Unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing. As soon as you enter the property, there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke. During our stay, one of the guests was also smoking directly in front of the elevator and using a newspaper as an ashtray, which added to the unpleasant first impression. The room itself had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. Most concerning, after removing the duvet covers, we discovered crumbs underneath the covers. We had to request a room change at around 11 PM, which was extremely inconvenient and unsettling, especially when cleanliness and fresh bedding are basic expectations of a hotel stay. The shower door would not close properly and had to be wedged shut to prevent water from spilling onto the floor. The toilet continuously ran, and the vinyl flooring was visibly bulging. The overall condition of the room suggested a lack of proper maintenance. To make matters worse, there was a dog barking throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep and further adding to an already unpleasant stay. The building is clearly showing its age, which would be understandable, but the upkeep appears to be below an acceptable standard. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the food at the Famille restaurant was good, and the surrounding area is very nice. With better housekeeping, maintenance, noise control, and attention to the overall condition of the property, this could be a much more pleasant place to stay.

Great location with a movie theater next door. Friendly staff that checked us in at night. Mediocre room and service. Bed was comfy but the room felt "fake fancy". Retro fridge and expresso machine at your disposal. No microwave. Fitness center was good, decent equipment with no upkeep. Treadmills and bikes were super squeaky and loud to operate. They have a restaurant on the main floor, no free breakfast provided. In the end, I felt I would have had a better experience at a hotel half the price. "Fake Fancy" keeps coming to mind when I think about my experience.

Absolutely loved staying here! The room was spacious and modern, location was wonderful for my trip, and everything you need is in walking distance or a short drive away! Would love to stay here again if I come back to Denver.

Lovely hotel and the staff was super helpful. All the charming details (retro fridge in our room and highland cow art in the elevator are just a few) and comfortable rooms made our trip memorable. I would highly recommend!

Very pretty hotel for solo or couples travelers not for families with kids. No breakfast included and the restaurant is very expensive. We went there for a stay to play hockey tournament and it was not ideal for families. The rooms are as beautiful as they are not practical - no closet, no dresser, flat sink that doesn't drain so your toothpaste spit stays there. (Why can't they think about these things instead of just thinking of the way it looks!?) The front desk staff never said hello unless you said it first. The lobby is small and not inviting for people to hang out. If I was traveling for work or just with my my husband it would be ok but with my family I wouldn't go back. The location is nice.

We stayed for the first time at the Origin Hotel in Westminster, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Westminster is a developing area - there are already some solid food options here, but we hope that within a few years, it becomes a much more vibrant area. The Origin Hotel will be ready when that happens!

Clean room with comfy beds and a beautiful view of the mountains in the back out the window! Worth the little extra for the Mountain View rooms. Front desk was very accommodating and friendly throughout my stay and made me feel welcome and were genuine about it. Aaron at the front desk is very professional and relatable, which is hard to find lately. Would stay again just on how nice he is.

Well kept hotel. Liked the tall ceilings and tastefully decorated rooms. We took advantage of the complimentary bikes, too. Friendly and helpful team members. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Would 100% stay again.

In my experiences this is a very upscale hotel that I never knew existed. A relative acquired information on this room and this was the first time we had ever been there. The room was ultra clean, the hotel grounds were immaculate, and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. To know that this was basically off of 88th Avenue in Westminster was awesome, and the price of the room on a holiday weekend was excellent! Very nice place to relax and unwind.

I specifically chose this hotel and booked through the AMEX Travel website so I could earn points for the stay. During the reservation process, I added my AMEX card. I also completed online check-in through the link sent to my email and again entered my AMEX as the card for the stay. When I arrived, I was told a $200 hold was required for incidentals. I asked if I could use a different card for the incidental hold (for tracking purposes) while keeping the AMEX as the card charged for the room itself. I was explicitly told that was fine and confirmed that the room would still be charged to my AMEX. At checkout, I requested a receipt and discovered the entire stay had been charged to the incidental card instead — meaning I earned no AMEX points. The only reason I selected this property, and booked it through AMEX Travel, was to earn those points. Had I known that wouldn’t happen, I would have stayed at a different hotel closer to my family and the places I was visiting. Additionally, I asked at check-in whether there was a microwave in the room. I was told there were no microwaves anywhere on property. I even asked if there was one accessible anywhere in the building, as I had picked up food on my way in, and was told no. At checkout, a different front desk employee told me that information was incorrect. Because of what I was told initially, I avoided bringing leftovers back to the hotel during my entire stay. When I raised these concerns at checkout, they were largely brushed off. Unfortunately, the misinformation and the failure to charge the correct card significantly impacted my experience. I would not choose to stay here again, and this experience has made me hesitant to stay within the Wyndham brand in the future.
