The Embassy Suites Loveland receives generally positive feedback, particularly highlighting exceptional service from staff like Heather and Kaylee, and a pleasant atmosphere. While cleanliness and breakfast are often praised, recurring issues include parking fees, pool area limitations (lack of a hot tub), and occasional concerns regarding food quality and staff demeanor. Recent reviews note both positive employee interactions and some operational shortcomings.
When we got to the hotel it was very nice on the inside but when we got checked in and settled my kids were playing and not being loud and the front desk was very rude and were very cranky and did not want to help us and the manger was very rude. The customer service here sucks and the employees are acting like they don’t want to be here. the rooms were decent. But, they gave us a spot for the kids to play and then the lady that gave us the spot to play she came over and was very disrespectful and rude. the food was disgusting the waffles were the worst part of it all the elevator are the worst the don’t work i am never staying here again
Hard to find many folks working there, but the ones that were there were great. Rooms are large and the bed was great. It's just a little dated feeling as a hotel decoration from maybe 10 years ago. The breakfast wasn't bad for a hotel. Location is just a few miles off the highway.
This morning I was enjoying a nice breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, juice and coffee. But what really made a difference and set a fantastic tone to my day, was the service I received by Vinnie. He was so attentive to my needs, refilled my juice without hesitation, worked so hard, and the smile shared was contagious. Thank you, Vinnie, for your positive impact on my stay this weekend. They are blessed to have you working at Embassy Loveland!
Easily the best hotel stay that I have ever experienced! The rooms are beautiful, the staff was fantastic, and the free breakfast was definitely worth waking up early and going downstairs for!
After a long day of work and just wanting to grab my food and collapse into bed, I realized I had locked myself out of my room. Tired, frustrated, and ready for the day to be over, I went down to the front desk—and that’s where Heather completely turned my day around. Heather greeted me with the kindest energy and immediately jumped in to help, without hesitation. What could have been a stressful, draining moment became one of the best interactions I’ve had at a hotel front desk. Her warmth, patience, and genuine care lifted my spirits instantly. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people, and that kind of attitude is rare. I’m in and out of a different hotel daily 6 - 9mo out of the yr. Heather is hands down the sweetest and most kind-spirited employee I’ve encountered. Her willingness to help and her positive presence made a real impact on me after a long day. Employees like Heather are the reason guests remember a property—and keep coming back. Management should be incredibly proud to have her. She’s a true gem.
We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving week last week and enjoyed a delicious breakfast each day. We love the evening reception and the cleanliness and beauty of the facility is amazing. We would have liked the pool area to have a hot tub since this is advertised on the webpage and we were saddened that this was not available. Maybe in the future?
I had an issue that was handled poorly. Housekeeping left my door open (not latched/locked) after servicing my room. Luckily nothing was stolen but the room was unlocked for several hours before I returned. I immediately called the front desk and they checked to make sure that no other keys had been issued and said they would notify the onsite manager to address the issue the next day. The manager and maintenance checked the door to make sure it was functioning correctly (it was), and left me a voicemail letting me know that they’d looked into it. I checked out the following day and spoke with the manager on my way out, he reiterated that they’d looked into the issue and the door was functioning correctly. He never apologized and didn’t offer any recompense. For a business in the hospitality industry, it’s surprising that they didn’t apologize (at the very least) or offer anything to make up for their mistake (a goodie bag or coupon to use at their snack bar or dinner service).
Nice Embassy suites! However, the breakfast was subpar and the short order cook was rude. My only other complaint is that housekeeping did come clean the room each day, however on the second day didn't make the bed for some reason, so that was disappointing.
The impecable cleaning service that this company provides starts with the people they hire. I am unsure if our sheets were changed after we left but while we were there the hygienic way they made our stay safe was AMAZING. THANK YOU TO ALL CLEANING AND COOKIMG STAFF!!!!
We had a block of rooms this past weekend for a family member's wedding. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Great location, clean, spacious suites - it was nice to have two queen beds and separate area with sofa sleeper for privacy, comfortable sitting areas near the bar to visit with family, great service, and a full breakfast with delicious omelets. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
