We went for a company party so I can't give it a 5 star as far enjoying the whole hotel. The wait staff was perfect. The restrooms and hotel were very clean. The front desk and valet greeted us very friendly. The food was a delicious high quality buffet. The views were awesome. We won a free nights stay so I'm hoping to change it to a 5 star then.

Went here for a work function and stayed in the fountain creek rooms. Beside that there was old food in the mini fridge (salad) and smelled. The room was very dated. The shower leaked from the room above and came down the wall. No smart tv, had a scrolling menu ( didn’t know those still existed). The room felt very dated and you can hear everything from adjacent rooms with surprising clarity. Bars on site close super early. Room service closes even earlier and they told us to use door dash for food and 3 ordered were rejected due to them saying the complex is too complicated to navigate and no lighting so they won’t come. Had to drive to get our own food and alcohol since they cater to the very old broadmore folks. Just disappointed with the hoopla behind them being a 4 master hotel and all the amenities but is was kinda lame and sad. Definitely won’t be back.

Did a staycation here at Cheyenne Mountain Resort for a weekend and loved it. The views are amazing and the property is beautiful. Rooms were clean, staff was super friendly, and it felt really relaxing without being boring. Great spot if you want to unwind but still be close to everything in Colorado Springs. Would definitely stay here again.

Hot tub for couples is closed as well as the main pool. (For maintenance) The aquatic center is nice, but a lot of children splashing on the slides. Great fitness center, service is very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious. The bar has a wall to wall TV, that would make imax jealous. Football looked live. Courtesy beer at check in from Breckenridge brewery was a treat. Room has a beautiful view of Pikes peak and Colorado Springs. There are hot tubs in the locker rooms at the fitness center, but men&women are separate rooms.

This resort exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was immaculately clean, and every single staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and it was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The wraparound balconies on all sides of the suite offered breathtaking views in every direction, making it feel incredibly special and luxurious. The food was outstanding—every meal was absolutely delicious. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunrise from the hotel restaurant, which was truly unforgettable and the perfect way to start the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and top-tier stay.

Thank you so much Hyatt for providing such beautiful accommodations. A wonderful space with breathtaking views of Cheyenne Mountains. Rooms we're immaculately kept and grounds were amazing. Everything was pristine. Restaurant's menu was delightfully delicious and the bar had world class baristas. We were very happy with our stay and am looking forward to staying there again. Thank you for an above par experience.

Spent our Christmas vacation at the Cheyenne mountain resort and it did not disappoint. The front receptionist Kylie was one of a kind and was over all the best we have ever encountered. The young man Brenden was so helpful from taking our luggage up for us to carting my daughter and I around the resort. The bar was a nice relaxing place to unwind and meet so many different people. Over all this was an amazing place to be!

What a great spot! The views are amazing, the amenities are top notch, we especially enjoyed the multiple pool options! We enjoyed some wonderful family time and cozy relaxation! We are looking forward to the buffet breakfast. Ours breakfast wasn't included with the room, apparently some are.

Definitely will be back for our 3 year and 5 month anniversary, my boyfriend decided to surprise me with an amazing stay for our 3 year anniversary here! We were having little bumps in the road with it being our first time booking a resort! Esmeralda was very helpful and was looking out for our best interest when we had questions very professional and truly made a great first Impression for the resort! We loved the spa both joe and Nova helped us relax and enjoy our 3 year anniversary making it very personal and tailored to what we needed! We also enjoyed our anniversary dinner at elevations the first night there our waitress Cassandra was amazing and helped us with knowing what to order, she was very knowledgeable on the portion sizes and the drinks that were served at the bar! We also had amazing help from housekeeping from them coming to clean the room when we missed them, to great constant communication with amazing response time! We're excited tome back again! Merry Christmas from the Marshalls!

The amenities are amazing. The room was the cleanest hotel room I have stayed in in a very long time. The only con I found is the lighting in the bathroom was too dim, almost like taking a shower by night light and forget trying to put your makeup on in that lighting. A beautiful and amazing resort.
