Located in a good location in downtown denver. Staff has always been great. Have stayed in dorms, single room without personal bathroom and in suite which has a personal bathroom. All are priced accordingly. Wouldn't stay in dorms again unless I was on a serious budget as its 6 people to a room. The people I stayed with were all cool just prefer space particularly when asleep. I believe they do have a little lockbox per person so you can store any cash/small valuables. The rooms are small but are also significantly cheaper than a hotel room. Beds are super comfortable aswell.

Totally Recommended! I spent 1 week at the hostel, in a private room and it was perfect for me. A combination of location, quality, facilities and budget-friendly options makes it a valid choice for short & long staying. It's well connected with union station but also a walkable distance from 16th street and the Convention Center. The private room is very large and with a small sink, the shower and restrooms are still outside the room. The common areas are comfortable and the receptionists are very nice and ready to help with anything! They are doing a great job and you can book directly through their website!

A relaxed hostel in an ideal locations for travelers to Denver. I’ve stayed here twice, once solo and again with a partner and it was a good experience both times. The lobby, which includes a coffee shop, is nice and makes it feel like upscale. The rooms and beds are nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. The bathrooms, which are located in the hallways and are shared between guests, are pretty nice. Each is an individual stall, with some that are just showers and others with a sink and toilet. There’s a small library room and a spacious kitchen/dining area. There’s staff are friendly and helpful, and they offer luggage storage. It’s more subdued than most hostels I’ve been to and doesn’t have a strong communal feel, but it is a good value and a pretty comfortable option if you’re traveling to Denver on a budget.

They have a history of more than 100 years! Stayed here for 5 nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful. On the first night my room was noisy. Melissa, Chris, and the general manager helped me change to a quiet room. Very close to many museums, and EVO at a few blocks away has quality bike rentals. Their front Desk QR code of parking will lead you to the 1115 Acoma Lot. But on Google map, 1115 Acoma St is a building. The 1115 Acoma Lot is actually 124 W 12th Ave, Denver, CO 80204. Just across the street to the 1115 Acoma Lot, you can find the 1120 Acoma Lot, which is actually closer to the hostel. Make sure that you drive into the the correct lot that you have booked/pay for the correct lot that you've driven into. The lots have big signs at their entrances indicating whether it's 1115 or 1120. The 50% off coupon code provided by the hostel can be redeemed at both lots. As of Mar 2026, 12h parking with coupon is $4.95, and 24h is $11.95.

I highly recommend anyone staying in Denver with a large group to stay here - we had a truly wonderful experience! ? We were a large group of 40 + of students & faculty and we were very impressed with the amazing service of the hotel staff. They made booking a large group a very seamless process, and the rooms were very nice. The hotel is lovely, and the main floor lobby is charming - the coffee bar was great & the adjacent room we rented for our large group to have breakfast was very helpful to us. It is very close to the Denver Art Museum as well. I highly recommend & we will be planning to stay again the next time we visit Denver. ?

i don’t have high expectations with hostels, i do realize the affordability with the hostel world. chris at the front desk was very receptive, kind, & patient: i had a nice great experience at this hostel. bus routes around the corner and access to local shops, book stores, coffee shops, and restaurants in capital hill. the aesthetic and atmosphere in the hostel is fantastic. loved the art mushroom ? in the main lobby.

Please do not listen to any positive reviews. My college dorm is 100 times more comfortable than staying here. I genuinely felt that I was sleeping in a jail cell. Unless you need a place to sleep for ONE non-weekend night, I do not recommend staying here. Bathrooms were disgusting and all they had was handsoap as shampoo! Nightlife outside was so loud that I couldn't sleep until the club closed and earplugs did nothing! I couldn't stand it anymore and had to book somewhere else and they even refused to refund my reservation through Expedia, only offering a small room upgrade. Will NEVER stay here ever again if I revisit Denver. Definitely not worth 380 dollars for 4 nights...

I had a great stay at this hostel. The location is perfect and it is super close to all the main spots and plenty of restaurants. The room was very clean and the bathroom looked freshly polished. They provided shampoo, soap, and three towels. I really loved my stay and would absolutely rate it a 10 out of 10.

Perfect and affordable. Nice staff, especially Cristobal! The night shift guy was nice, too. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean. The set up with a bathroom outside of the room is inconvenient but it’s what keeps cost down, and honestly it’s never too much trouble. Central location and nicely decorated. Would definitely come back.

I recently stayed at 11th Avenue Hostel in Denver and had a great experience, especially with the private room I booked. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Temple nightclub, making it perfect for a night out. The hostel features a cozy coffee shop that serves up delicious brews, which was a nice touch for starting my day. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for a quick stay. The atmosphere in the hostel was friendly and welcoming, with a mix of travelers that added to the vibrant vibe. Overall, 11th Avenue Hostel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet enjoyable stay in Denver. I’d definitely return for my next visit!
