us it must be a squatter staying in the room that they didn’t catch. This made me question the safety of the hotel. Funny enough, they would not let my friend into the elevator without me, even though she was staying at the property, I had made the reservation and so I had to go retrieve her as if she was there for free. Once we got our new room without the squatter, we found food stains smeared on the bedside table and large cracks in the bed frames, unusual for a property this new, I’m very disappointed and am questioning booking with Bonvoy in the future.

Room was clean and spacious! Checking in/out was easy and all of the folks at the front desk were lovely (and helpful). We had an issue getting into the garage bit it was quickly resolved when we called. There is free street parking but I didn't want to risk it since we had a rental.

Our stay was… disappointing. The room itself was fine- small, but the bed was comfortable. The shower pressure is non-existent and the air conditioner popped and sputtered every 10-15 minutes. The real disappointment was the communication from the staff. At check in, we were made to believe the only option for parking was the 35$/night garage parking. We thought it was pretty steep, but we didn’t feel like we had an option. We then found out you could park on the street for free, so we asked for the garage parking to be taken off of our account only to find out the next day that the city blocks off the street parking on the weekends. Not once was this communicated. We then had to park across the street which was a busy, 5-lane road without any crosswalks nearby. It all just seemed like a money grab as when we communicated our frustrations, the staff were jumping at the bit for us to pay to park in the garage once more. We ended up checking out a day early and while trying to check out, the person at the counter automatically charged the card we were using for the incidental fee (50 dollars a night which is also insane) and didn’t even tell us the price? They luckily were able to change the payment to the card we wanted to use, but I feel all of this could have been avoided if someone would have just COMMUNICATED with us. Would not stay here again.

The staff were friendly and honest. Parking at the hotel cost $35/night but they give you options to park on the side street or nearby. Housekeeping was timely at around 10 or 11AM. The hotel is close to the train lines and not too far from downtown if you don’t mind a 20/30 minute walk.

Enjoyed staying here over the weekend. Staff was friendly and responsive. Rooms were clean. Quality air filters, I didn't sneeze once through our entire stay but would sneeze often in other locations. Courtyard is gorgeous. I do wish someone was monitoring the fire pit, lots of cigarettes everywhere. Gorgeous views though!

I enjoyed our stay, had a business event in Denver and needed a decently priced hotel. For the cost, the value was great. Very clean and updated rooms, Smart TV, really nice bathroom and shower. Staff at the front desk was helpful and considerate. You can pay for garage parking which is secured so only hotel stays can park, adding value. Overall great experience.

First of all — the hotel itself was beautiful. From the 2nd floor terrace we had a little peek at the mountains and a gorgeous view of Downtown Denver and the Broncos Stadium. I stood out there like I owned the place, breathing in fresh air and minding other folks’ business from a distance. The staff? Sweet as pie. Friendly, welcoming, and made everything smooth from check-in to checkout. We didn’t try the restaurant, but I loved that it was there because Auntie appreciates options — especially when hunger strikes unexpectedly. Now let’s talk about the room… CLEAN. Not “looks clean” — but actually clean. The kind of clean where you walk in and instantly relax. And the hot water??? MY GOD. Endless. Strong. Reliable. The kind of shower that makes you rethink your life decisions and stay in there longer than you should. I came out renewed, refreshed, and slightly reborn. Overall — beautiful stay, peaceful vibes, great views, and comfort that does what it’s supposed to do. Auntie Loren approved ?? Would definitely stay again.
