I specifically chose this hotel and booked through the AMEX Travel website so I could earn points for the stay. During the reservation process, I added my AMEX card. I also completed online check-in through the link sent to my email and again entered my AMEX as the card for the stay. When I arrived, I was told a $200 hold was required for incidentals. I asked if I could use a different card for the incidental hold (for tracking purposes) while keeping the AMEX as the card charged for the room itself. I was explicitly told that was fine and confirmed that the room would still be charged to my AMEX. At checkout, I requested a receipt and discovered the entire stay had been charged to the incidental card instead — meaning I earned no AMEX points. The only reason I selected this property, and booked it through AMEX Travel, was to earn those points. Had I known that wouldn’t happen, I would have stayed at a different hotel closer to my family and the places I was visiting. Additionally, I asked at check-in whether there was a microwave in the room. I was told there were no microwaves anywhere on property. I even asked if there was one accessible anywhere in the building, as I had picked up food on my way in, and was told no. At checkout, a different front desk employee told me that information was incorrect. Because of what I was told initially, I avoided bringing leftovers back to the hotel during my entire stay. When I raised these concerns at checkout, they were largely brushed off. Unfortunately, the misinformation and the failure to charge the correct card significantly impacted my experience. I would not choose to stay here again, and this experience has made me hesitant to stay within the Wyndham brand in the future.

We had such an unpleasant experience at this hotel. The last time we stayed, our room was never cleaned — not once. We even asked the front desk if they could at least bring us fresh towels, and they never did. The room was never serviced during our stay, but we chose not to complain at the time. This time, my boyfriend paid for two additional nights. On the very first morning, we were woken up early by phone calls from the lobby that completely disrupted our sleep and made us extremely uncomfortable. I had to personally call the lobby to remind them that we had already scheduled and paid for an extra night. As guests, it should not be our responsibility to remind staff to do basic hotel duties — keeping rooms clean, knowing the reservation schedule, and not disturbing guests when their stay is paid and confirmed. These are simple, standard expectations at any hotel. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing.

??The rooms are very nice, clean, well- priced, and the location is desirable! ? Parking may pose issues for some? There's only a handful of parking behind the hotel, the rest is a (very) little further in the "overflow"/ additional parking. This wasn't an issue for us as it's still an easy walk, but may present issues for others so figured it is noteworthy. ???There are EV Charge stations as well! The shower heads aren't like waterfall as you may expect, it's high pressured ?with no adjustment capabilities? A little hiccup with our reservation after we asked for modifications, but the front desk was able to fix it shortly after notification. ?The gentleman the assisted my husband with correcting the problem, which in turn actually required them to deactivate our keys. However, the guy was so nice he explained the correction and even offered to bring up the new keys to our room. ? My family enjoyed this stay and would return! Highly recommend!

Great location, great staff, great stay. I loved our hotel room, the black out curtains. The only thing I did not like was the TV was lagging and would kick us out and the shower and sink drain would never fully drain. Aside from that, would definitely book again.

We celebrated my father's 90th birthday at Origin Hotel Westminster during the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was a blast!! And the BIGGEST SHOUTOUT to Hayley Houk for helping with details and surprises for our rooms and the most wonderful celebration at Famille Restaurant at the hotel. And another HUGE SHOUTOUT to Chef for making the MOST DELICIOUS and beautiful cake we have ever had, not to mention the food and drinks were delicious (REALLY enjoyed our Thanksgiving Dinner at Famille, and Breakfast)!!! It was AHHHHHMAZING and PERFECTION!!!! Hayley provided the best care and attention during our stay. Again...wonderful touches to our room where we all gathered! I can not express enough how important this event was and how Hayley, Chef and the entire staff treated us with such impeccable service, professionalism and kindness. They all went above and beyond what we expected! We have always loved staying at Origin Westminster...now, we love it even more!!!!!! They treated us like family! Thank you!!!! Sara was incredible Im answering questions about the options and amenities before I committed to staying. The restaurant on location was top notch service with delicious options. I splurged and had both the Bison and the NY Strip, with a recommended Cabernet and a Malbec. The single bed room I had was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, heheh tge blinds were drawn it was blackout dark allow me to sleep. The shower and bathroom was also spacious and classy. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall awesome experience. Nelson at the front desk was awesome- very friendly and personable, give this man a raise! We stayed for 3 nights and had no issues. Room was very nice, we liked the automatic lights and the room was HUGE. The location was perfect for hiking and downtown activities, good view of the mountains and right next to the movies and a coffee shop. Could have been a little cleaner, the towels looked a little dirty and the shower could have been cleaned more.

My Husband and I came to this hotel expecting the best experience. Once I entered the room the bed was made and it looked like the room was cleaned but it wasn’t. The counter tops were dirty, the tables had crumbs , the showers and the sink in the bathroom were dirty. The walls in my room had stains like if someone had thrown a drink on the wall. I checked my bed and my sheets had stains, there was another stain that looked like a bed bug was killed. Took the sheets off the bed and took a look at the mattress and it was even stained yellow. The bed frame also has a nail, and in that instant I was paranoid. I had never experienced anything like this before. Got my room changed three times and checked the sheets and the mattress in the other rooms and they were all stained or had little blood stains. I went to speak to the front desk and let them know about the issue but the person at the front told me “it might just be a make up stain.” That was not a make up stain at all. At that point i spoke to husband and we both decided to leave the hotel. Went ahead and booked another stay at another hotel that was much more cleaner.

Spent the night here for a work trip and loved it! The room was clean, spacious, stylish and practical! They have steamer for clothing and a Nespresso machine in the room. A ceiling fan too! Location was perfect, close to food options and entertainment as well. I had breakfast in the restaurant and it was fresh and delicious. I stay in hotels very often and this one surpassed most! The staff were helpful and friendly as well! Excellent experience over all :)

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Amenities were great and staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and beds/pillows are comfortable. We slept so well and will stay here every time we’re in Denver!
