The rooms are fine and everything, great place. Just wanted to give big ups to the warm green chili at the breakfast buffet. This is Da Bomb. I feel as though the Mayor of Flavortown himself, Guy Fieri would approve. I am going to have breakfast tacos every morning with loads and loads of green chili. I’m also going to the Goose concert tonight at Red Rocks, so that should be fun. Jam On

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House. We were greeted by Vatsi, the front desk agent. He was very kind and polite. He upgraded us to the top floor since we were celebrating my birthday. He also gave us water bottles for the stay. Vatsi is the best! The only problem I found were small stains on the comforter on the bed.

Honestly, started off okay but turned out we were given incorrect information from the front desk that ruined some reservations and plans we had for our trip. Honestly would not stay here again and would go back and book somewhere else if I could. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other hotel, I’m sure you’ll have a better experience.

Very nice hotel for under $200, very nice. Everything was wonderful. Great big shower, comfortable bed loaded kitchen, and just very roomy overall. Not cramped. We had a great view of the city and mountains (the windows were very dirty though, but didn't affect my rating). The only issue we had was the A/C was very lacking. We had it turned down all the way to 60 degrees, on high. And I bet the actual temp in the room was never below 70 degrees. That is fine during the day, but while sleeping that is way too warm. I don't know if it was the floor we were on (18) or just the poor HVAC system but we could have used more cold air. Would stay there again but would need there to be better cold air.

Really good service. Clean rooms. Breakfast was above average for an included meal and the seasoned potatoes were really tasty. Had a nice view from the 16th floor. All the elevators were operational. No real downsides to this place that come to mind.

James at the valet was amazing and extremely helpful for us. He was instrumental to our experience in Denver with his knowledge of local cuisine and events. His customer service was superb to say the least. He was very welcoming and accommodating to us. James undoubtedly needs to be recognized for his positive impact in the experience offered by Hyatt in Denver.

For a premium establishment to lack the capacity to service its guests—or provide a viable, pre-arranged overflow solution—is unacceptable. 2. Exorbitant Pricing vs. Service Value The overnight valet fee is positioned at $70, nearly 50% of the daily room rate. Despite this premium price point, the hotel failed to provide the very convenience the fee is intended to cover, leading to significant distress and loss of personal time. 3. Deceptive Third-Party Integration After the valet refusal, I was directed to "Parking Lot #3." Despite the hotel’s "terms and services" disclaimer, the property is actively endorsing a facility that engages in deceptive billing practices. Specifically: • The lot advertises a 24-hour rate but terminates the session after 11 hours. • This forced a 5:00 AM manual renewal to avoid towing, directly contradicting the hotel’s recommendation of the lot as a "solution." 4. Professional Misconduct When I sought assistance regarding these logistical failures, the valet staff remained dismissive, stating it "was not their problem." This lack of accountability and unprofessional demeanor is a sharp departure from the service standards expected of this franchise. Conclusion Between the two-hour delay, the deceptive third-party parking terms, and the staff's refusal to assist, this was a comprehensive service failure. I strongly advise against utilizing the services at this location. I am requesting a formal review of these practices and a response regarding the hotel's plan for guest restitution. We had a great stay at the Hyatt House Downtown Denver! It was my birthday weekend and planned a trip via the Amtrak to Winter Park. Room was pristine, service was excellent! The view was amazing-Highly recommend ?

Definitely worth the price. The breakfast buffet had some decent choices (no pancakes or waffles), but bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal, bread/bagel type items. Small gym but more than enough to get a work out in. They had a limited Starbucks menu at the bar, nice seating area by a fire place, and valet was very quick. The one opportunity I had to use the pool, it was closed for maintenance, so that was unfortunate. I left an item behind and it's so costly to have it shipped, not worth it. Overall, though, I would stay again.
