The Garden of the Gods Resort and Club consistently receives positive feedback, primarily driven by its stunning location overlooking the iconic Garden of the Gods Park, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional service. While some guests appreciate the amenities and dining options, recurring concerns center around room temperature control and occasional issues with guest room cleanliness.

Read all the recent reviews - way overpriced for the level of service (non-existent) and maintenance of the facilities. The food in the overlook is mediocre at best but still charges $50 a plate. All the hot tubs were out of service, they chain off the only pool with a view well before sunset, and the A/C is spotty. Really disappointed with this hotel for $600 a night. The Broadmor would be a much better pick for about the same cost. I brought up a lot of my concerns with the front desk Phumzile and it's gone completely unaddressed....

Garden of the Gods Resort was modern and very clean. I especially appreciate that all the staff from valet/bell boys to wait staff are clean cut, well groomed, and of a professional appearance of yesteryears. The views in the dining room are amazing. The breakfast has a number of nice choices. They have a large variety of exercise equipment including two Pilates machines. I enjoyed trying out a machine on my own. They have a number of group classes each day. We were quite disappointed the aerial yoga class was canceled. I wish we could have tried that. We stayed in one of their double-room casitas and it had a large grand room. We had tennis private with two different pros, and the indoor courts were much appreciated on the warm days. The stay here was very relaxing and nighttime was quiet which made for good rest.

Thank you to Sara for a wonderful family trip! Your help in planning our week at the resort was terrific. Our three room Casita was perfect with the toddlers and 6 month old. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed. We went swimming and enjoyed both family pools. The food was delicious every time. We had most meals on the premises and loved the view at the restaurant. I’m so happy having my family there for the Fourth of July especially. Everyone at the resort was so helpful! We will be back!!!!

An honest review. My wife and I are currently staying at the garden of the gods. Upon arrival yesterday the A/C was out on our first full day. Out in every single room on the resort. Our room stayed between 78-80 degrees. I have a medical condition where my body cannot regulate temperatures. They did bring me a box fan for our room. It was 95 degrees yesterday. I called every phone number I could find and kept buzzing the front desk; in the end we walked to the front desk for help. Today is our next day here. We ordered breakfast room service last night for 9am this morning and it’s 10am local time. No breakfast. We made plans today so the “no show” breakfast has cost us time. Past 10am still no coffee or food. I’ll keep updating everyone. The views are breathtaking, but the service at garden of the gods is definitely not impressive; especially given the cost to stay at this “resort”. Be sure and view our photos from our first day. This was booked to be our getaway and a relaxing time. Not the case thus far. Our final day: We didn't spend much time at the actual resort, we just chose to explore the area and see all of the sights. In the future, we would stay at another hotel nearby or cabin and just forego the "resort fees". It's all about the scenery in the first place. We just assumed based on the reviews that it would be a very relaxing and luxurious place to stay. Don't let it fool you. I'm just a country boy, so I'm not expecting all of the bells and whistles, but I am expecting cool A/C at a resort.

We truly loved the week we spent at GOTG resort. A special thanks to Lucas at front desk, & Sara at concierge & the ladies that cleaned our suite. Waking up and seeing the mountains & rocks with coffee every morning was fabulous. The room was always clean & comfortable and balcony was great. Food in restaurants and room service was delicious and wait staff were amazing. The grounds crew kept everything tidy & beautiful. We saw mule deer below our balcony everyday, and we even named a few.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Garden of the Gods Resort over Easter weekend. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the experience lived up to the setting. The rooms were incredibly spacious—bigger than my apartment—with nice walk-in showers and some of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. And the views? Truly to die for, overlooking one of the most iconic landscapes in Colorado. We also took part in their Easter brunch, which was excellent. A wide variety of options in the buffet, all well prepared and perfect for a special holiday meal. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—relaxing, scenic, and high quality all around. Definitely a place I’d return to.

Our stay at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club was absolutely incredible. We stayed in a Lodge Club King room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had one of the most stunning views we’ve ever experienced overlooking Garden of the Gods Park. Waking up to the red rock formations and mountains right outside the window felt surreal. We also ate breakfast and dinner at Grand View Restaurant, and every meal was fantastic. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the panoramic views made the entire dining experience unforgettable. Dinner during sunset was especially breathtaking. Between the beautiful accommodations, the exceptional dining, and the unmatched scenery, this was easily one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colorado Springs.

Wonderful experience at the Garden of the Gods Resort! We had a very spacious lodge room with windows looking right at the rock formations of Garden of the Gods. We enjoyed watching the sun come up every morning. Service was exceptional! Especially Sarah at the concierge desk. She was invaluable. Food was very very good. So good that we ate our breakfasts and 2 of 3 dinners at the resort. Have the salmon with crab fried rice. It’s amazing! We didn’t use the spa. The hot tub was a bit of a disappointment. It’s not more than warm and it’s quite small. It was always at capacity when we went to use it. And it was a LONG walk from our room. The biggest issue was HVAC. You don’t get to control your own thermostat in the lodge rooms. We had to keep calling the front desk for adjustments. The room was always too warm for good sleep at night. This is just a bad setup. Overall, Garden of the Gods resort was a wonderful experience. Hot tub and room thermostats kept it from being a 5-star experience all around.

We were scheduled to stay at this hotel from 1/9-1/12. The initial check in was smooth and staff was very kind. We were directed to Rm 114 and the initial impressions of the rooms were spectacular. However after looking over the bed we found some stains and also some specks that upon closer inspection turned out to be bugs which we believed to be bed bugs at the time. We immediately took pictures and video, and notified the front desk and they were able to get us switched to rm 135. We went to inspect the bed after arriving in the room and found more bug activity. We notified the front desk and they sent over their manager Eugene. Eugene came in, checked out our “bug” and flicked it off the bed and audaciously claims “oh they’re just dust mites” He goes on to further minimize our findings with statements like “in my 40 years, we’ve never had a bug issue” This lack of understanding to two guests after a long day of travel was honestly surprising and lacks hospitality. Regardless of what “bugs” they claim to be, no guest wants to jump in bed after a long travel day into a bed with stained sheets and bugs. After two rooms with bugs, we left the hotel to stay at another property across town and Eugene has yet to return any calls regarding any refund of our booking. It’s honestly a shame because it’s such a perfect location and we were looking forward to a relaxing anniversary weekend here but was met such apathy.

?Amazing 19th anniversary stay! The resort is top-notch in every category: views, amenities, and service. Our room was huge and comfortable, and the spa provided one of the best massages of our lives. ?Don't miss the dining: The venison and bread pudding were incredible, and the GOG Old Fashioned is a must-try. Looking forward to coming back for another milestone!
