The Vib by Best Western Denver RiNo consistently receives positive feedback for its cleanliness, modern design, and friendly staff. While praised for its convenient location within the vibrant RiNo Arts District, some guests have raised concerns about parking difficulties, inconsistent service, and limited amenities compared to the price point.
The hotel is very modern. Staff was very friendly when we checked in, during the stay and after. I forgot to check before booking if there was breakfast, there is breakfast and a small market to get items (of course paid). During check in the assistant manager was training a new associate, he was detailed and went over everything. The second interaction, was during the day, the shower was luke warm and luckily there were able to fix it for the remainder of the stay. ? Parking was a little confusing, at check in we were told it was $20, which is correct, or free street parking if you can find it. On the last night, we called down to the front desk to see if we needed to go to the kiosk at the parking garage and we were told we didn't need to, it would be added onto our stay. But he also mentioned because of our status with BW, parking would be waived. We did not care for the location of the hotel but can see why others love the location. Coffee bar, wish it was open later, however, coffee is great!
My husband and I stayed here for a Valentine’s Day weekend. They are absolutely the best hotel in the rhino district in downtown Denver. My room by surprise was decorated when I got back to get ready for our valentine dinner.. I have never felt more appreciated not only by my husband but an establishment that took the time to make our stay so extraordinary. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so very special. Absolutely the best hotel and I would 100% recommend as well as I would return for our downtown stays.
I stay here when I am in Denver for work and it is Awesome! The Beds are so comfortable and the shades on the windows black out the room so you can sleep great. The desk space with electric kettle is so nice for reading and writing or computer work and tea drinking. The staff is always very friendly and the rooms are clean. Highly recommend this place for business trips especially.
It's a very nice hotel; the room was beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The location is excellent, close to many great places, bars, and nightclubs. The only downside was the parking; it's terrible. If you can't find a space in front of the hotel, you have to pay for the hotel's private parking, and they charge you for everything, and it's very expensive. We bought a bottle of water that cost $7, and the room for one night cost us more than $200.
Love staying at this hotel! I stay here often for work and it's always sparkling clean, and everyone that works there is extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is great, close to the highway, close to downtown, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, Natural Grocers right on the corner if you need groceries. Lovely view of the city from the south-facing rooms. Beds and pillows are very comfortable! I always feel at home here.
Our cheer team stayed at this hotel for Colorado State Spirit and it was perfect. Just down the street so we could to the event quickly without lots of time in traffic. The breakfast and coffee were excellent. Easy to get to food and entertainment from this location as well. The rooms were large and clean, and even with 9 teenagers, rooms were quiet.
If you’re heading to Denver and not staying at the V?b Hotel, please rethink your life choices. From the moment I walked in, the place looked so clean and stylish I briefly wondered if I’d accidentally wandered into a magazine photoshoot. The staff greeted me like I was a long-lost relative they were actually happy to see—which, let’s be honest, never happens at most hotels. My room was spotless and modern, with just the right amount of “cool” without trying too hard. The bed? Let’s just say it was so comfortable I considered asking if I could buy one and strap it to the roof of my car. The amenities were great, the vibes were immaculate, and the location couldn’t be better. Everything I needed was within walking distance, including good food, entertainment, and probably a couple places where I could’ve gotten into trouble if I wasn’t trying to behave. Special shout-out to the staff—they’re absolute rockstars. Friendly, helpful, and clearly powered by some combination of caffeine and pure positivity.
My boyfriend and I loved staying here for the night during our trip to Colorado, wonderful room and a great coffee shop in the lobby. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially when we had gotten into a hit and run in a parking garage. The manager and the front desk staff helped us as much as they could and I couldn’t be more grateful! Would love to stay here again if we came back to Denver.
This hotel has gone so far downhill this year alone. Everything is a scammy upcharge, staff has a ZERO willingness to help or treat you like a paying customer, but hey - at least the rooms are nice! Simply asking for help with connecting rooms is a chore for their staff, asking to PAY to upgrade my room so I can get a connecting room is a chore, you would think with how they try to charge $50 for one hour of early check in they would jump at the opportunity to take more money. I booked through Expedia but have done this exact thing in the past with them - now they can't assist with a third party reservation. I then go through expedia that calls the hotel and a staff tells them I can call to see if I can upgrade - which they just said they can't. We have used this hotel many times for Redrocks concerts, in groups, with multiple other rooms being booked by friends to catch BusParty that picked up around the corner. Now that BusParty has moved their pick up location we will be finding a new hotel for all of our and our friends Redrocks ventures. Edit for the GM - we still have two rooms booked for this Sunday actually. Would be great to discuss our situation and what transpired.
Room was quiet, could control thermostat to keep it cold, room darkening shades, comfy mattress and pillows. The room was clean and modern. Great staff / service. Nice small fitness center. 5 minute walk to Reunion Bakery which is in top 50 restaurants in the country - absolutely amazing. 2 mile walk to downtown (35 minute walk). In the RiNo art district which has a lot of street art and nice restaurants.
