I’ve been living at Sentral for the past couple of months, and it’s easily been one of the best apartments I’ve been a tenant at. Property management is on top of things and super friendly (shout out to Lara). Maintenance is quick (the past two work orders have been completed within 24 hours - shout out to German C.). Other tenants are friendly and want to get to know you, making this place feel like a community. IMO, living here is a luxury experience - other places say they are “luxury” but are actually average or below (eg, Cortland properties). I particularly love the gym. I 10/10 would recommend this place to others considering moving here.

I booked a guest suite while I moved into an apartment here and have been blown away by the staff at the front desks genuinely desire to help. In particular Jason, Jessica, Nic and Liv have been amazing. Making my transition to living here in this beautiful apartment complex as stress-free as possible. What a difference from my old apartment complex that was taken over by Greystar. And Clark the General Manager is a gem, also going way over and beyond to Troubkeshoof my WIFI challenges. If you’re looking for somewhere new to live, look no further.

Beautiful and very clean room (apartment) with awesome city views Joseph at the counter recommended. I let them know we were there for a big milestone celebration. The "Experience Manager" Jessica soon arrived at our door with a lovely handwritten card and a bottle of champagne. It was a great experience and we plan to return for a longer stay.

I lived here for a year and no complaints the leasing staff is amazing, more specifically Garrett!! He gave me my tour and helped with any leasing questions immediately. Since this is a shared hotel they have 24/7 front desk staff and they are the best, Joseph is the man and will miss that guy! He would help with almost everything. Recommend living here for the great amenities (gym) and location!

I’ve had a genuinely great experience with Sentral Union Station so far, from my initial tour through move-in. The leasing and onsite teams have been incredibly responsive and welcoming throughout the process. Lara and Garrett were wonderful to work with during leasing and made the entire experience feel smooth and well-organized. The onsite team has also been very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself was clean, and the building feels safe and well-maintained. The location is incredibly convenient with great connectivity to the downtown area. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience, and I’m really happy with my decision to live here. I would recommend Sentral Union Station to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I've toured Sentral with Lara twice now anticipating my move to Denver early next year. Not only do I love the building, but I love touring with Lara! She's so personable and nice. She always sends me a recap of what we looked at and when asked about amenities, she's sent me personal photos she took so I could see the dog run. I love the amenities and location and who can beat an apartment building that has an elevator directly into Whole Foods?! I hope I'm able to move into Sentral when I'm ready to move to Denver!

Big thank you to Joseph and Conner, however, all the staff we encountered were great. Fabulous location. We loved the convenience of the Whole Foods right below. Wonderful amenities - wish we had more time to enjoy all of them. Felt very safe. Negatives: Please place one extra blanket in the room. We had a situation that someone needed to sleep on couch, but no extra blanket for the couch and front desk could not access extra blankets in the evening (like 8 pm). Definitely will be making this our Denver spot for future trips.

I’ve absolutely loved my time living at Sentral. From day one, the management and staff have gone above and beyond - they’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about creating a great living experience. Whether it’s maintenance requests, package deliveries, or just a warm “hello” in the lobby, the team here makes it feel like home. The location couldn’t be better - close to everything I need but still peaceful when I want downtime. The amenities are a huge bonus: beautiful common spaces, a well-equipped gym, and thoughtfully designed areas that make working from home or relaxing on the weekends effortless. Overall, Sentral has exceeded every expectation I had. It’s rare to find a place that balances luxury, comfort, and community so well, but somehow they’ve nailed it. I’m genuinely grateful for how enjoyable they’ve made my experience here - I’d recommend it to anyone without hesitation!

Highly do not recommend. This was our second stay, 2 years apart. Check in was absolutely terrible both times. This time we arrived at 3:32pm for an early arrival. Check in was 4pm. Upon attempting check in we were told our room wasn’t ready but would be by 4 and he would make sure it was being completed. We patiently waited while the entire management staff showed up to install a new desk top for the reception area. At 4pm we approached the employee helping us again as we needed to still get ready and be at our bus for red rocks by 5pm sharp. He then said it was just wrapping up and the needed another 5-10 minutes at most. 4:15 rolls around and i returned to reception area and spoke to an available employee. She then returned and said it would another 5 minutes for management inspection. Finally at 4:32 we get our rooms keys and rush to our room. Quickly make a room tour and get changed and leave for red rocks. We return and go to bed. Next morning upon going to shower we noticed a large chunk of hair on the shower wall that was never cleaned. We were absolutely disgusted. We both opted not to shower and text there help number immediately. Nearly 1.5 hours later and a couple request for a manager we departed and went to the desk to check out and ask for a manager as one was still not available after 1.5 hours. They emailed the manager on duty and refunded half our stay. The manager couldnt be bothered to step out and even say hi. Two terrible customer service experiences we will opt to stay elsewhere.

Very disappointing stay. We called the front desk for a wine opener and were told they didn’t have one, so I bought one. Later, the host claimed they would’ve provided one — not true. The TV didn’t work, and after refusing to spend time setting it up myself, someone came to fix it and said (in Spanish, thinking I didn’t understand) that I wasn’t capable of fixing it. So disrespectful. The coffee machine had old coffee with mold and a terrible smell. The unit itself is dark, plain, and uninviting. I’d never stay here again.
