The Source Hotel offers a modern, industrial-chic experience with a rooftop pool and city views, linked to a vibrant food hall. While praised for its location and service, recent reviews highlight inconsistent experiences with room quality, amenity availability, and parking fees. Construction ongoing impacts access to key amenities.

Stayed here for two nights with my partner because our flight ban east was cancelled due to a big storm. Solid place all around! The location is a refreshing change of pace from downtown, which is a bit generic and just full of conference-goers and fairly boring restaurants/cafes. The hotel has excellent food options located on site - we ate at Safta, which was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had in Denver. We got drinks at Cimera, which were free thanks to a $50 credit that came with the room. The rooftop city scape panorama at that restaurant is incredible. Food looked good, but was Devon the expensive side. There’s a rooftop heated plunge pool and hot tub overlooking the rookies which is really the star of the show. It wasn’t too crowded ever and made for a great sunset hang. The room itself was fine, very comfy bed and also had a nice tub. The overall vibe was “industrial chic,” with cement walls and a renovated warehouse feel. One drawback was that the mountain-view side of the hotel that we stayed on was very noisy at night. Both nights I woke up to the sound of trucks and machinery at nearby sites, not sure what they were doing but it was loud and also at like 2am for some reason. Also, I should mention that aside from there being great food on site, the immediate location is not super accessible to other bars/restaurants/entertainment. You have to walk a good 15 minutes to get to Larimer street, where there’s much more of RINOs offerings. Quick uber though. Overall, good value and nice spot - would still recommend over many other hotels in the city!

We went to the Source for Safta coffee shop. We left the coffee shop 15 minutes earlier to avoid the $8 second-hour parking fee, but it was impossible due to the congestion inside the Source’s parking building. The poor parking lot design and traffic flow made the experience incredibly frustrating. Management did not address our concerns and seemed more focused on collecting high parking fees than improving the customer experience or offering validation for restaurant and shop patrons. Unfortunately, because of the parking issues and high fees, I won’t be returning to the Source!

From the very first day I booked to the day I checked out, the service was absolutely amazing! When I called to make my reservation, Tania was incredibly helpful and gave such great recommendations. I told her exactly what I was looking for, and she perfectly accommodated me with a beautiful suite. It was worth every penny! When we arrived, Yeimi checked us in and was so warm and welcoming. When we originally arrived, our room wasn’t quite ready since we arrived very early, which we completely understood. But within the hour, Yeimi personally called to let us know our room was ready, earlier than the standard check-in time! When we walked in, there was a special amenity waiting for us, welcoming us to the property and congratulating me on my job promotion (which I had casually mentioned at check-in). That thoughtful touch meant so much to me. The fact that she remembered made it even more special, it was absolutely worth the wait! At checkout, Tania assisted us again and made sure our $15 credit was applied to the room, which we really appreciated. The only thing I wish they offered was breakfast in the morning. It would be so convenient to have an option right on the property so you wouldn’t need to drive anywhere to start your day. That said, it definitely didn’t take away from our wonderful experience! I almost never leave reviews; usually, my husband does, but this experience truly made me excited to share. I will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone!

Modern but industrial vibe hotel with nice rooms with Mountain View’s. The king bed was very comfortable & the rooftop hot tub was nice. There are multiple places to eat onsite but the restaurant in the 8th floor is extremely busy so we ended up eating somewhere else since we couldn’t get a table. Location is great though with lots of places nearby to walk to.

This is a very cool, beautiful building! Full of large trees and plants. It felt like an indoor jungle. It's awesome. . However, there was a 1 hour wait, but it was a Saturday night so that's to be expected. We never ended up staying because of that, so I can't speak to how good the food was or the service. But we are looking forward to coming back here 1 day. Probably during the week when it's not so busy. They have a parking garage right underneath and other parking is really close by. The elevator doors take you right to the building. Location: 5/5

We stayed here recently for a nice luxury hotel weekend and left unimpressed. Its overcrowded and we tried to eat at everyplace possible to avoid leaving the hotel but everything was full. No access for paying hotel guests vs the general public. The pool is a large bath tub 3ft deep and placed right in front of the roof top bars huge windows. We wasted time here.

Very stylish place - love the room and the view of towards the mountains. Super comfy bed and pillows. Safta is a great restaurant and there are 2 other choices in the building which was ideal for the freezing weather. Only feedback for why it's not a 5 star - was checking in / out was a little clunky - took longer than it needed to with a couple of mistakes on both occasions. Also the toiletries - seems a bit wasteful the little shampoo/conditioner/bodywash - just thinking about plastic waste maybe consider large refillables in each room. Lastly, there was a rather unpleasant smell on the 4th floor - not in my room but very pungent on the walk from the elevator to the rooms.

For The Price It Was A Very Nice Experience. Parking In Garage Is $24 per Day. The Garage Is Safe, Clean, Nice And Is Right Next To The Hotel. The Hotel Is Very Modern and It Has A Nice Vibe. Theirs A Gym In First Floor, Restaurants In The 2nd Floor and A Bar/Restaurant In The 8th Floor. Pool and Hot Tub Also In 8th Overlooking The City. My Wife Accidentally Booked The Wrong Room and Jasmine In Front Desk Helped Upgrade The Room To A Corner Room That Had A Sitting Tub. The Room Was Bigger and The View To The City Was Amazing At Night. Room Was Clean And Had Everything We Needed For Our Stay. Amazing ?, Thank You Jasmine Your The Best!

We recently stayed for two nights. The price was right and wanted to stay in a different part of Denver. We arrived early. Our room was not ready. The front desk said they would text us when it was ready. They did not. We stayed in room 702. It was a nice room with mountain views. The room initially smelled like the sewer drain was venting but after opening the windows the smell did not return. They charged us a $25 daily "destination amenity fee" which appears to be common in the Denver area. It seems a bit ridiculous because they have the normal amenities a hotel would/should have that we used to not have to pay an amenity fee for. They gave us a $15 coupon per day to use at the coffee shop to offset the destination amenity fee. The coffee shop was basic and run by a staff that seemed to have other things to do besides serve coffee. The hotel feels like its run by an investment group that entered how to make a trendy hotel into ChatGPT.

The source has everything you need. There are several restaurants. The roof top restaurant Cimera has great views. It near downtown. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable in any hotel stay I've had. Front desk staff were great.
