I stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center for four nights. Overall, the hotel was acceptable, but there were enough issues that I can’t really give it more than three stars. The biggest problem was the noise. I specifically had a corner room, which you would normally expect to be one of the quieter locations. Instead, right outside my door there were large ventilation grilles for the hallway HVAC system. The airflow and mechanical noise were noticeable inside the room, including at night, and it actually woke me up. It took me a while to figure out where the noise was coming from. Once I saw the ventilation setup outside the room, it made sense. For a hotel, where being able to sleep comfortably is one of the most basic expectations, this was easily the most disappointing part of the stay. Housekeeping also missed a few details. For example, there was still a Polo Ralph Lauren XXL clothing-size sticker stuck to the wall in my room. Obviously, that is not a major problem by itself, but it does make you question how closely the room was inspected between guests. Breakfast was okay but very repetitive. There was an omelet available consistently, which was good, but the meat options were usually some type of turkey or chicken patties. During the entire stay I only remember getting regular cooked sausage once, and that was considerably better. Coffee, juice and fruit were available, so the basic complimentary breakfast expectations were met. One morning at around 10:00 AM I went downstairs specifically to get coffee. There were three large coffee dispensers set up with cups, cream and sugar, but all three coffee containers were completely empty. It is a small issue, but having three empty coffee dispensers at the same time in the morning is something the staff should notice and refill. I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and initially had concerns about late checkout. When I later asked the front desk to extend checkout from 11:00 AM to noon, they said it was no problem. I then asked if 12:30 PM would also be possible, and they agreed immediately and reprogrammed my key. I appreciated that and want to give the front desk credit for handling that request easily. The location in downtown Denver is convenient, especially if you need to be near the Convention Center. The hotel provided the basic things I needed, and there were no major operational problems with the stay. However, the HVAC noise outside the room was a significant issue, the breakfast could use more variety, coffee service should be monitored better, and housekeeping should pay closer attention to details. Overall, this was a decent but very average stay. There were some positives, especially the accommodating late checkout, but the noise alone would make me think twice about staying in the same room location again.

Stayed here to take my 2 handicapped parents to a baseball game at Coors Field. One parent in a wheelchair, one parent with a traumatic brain injury. Came back after the game at 1130 at night to a parking lot full sign. Night manager was absolutely worthless and could not have cared less that their handicapped guest had no where to park. I suggested to the manager that warning a customer that requested a handicap accessible room that parking was an issue and she could not have cared any less. We were told to park somewhere else. We were refused a refund, after paying 450$ for two rooms and 2x 100$ incidentals, because we prepaid for the rooms. We paid for the rooms in advance with Hilton directly and paid using a Hilton American Express. We were told to call a corporate number (that was closed) if we wanted a refund. After circling downtown on a Friday night for an hour we finally found a pay to park lot about 2 blocks away. Buyer beware! Be ready to walk! Don't expect parking at this location! DO NOT STAY HERE! Night manager should have some training with customer service. Will never spend a single dollar with Hilton again. Definently NOT ADA friendly.

I stay here every year for FanExpo Denver because it's a great home base for the convention center and downtown. This year, my room wasn't ready at check-in, but the staff quickly moved me to another room so I could get settled. Other years, I've had the room ready really early in day, not that I expect that every time, sometimes you just get lucky. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the views are gorgeous. Housekeeping has been a little hit-or-miss on scheduled days from visit to visit, but when they do come, they're quick and efficient. The staff is always kind, and the walkable location near Target, CVS, and plenty of restaurants keeps me coming back.

Great downtown location. Overall a good value, although I can see why it's usually a bit cheaper than other hotels in the area. The water temperature in my shower was absolutely bipolar. I tend to like taking hotter showers and the water would alternate between lukewarm and borderline scalding every few minutes, which was annoying. Daily breakfast is a bit basic, but serviceable. Hot items include scrambled eggs, some sort of meat (sausage links/bacon/etc.) and potatoes. The elevators require tapping your hotel keycard on a card reader to go to the guest floors, but the reader is terrible and has the sensitivity of a doorknob.

I stayed in the Hotel for three nights in April 2026. Here is my honest review. I will go into some of the comments here: Firstly, the big elephant in the room, yes the 64$ per Night for the Parking are way overpriced. Though unfortunately, all the other parking spots in that area have horrible reviews, so it's basically the only option. Also it wasn't really clear during booking, but that might be more a failure by booking.com than from the Hotel itself. At least the valet staff was friendly and quick. Some people here complained that the area the Hotel is in, is kinda sketchy, and that's somewhat true. There are a lot of homeless people. But honestly I can't blame the Hotel for that. That's the case in nearly every major western city today and is more failure of the policy makers! Blame them! Next, some people complained about the cleanliness of the rooms. I have to say when I arrived my room was totally clean, no complaints there! But unfortunately, it wasn't cleaned again during my stay. At some point I asked the cleaning staff why that was the case and they couldn't answer, only spoke Spanish. At least the reception desk called me quickly and asked if a wanted to have the room cleaned. But it was already after 5pm, should've been done earlier! Otherwise the staff was friendly, the breakfast was pretty standard, the bad was nice and big and the shower was really good. If you have something to do in downtown Denver and don't need a car, it's a good place to stay for the price. Though there is some room to grow!

I had a wonderful stay here! As a frequent business traveler, I value quality, excellent customer service, free of charge breakfast, and easy access to area events. This is a nice hotel. Comfortable beds, consistent HVAC, lots of restaurants and activities within a short walking distance. I would stay here again.

We stayed in a king size room with sofa. Three people slept comfortably on the bed and one on the couch. It had an almost full size fridge, sink, dishes, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom was small but not too small. Their breakfast was great with lots of options. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip in Denver celebrating my sister’s birthday. I want to start by saying that the hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to most of the activities that we did over the weekend, which was nice because the parking rate is a little high at $64 a day. We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided each morning. I feel like they were good options available. The rooms were nice. There was a good size refrigerator and a microwave. I did feel like they were a little narrow, but that’s OK. I saw comments about the sheets, being dingy or worn, but in the case of out of room that wasn’t our experience. The one thing I will say is that when I went to use the body wash in the shower the holder in which the body wash sits in was not clean and probably needs to be cleaned ASAP. Also, the shower water in our room, unfortunately didn’t get that hot at all. However, What made this Stay, the most special and memorable was the beautiful young lady at the front desk, who I believe was name named Trinity! When we arrived, she checked the sand and was asking us where we were in town and I let her know about my sister’s birthday. She was so excited as if it were her own or as if she was celebrating with us and gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. But more importantly, she’s surprised my sister with a birthday basket of some goodies and a card in the room. Honestly, I just thought that that was so thoughtful and we are so grateful to her for creating that beautiful memory not only for us before our younger sister! So thank you again, Trinity so much?????? All in all, We had a great stay and we will definitely be back!

The parking here is absolutely horrible. I told the valet i would park my truck, then he informed me my truck was too big for their parking lot, but it wasn't before? Second, I had to park 3 blocks away with no place at the hotel to offload my luggage because I wasn't using valet parking. $30 a night for parking and it expires at 5am and they will fine you if it expires.

Got there 10 minutes before check in and they wanted to charge me 50 dollars for an early check in. Not to mention the 64 dollars overnight parking fee. Rooms are average. For the room price + the parking fee you can find better.
