the location was so convenient, especially for not having a car and needing quick access to Union Station. Having a full laundry stack was a huge perk for me as well! The space was very clean and the gym was great. I immediately looked into booking this again for my next Denver trip.

We loved this rental for our girls weekend in Denver! We were within walking distance to Union station, shops and restaurants. 2 hour parking is permitted outside the building to load and unload your belongings and parking is available in the building or a short walk away. The space was clean and the essentials were provided.

Loved this place. Great kitchen and living open space. Bed was very spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The instructing for entering building, elevator and room as well as parking on site were very clear. Loved the video! Location was easy to walk to Union Station (stairs are necessary) and 16th street restaurants. 2 downsides to note: the room was very warm and there are no windows in the bedroom.

I gave it a 2 simply bc our family of 5 was shopping in castle rock and they accommodated us fairly quickly. Beds felt like rocks. The virtual front desk assistant. Don't bother with it. I prefer to deal with humans. The showers had a lavender/lemon soap attached to the spout and my son's allergic to lavender. Walls are thin and we were located on the second floor. Didn't mind the train station we knew better but LOUD LOUD LOUD. Not peaceful at all. Parking was a horror. No no no I do not recommend this place

Our apartment flooded and we needed a temporary “home.” The experience with Kasa was amazing. Check-in was easy, extending the stay was easy, the community was very welcoming, and the apartment was homey and comfortable. We loved being able to use the amenities (great gym, free coffee), and having a safe comfortable place for us and our pup. Highly recommended.

We stayed for four nights, and we enjoyed the space. We found our condo to be very quiet--didn't hear any noise from neighbors--and the location was great--walking distance to Union Station, Whole Foods, and restaurants and bars in LoDo and LoHi. The condo itself is nicely (but minimally) decorated, and there are enough towels, bedding, and dishes. Personally, I found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable--nicer quality sheets might have helped--and I'd have loved to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms--if you're sensitive to light when you sleep, bring eye shades. But overall, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others--great value, way more space than a hotel room, fantastic location, and easy online communication/correspondence with KASA (instructions for check-in were super clear with lots of pictures). This was our first time booking with KASA, so we didn't really know what to expect, but we were really happy with our stay.

Perfect all around! I had no issue retrieving my access card and garage pass when I arrived. The instructions seem complex at first, but you just need to pay attention to the code to enter. From there on out the entire stay over 3 days was amazing. I loved how this was a studio apartment instead of a hotel room -- it felt more like a 1-bedroom. Every utensil and supply you might need was stocked. They even had a fold up baby crib in the closet! The bed was amazing and we slept really well in it. The balcony was really nice to have, despite not having much of a view, it was great to get some fresh air. The in-unit laundry was also very convenient so we could wash and dry our clothes if we needed to. I'll admit, the dishwasher was a little confusing and not intuitive to use, but eventually figured it out. The location is also a major plus. It is right next to a nice park that leads down to the river. You can simply walk across the street to enjoy it, or take a jog around like I did. Felt very safe and comfortable even walking to the King Soopers a few blocks away. The other tenants were all nice and friendly. If this was an advertisement to rent an apartment here, it really got me interested!

Great location. Very nice apartment. Lobby is very fragrant. Had ro hold my breath and run. Not great for scent allergies. Has most cooking items if you ect to cook but definitely could use some tongs and baking trays. Would stay again though

If you book Casa Union Station Denver make sure you get an email with pre check in instructions and verification. There was a glitch and we did not receive this email. I was able to complete this info once I got to the property. The property was as described and completely met our expectations. Great location and walkable to Coors Field and Ball Arena. Even Empower if you are able to walk about 25 minutes. Close to Union Station trains. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, clean and safe property in central location. Great Starbucks coffee station on Kasa floor lobby was greatly appreciated. Under ground parking was easy and convenient. Had everything in the apartment that we would need for our stay including laundry pods to do our laundry. Loved our stay and will definitely look for more Kasa properties to stay in future.
