I travel quite a bit and have stayed at the Westin several times, and I’ve always really enjoyed the service here. The hotel is comfortable, the location is great, and usually the staff is very welcoming. This time around, though, a few of the staff members seemed a little frustrated or overwhelmed, and you could definitely feel it in the service. Nothing terrible happened, but it was noticeably different from my previous stays. I still like this hotel and would stay again. I just hope the service feels a little more like what I’m used to next time.

I was assigned to stay in this hotel for a business meeting and was not disappointed! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had space for myself to work and relax, while also offering a Peloton bike for exercise. Nice view of Downtown Denver and located within walking distance of several restaurants.

We had almost 80 family members from all over the world stay here for our wedding, and it could not have been better! It accommodated us all so comfortably. There are so many spaces to gather and enjoy time together, from the restaurant to the beautiful pool deck. The rooms are large, clean, and overlook beautiful downtown Denver. The staff is incredibly helpful. We couldn’t have made a better choice for our room block.

I was a guest of one of the hotel guests, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from the young lady named Danna at the front desk. Even though I wasn’t the one checking in, she treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine courtesy.She was welcoming, attentive, and always had a warm smile that made me feel truly welcome. When I asked for a recommendation on where to eat, she suggested a great local restaurant, and it ended up being one of the best meals I had during my visit. Her recommendation was spot on! Her positive attitude, local knowledge, and willingness to help made a great impression. thank you, Danna, for making my visit even more enjoyable! ?

Had an amazing stay in downtown! The hotel was perfectly located near Union Station and 16th Street, making it super convenient to explore the city. Using Apple Maps made the experience even smoother — I could easily check nearby public conveniences and get quick directions to my destinations. Whether walking, taking transit, or exploring local spots, it was effortless to navigate and enjoy everything around. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, service was excellent, and I loved the cozy corners that added charm to the place. Highly recommended for a relaxing and well-connected stay!

We recently spent the weekend at this hotel for my wife's birthday. We had mentioned when booking that it was a special occasion and they went all out. Upgrading our room to a premium room with a giant patio and leaving my wife a special note in the room. We had such a great time....this place has the best rooftop pool in the city. Jessa and Abdul at the front desk were so helpful and fun. I know where I'm going next time we do a little staycation in Denver. It's a very cool hotel.

CenturyLink located hotel with nice quiet rooms but I was disappointed by the bathroom cleanliness, floor was not clean (spotty and dusty)and there was even a drug contact lens right in middle of bathroom floor, which means housekeeping didn't clean well. They also charge you a $32 destination fee which includes a $16 meal credit, and a pass to the gym across the street. But if you don't use these it's a lot of money charged automatically. There is no Club room either so your Marriott elite status doesn't give you anything except a free coffee. Nice gym, but pool is tiny, reminds me of pools in Courtyard hotels.

Julia checked me in - had been chatting w her on the app past 2-3 days prior to arrival. Her professionalism and positivity really shines right through. Love the checkin experience with her being at the front desk. 10* (stars). Excellent location in LoDo. 15 mins to heart of RiNo and 15 mins to north of river where there are more shops and restaurants. Union station is right around the corner. The outdoor pool was very nice. Great view of the mountains and the water temperature was right for Spring. One negative: The timer for the hot tub was broken in the room. Should get it fixed.

My stay at the Westin was wonderful overall, and I would enjoy staying again. Rooms were spacious and had great views, even on the lowest floor. Curtains were fully closable, the bathroom was clean and modern and full of amenities. Unlike other modern hotels, getting adequate light at night in the room was not excessively difficult. Great desk space, closet space and standard fridge space was available in addition to an ice bucket. Staff was generally kind in my few interactions with them, with helpful pointers and great service. The amenities were what really distinguished the hotel to me, however. For some, this would probably be provided from the splendid pool and fitness center. For me this came through great spaces in the upper lobby for socializing, the magazine availability pointing me where to go in Denver, and most importantly the plentiful cold water fountains. I hope to visit again sometime!

I just had thee most AMAZING EXPERIENCE with Eric. He was at the bar on the second floor. I came in briefly on a break just to grab something to drink while volunteering downtown. Eric was SOO accommodating and attentive! He treated me like I was staying at the Westin. Excellent customer service. Genuinely nice. Im soo impressed I’ll be booking a staycation!!
