Good stay, stayed 7 days. Target and food/ Starbucks across the street. Huge Mall right down the walking trail. No hot tub unfortunately. There is a pool though. Breakfast is lacking, but most hotel breakfast is. I'd argue the quality of the food is above average. Overall I would stay again. Expensive but in a nice part of town.

They have the absolute rudest staff!! I was getting breakfast for my kids and the time hit 9:25 and the staff were literally take the food away from the customers. By the time i thought to tell the front desk it was 9:36, 6 minutes past the time of it but most places allow the customers to finish getting food its getting thrown away anyhow right? How wasteful and completely disrespectful! I was making waffles and they litteraly took the waffle mix from me while I was trying to pour some and continued to yank everything away while other customers were trying to quickly get something anything to eat before it was to late. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. They treat people like there peasants trying to get scrapes. Ive never been treated so poorly. I use to stay here atleast once a month and now ill never come back I truly hope this business looses lots of income coming in due to this. Never again will I let a place of business treat me so poorly. If you have a family and kids they will not be friendly and they do not care about customer service

This hotel is a hidden gem. The 2 bedroom 3 queen suite is well-appointed with very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms with one walk-in shower and one tub/shower, and a spacious living room area. It was very quiet for being in the middle of the city. The breakfast had a nice variety with sweet potatoes, bacon, mini cheese omelettes, yogurt, strawberries, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, and more. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay during our Denver trip. The breakfast was a highlight — the waffles were delicious, the bacon was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the strawberries were fresh, generous, and wonderfully sweet. The room was clean and well maintained. The water pressure could be improved, but it was still acceptable. The laundry facilities were very convenient, which made traveling much easier. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Denver.

Room 238 No Hot Water + Billing Overcharges Not Refunded. Stayed at Staybridge Suites Denver?Cherry Creek from December 28–30, 2025 in room 238. The room had a maintenance issue with no hot water coming from the shower in one of the bathrooms. I mentioned this orally to a staff member during my stay, but it was not documented, and I had to bring it up again at checkout. Even more frustrating was the billing: there was an overcharge of $72.14 on my credit card, plus two $50 security deposits for the two nights. I pointed this out since I used reward points to book the room, and the staff responded that it would be removed from my account at the time of checkout. However, a few days later, the charges moved from pending status to real transactions. I had to spend time contacting the hotel again to request a refund, but as of now, it still has not been processed or reflected on my account.

The area is convenient but the immediate surroundings of the hotel are a bit run down. There’s a couple of strip clubs nearby so if you don’t know the area, be aware of that. The immediate street of the hotel definitely has a bit of an abandoned look to it.The rooms themselves are comfortable and clean but the general areas of the hotel definitely needed some vacuuming. The front manager of the hotel was a very kind woman, so she definitely helped with keeping the impression of the hotel positive. There’s other similarly priced hotels in the area so might check those out next time to see how they compare.

Modern and clean hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are great size, work well with toddlers and a solid value for the area. Plenty of parking and the amenities are as promised. Staff was even able to accommodate a last minute change for us.

The staff at this location really take care of their guests. Very compassionate and understanding of an individuals needs. Rooms are quiet and well laid out. SHUTTLE RIDES!!! They provide and schedule rides for their guests which is such a relief when you have everything else to think about. I will be back just to say hi to my new friends. Thank you to the entire team! The room is like a mini 1 bedroom apartment with high end everything except an oven, washer and dryer BUT, there are FREE washers and dryers on the first floor. The atmosphere is wonderful! They do a meet & greet with a free light hot snack and fountain drinks 3 nights out of the week. Also free breakfast every morning. Hasan welcomed us in Sunday evening with a pleasant smile and wonderful personality that carried through each time we seen him. I would recommend this location if you are traveling from out of state because they are close to everything you search for, LITERALLY!

What almost turned out to be a big mistake was saved by Lauren who remedied my situation in the best way that she could. I ended up having a nice weekend get away with my family only because Lauren saved the day. She is so sweet, nice and personable you are so lucky if she happens to be working during your stay.
