Both elevators broken for days so if your traveling with anyone old or handicapped I guess you just have to carry them and the wheel chair up the stairs pretty wild. I could understand one of them for 24hrs but both is completely crazy. For someone who has chronic back pain in the mornings it's nice to know I only have to go down 4 flights of stairs to get a water for my medicine and back 4 flights of stairs. Everything else here was OK but this is kinds the deal breaker for me and all my coworkers. Probably just take the companies business someplace that does routine maintenance on there elevators so they both don't break at the same time. I mean I would have left and switched hotels already but with a bad back I'm not taking a 7 day trips worth of luggage down 4 flights of stairs lol. I guess if you have to stay here ask for the first floor or your about to stairmaster randomly with luggage.

Not sure why this is only a 3 star hotel. The location is excellent, the staff Sandy and Michael are wonderful and the parking is convenient and plenty of it. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast is standard, and there are a number of restaurants to choose from nearby and right outside the front door.

I often stay here when in Denver, several times a year. The area is convenient, with several restaurants and shopping walkable. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and housekeeping is excellent - very clean. Breakfast is pretty basic, but "free" though you have to navigate all the kids swarming the buffet. Unfortunately, this location continues to charge for parking. The parking lot is unattended, free to anyone driving in, and cramped. Yet another way Marriott is abusing its most loyal customers with "destination charges" and other mark-ups that offer zero value, and which takes away from the "hospitality" they offer.

We had a pleasant experience. Our suite was clean, quiet, and well equipped. The location is very good. Unfortunately the breakfast is typical Marriott chain, highly processed over sugared. Good thing an array of restaurants, coffee shops, whole foods, trader joes, retail etc are nearby. We will stay here again when visiting Denver.

Residence Inn Cherry Creek surprised me in the best way. The location is unbeatable because you can walk to food, coffee, and trails while still being close to downtown Denver. The rooms feel clean and modern with plenty of space to actually spread out, which is rare for a hotel in this area. The beds are comfortable, the showers have great pressure, and the kitchen setup is clutch when you are staying more than a night or two. The lobby and common areas feel fresh and well kept, and the parking is easy which is huge in this part of town. The staff was friendly every time I walked through the front desk and they made the stay feel relaxed instead of stressful. If you want a quiet, clean, convenient spot in Cherry Creek that makes travel simple, this is the place I would book again.

Location in a shopping center. I had several interactions with front desk for various inquiries today & other 2 days. Upon coming home after business dinner late Friday evening Precious indicated the “pervious staff checked us out and told Precious we could not retrieve our property until tomorrow morning. As Marriott Rewards members they had credit card on file for the previous nights plus several contact information. No one had called or emailed us, we had not noticed the check out date was wrong. We offered to rectify and pay for another night. They had several rooms. Precious reiterated she could not release our property called Carla no answer. Precious waiting for mgr to return call. We waited now 11:30 pm. Applaud.

I really appreciate the front desk staff, Bernard who helped make my stay so much easier! The room was clean, quiet and we have a good rest after a long drive. I recommend this place for sure!

Checked into the room and found hair literally everywhere (in the shower, around the base of the toilet, in All drawers) including underwear from the previous guest. The floor wasn't swept or rag mopped. The bed was made, but when i pulled back the top sheet, it was as if someone had been laying in it already. Called the front desk, she was extremely apologetic, offered me either points or a partial refund (which I prefer because I dont travel much), and moved me into another room. The floor wasn't touched in this room as well (crumbs and dirt lined the baseboards in the kitchenette and bedroom, nail clippings from previous guest next to bed, hair in the bathroom, and urine along the base of toilet as well as on the wall behind the toilet. I slept on the couch because i was tired and didn't want to deal with moving again. I was to check in on Thursday and depart that Saturday. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency and needed to check out Friday instead. In a worrisome panic, I agreed to 500 pts and a $50 refund due to cancelation, when I had already agreed to a partial refund the night before but wasn't given the option in the morning. I spoke to Front Desk Manager, face to face, at around 9:30-10am, well before check out and way before check-in. There was an ample amount of time to add the room onto a cleaning chart. Therefore, Saturday, although reserved, should Not have been charged. When I spoke to her again, I explained that 500 pts do not suffice because I hardly travel and was given the option (night before) for money back, plus stated that I need as much money back as possible (fam emergency). She got upset for some reason, but that didn't bother me. To calm things, I informed her that I was a supervisor in housekeeping and understood that we are human, and sometimes we miss things or get tired and slack off, especially when housekeepers are Self Inspecting. She said that none of the housekeepers are self Inspectors and that the housekeeping manager and supervisor inspect the rooms. That's troublesome and shows work ethic. Front Desk Manager said she apologizes for both rooms and would charge $150 for the 1 night stay, no charges for canceling Saturday, and refunded me $50 for the hsk trouble. She then gave me a printout of what I thought was my receipt, and I left. Get home and notice the amount of $160 printed towards the bottom but it's not a receipt, so I have no idea, what that amount pertains to. It's been 5 days, no refund and my account is STILL pending $460 when the online reservation said $407. Either way, this is 100 % unacceptable.

The first thing about this hotel is the parking. There didn't seem to be much directly around the hotel, but it was sort of inside a shopping center so it's possible they have some shared parking. There was a decent amount of food choices in the shopping center, and it was nice to have some nearby. The hotel bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The sofa-bed was thin and springy and there was no mat included in the bedding bag to add any cushion to it. They only included one pillow in the bag for the double sofa bed, so I had to go to the desk to ask for another one. The shower was really nice. Overall, good room but I would have to get something different next time around if I had the same number in my group because the sofa bed was pretty lousy.
