The Denver Marriott Westminster consistently receives positive feedback for its friendly and helpful staff, particularly highlighted by individuals like Andrew, Saadet, Ary, and Madison. Guests appreciate the clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location, and good service, with some noting the excellent breakfast options and the pool area. However, there are recurring concerns about issues with room functionality, inconsistent housekeeping, and limitations on hotel amenities like TV volume during sporting events.
Rooms were terrible. Toilets overflowed. Sink and bathtubs would not drain. The fridge would lot open due to drawer hinge in the way. Pool was turned off and not cleaned. When asked said it had to be turned on by request that’s when we noticed black dirt covering the bottom. We moved rooms and had repeated issues. Never could get the maids to complete a cleaning towels missing and or just skipped out room all together more than once. Looks really nice but it’s a terrible hotel.
Andrew at the front desk was absolutely incredible! We wanted more of the hotel room coffee pods at 5 am before leaving for an early flight. He got us freshly brewed coffee instead! It’s nice to see service like that, because we’re so unaccustomed to it these days! The room was spotlessly clean, beautiful, and comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
I was very impressed the minute I walked into the Marriott. The front desk man Andrew was absolutely wonderful! He greeted us right when we came in. He provided excellent customer service, very professional, greeted my 7 year old, and helped us with our room. The hotel is decorated very lovely and I am very happy we came to this Marriott in Denver. Thank you so much and we will be staying here again due to the excellent service that was provided to us!
Way out of the way from Denver, however accessible by ride share, train and bus(to and from the airport, and short 10 ,15 minute rideshare). The staff also goes out of their way to serve their guests. I was actually accompanied from checkin at the front desk to the elevators. I left my phone in my room after checkout and someone from the front desk walked me to the room to allow me to retrieve my phone. Very helpful. Rooms very neat clean, nice small indoor pool and pretty good equipment in gym.
Croissant, who helped service the room was wonderful. The location is great. We were here for a graduation. I like the stores nearby and Boulder pretty close. A nice drive. The hotel was over subscribed with groups, though with people playing balls in the hallway and tap dancing by the elevator. There need to be more common rooms for kids in competition
I would like to specifically point out the extra attention given us by Saadet, Housekeeping manager (I think). She went over and above to speak to us and ensure they met our housekeeping needs! She clearly cares deeply about customer satisfaction!
Ary and Cody are the best! They are great and very welcoming. Changed hotels at the last Minute and I’m glad we did. Hotel is light bright and beautiful. Only complaint is the lounge is hidden in the back corner and wasn’t restocked on a regular basis. Other than that nonissues.
Had a great stay at the Denver Marriott Westminster. Check-in was fast and easy, which was much appreciated after a long day. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—exactly what you want when traveling. Another big plus is the location: there are tons of restaurant options nearby, making it easy to find something for any mood or craving. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
We are Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and have stayed extensively across North America at numerous Marriott properties. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had and felt like we needed to share our experience. Not only were there several things wrong with our room, one including the plug-ins in the bathroom would not hold any of our appliances. I would try and plug it in, and it would immediately fall out not allowing for myself to get ready in the bathroom. We were here because our hockey team had to stay here and we were treated so poorly. They would follow the kids around with a security guard, constantly and were completely micro-managed every minute of the day. In addition, they closed down the pool for several hours because of a swim club that was in there, but no one was notified of this closure. As a parent, we all understand our supervision but this was so over the top and uncomfortable, it was disturbing. You all made our stay very nerve wracking and has now given us a bad taste in our mouths with the Marriott brand. Also, football playoffs occured during our stay and the Broncos were playing. You have three beautiful big screens in the bar however, we were not allowed to turn up the TVs AT ALL due to Marriott's policy on sound? And I'm not talking about a little vowel, no vowel - set at zero. This is so crazy. If you don't want sports teams in your hotel, please don't advertise to do so. You will be happy to know, you will not get our Teams business again.
I stayed here for four nights for work and had a fantastic experience! The hotel is in a great location, conveniently close to one of our complexes. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the room was spotless. I appreciated the abundance of towels, and the room offered a lovely view. The staff went above and beyond for some personal requests when I realized I had forgotten a few items for my trip, they were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Room service was prompt and efficient. Breakfast was simple but good, and we also enjoyed a buffet one evening, which was excellent. Overall, a wonderful stay! I would definitely return.
