The rooms are nice, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. However, there was no continental breakfast, had to pay $18 parking for each vehicle. If I'm staying at a hotel I expect not to have to pay parking. Honestly, if I wasn't sick of looking through so many hotels in denver, and had my way, I wouldn't have stayed here and wide have gone to the holiday inn in castle rock. It had better reviews, was cheaper, and had free parking.

The rooms were clean, the location was great & overall we really enjoyed our stay. I keep seeing people complain about the lack of a free breakfast, and honestly… if that’s a dealbreaker, you can always pay $50 more a night somewhere else for your “free” breakfast ? We did get two complimentary cookies at check-in, which was a sweet little touch. If I had one suggestion for management, it would be to swap the check-in cookies for a simple free bagel or pastry in the morning. I feel like that would make a lot of people happier, at least give them one less thing to complain about. Although, let’s be honest, I’m sure someone would still find something ? For us, though, the little things didn’t matter. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay, and that’s what counts. If we’re in the Denver area again, I’d happily stay here

Had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree Hilton DTC! The staff was incredibly accommodating from check-in to check-out and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was beyond my expectations - clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. It made for a relaxing stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Excellent service, great accommodations, and a team that truly cares about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel staff was very nice to work with for the couple day conference we had. The rooms are quiet and clean but could use some updating because pieces are getting worn out showing chips, cracks, rust, etc. The views on the top floor are nice. They have both an indoor and an outdoor pool. The location of the hotel isn't great unless you have a car, but this really isn't the hotels fault since judging by the design of the hotel, it predates the surrounding area so give the developers a flick in the ear for not thinking that one through better. If you don't have a car the hotel is a short walk from the light rail but not a lot of food options close by. If you have a car it's conveniently located just off the freeway. And food options are about a mile up the road in any direction.

The rooms are pretty nice, the hallways and the entrey way and lobby is really nice. It looks really fancy. The pool is haven't been to yet but it's not as big as other hotels but had an indoor and outdoor. Indoor is 5ft deep and also pretty open, like anyone walking to their rooms or in the lobby for any various events can see you. The outside pool is nicer and a little more out of the way and also 6ft deep. You have to pay for EVERYTHING else No free breakfast only their $20+ breakfast lunch and dinner menu. Overpriced water coffee snacks absolutely everything. Please bring your own food, they say you can't have food or drink in the common area or they will fine you but you can eat them in your room. No grocery store for 30 minutes, best you can do is a circle K next door or a subway 15 min away. If you want to change the picture settings on your tv, there is a black box behind the TV bolted to it. Remove the power cable and it unlocks the tv. Otherwise the inputs work fine. Edit: They replied to my review 3 days after staying there, I'm not going to follow up with them as I don't see what they can offer me except to pretend they care.

Stayed here for work. Hotel is defientely dated and layout is large and odd. Checked in and found my room didn't have any working cable TV due to a storm the night before. Would have been nice to know beforehand. Had to drag all my stuff back down to the front desk to get a different room, awful after traveling all day. Room was dated with a tub shower (gross), time to renevate. Restaurant is nice, other than that the hotel does not have much to offer. I won't be back.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. However, there was a major issue with billing. I booked two rooms under my name for a coworker and myself, but they mixed up our payments—charging both of us and putting my personal information on her card receipt. To make matters worse, customer service has been completely unreachable to help resolve the dispute. Great on-site team, but the billing and support systems are highly frustrating.

Adequate accommodations near Denver Tech Center. Cool set up. Decent room. Small bathroom. The entire staff was extremely professional and courteous. Shout out to Drew at Check In and Tony at the Bar. Will probably stay here again, but will check with the hotel in advance to ensure there aren’t any large groups staying here at the same time. Throughout our stay, we had to contend with large groups of teenagers wreaking havoc throughout the hotel. Running up and down the stairwells. Slamming doors. Horseplay on/near the elevators. Cursing in the hallways. Loitering and playing hacky sack on the second floor foot bridge. On the second night I was drifting off to sleep only to be awakened by who I presume was a group leader yelling at a group of boys in the atrium below. While this aspect of our stay isn’t the staff’s fault I feel it important to reflect patron behavior on these reviews to inform others about other variables they might have to contend with. Dealing with entitled and inconsiderate patrons is becoming a problem more and more it seems.

Be wary of this hotel. My boyfriend stayed here for a work trip last August and after returning from dinner the first evening, he noticed his work bag was missing from the room. The only people who had been in his room since he left was the cleaning staff. When inquiring about the missing bag, the staff assured him that they saw the bag in the room when they left. The bag however (with confidential work and personal documents) still couldn’t be found anywhere in the room. This was not 1 or 2 items out of the bag, this was the entire bag gone missing. The next morning, management confirmed that no one keyed into the room between the time that the staff left and he returned. The IT guy reviewed camera footage, but the only cameras are in the lobby so it was useless. What seemed like a simple problem to solve quickly started to feel like a set up by this hotel. Overall, management showed an unconcerned attitude and couldn’t answer for how personal property was stolen from a locked room inside their hotel. It is now months later and we still haven’t heard any follow up from them. This place isn’t secure or safe, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here in the future.

This location recently started charging for parking, so be prepared to add additional $18 per night to your stay if you drive or rent a vehicle. The manager did hesitantly offer a free drink at the bar after asking several times if anything could be done to accommodate us for the parking inconvenience which ended up being $36 over two nights.The rest of the staff was very off-putting. Our room was very underwhelming mini fridge didn't keep anything cool. TV did not work at all. Even the cookies tasted different. Definitely will be considering all this next time I'm staying in this area
