We were in town for a concert at the Ball Arena, super close for walking down to the concert. The rooms were very clean, the first room we were in the bed was almost worn out at the hips and shoulder, and that made the first night long and uncomfortable. Fortunately the next morning after speaking with the front desk about the issue they were able to move us to a new room, where the bed was so much better. The parking felt like it was secure, and we had no issues with finding a space in the garage area. Really great location for catching our concert!

I booked a few VIP's at this hotel for a large event I hosted this summer in Denver. I chose this hotel because of the location and initially had a great experience with Orlando who was in charge of booking and hosting my guests. However things went south when my guests checked in and the staff did not use discretion when discussing my organizations finances at the start of their stay. I gave them my personal credit card and they were NOT supposed to charge that card the entirety of the cost and this was personally discussed with Orlando. He did not apologize for this rather drastic mistake, did not offer a reversal of the charges and refused to respond to my last few emails to correct this. Unfortunately, I will not be using this hotel for my event moving forward nor will I recommend it to others. It's too bad because the location is great and while I did not stay there, my guests told me it was a nice place to stay. It's just too bad a little miscommunication on their part forced me to write this review.

This was a great stay and highly recommend as the location in regards to the city was not far at all. The hotel was also right next to the highway so to travel to the Rocky Mountains or Red rock was easy enough. The only complain I would have is that the “heated pool” was never heated and the complimentary breakfast did not have many veggie options or non pork options.

It started ok great! My car was vandalized in their parking structure early morning 5/15, according to the video it was done a little after midnight, so GM Jen made a decision not to notify me until 10:30am saying “we don’t call rooms after a certain hour. They did nothing didn’t notify the police or me. The police officer came so I could file a report. The officer tried to ask questions the Assistant GM Patrick wouldn’t even talk to the officer just said get a warrant. I field a complaint with Corporate and they told me it is out of their hands, because I booked through a 3rd party there is nothing they can do and to contact the Fairfield. So I did, all they did was reimburse for the parking, and basically we had to take the loss. So I’m out of money for the room, and the $255 to replace my shattered window. Nothing from Corporate or Fairfield. Worst Denver trip ever. All I get is I’m sorry that happened. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Didn’t even try to make it right!

A very upscale Fairfield Inn. I’m lifetime Titanium with Marriott. Beautiful rooms ( we got an upgrade, thanks !). Good self serve breakfast. Indoor parking is $45 a night( ouch), but, better than crowded street options. We walked to dinner and a concert on Federal Street, about 1.25 miles away. Lots of UBER options too, so you can keep your car parked during your stay.

This accommodation was exactly what you would expect of a quality hotel. Flawless. Great hot shower. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. But less interesting than a similarly priced Airbnb. The location was a little less than optimal for exploring Denver's LoHi neighborhood but the paid parking made things simple. Still, walking distance to good restaurants. We would stay there again

Clean, modern, accessible, and spacious. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, so you have to take the elevator upstairs from the parking garage. A pool and exercise room are available. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room and the front desk agent was able to get us switched to a different room. Overnight parking is expensive unless you can find a spot to park on the street.

This was probably one of our best stays at a Marriott. The building is newly renovated, everything was so clean and the beds were new and comfortable. They were very accommodating when we had to move rooms because of the ice maker and then again a few nights later when a family of Clydesdales moved in upstairs keeping us up till 4am. Jen at the front desk was so kind and let me preview a more quite room on the top floor before committing to packing and moving. The breakfast was better thank most we've had, the kitchen staff were as kind and friendly as the rest of the staff. No joke, this was the most friendly staff we've experienced in a long time. Btw, there was always free street parking right outside the hotel, so we didn't pay the $45 daily to park underneath.

Amazing hotel! Great staff. This is not the Fairfield Iat Denver South that I keep seeing posted in a terrible Tik Tok. Just stayed here and it is a totally different hotel. Feel bad that people are confusing them. I’ve stayed here before an will definitely stay again.

Great experience here. Excellent location with beautiful views of downtown Denver and the surrounding area, a hearty and healthy variety of options for breakfast, clean rooms, above average amenities and exceptional service. Highly recommend and a great value for a hotel.
