I stayed here recently due to unforeseen circumstances, at short notice, and Kaitlyn and Penny were both extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. I had some specific requests that they were able to help me with, and it was a great relief. Very reasonable rate at short notice. As others have said, the location is great, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc. all within walking distance. The hotel itself was very comfortable. Breakfast was a step above the normal hotel continental type breakfast. The room was clean, huge and quiet. I had a corner room on a high floor with beautiful views of the mountains in the distance. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel.

I booked a large 2 room suite and when I arrived they said sorry you can't have the room you booked and paid for. They put us in the smallest room type that they have instead. And we still paid for the bigger room! Parking is also very difficult, they share a small lot with the Target store. The rooms were pretty clean, but we did find an ant and a ladybug in our room. My daughter loved finding the ladybug! But our room was half sized of what I paid for, and they didn't care.

Nice hotel in the middle of a bustling area. Parking is kind of tough at night. Not sure if they have rooms with bath tubs. Should have asked for one to give kids a bath. Shower was nice but seems their water heater thermostat is a little wonky since it was cold in the morning. The water was burning hot. Otherwise, the staff were nice and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty okay. It was free.

Stayed here for a few days on a recent visit. Parking was crowded, but the location itself is very walkable with multiple rail establishments and eateries close by. Room was perfect as was the service! The breakfast was perfect and a huge plus since I like to lounge around in the mornings. I appreciated the security of needing a key card to enter the building or use the elevator. Will definately return!

Great atmosphere and clean rooms, sizable fitness center. Although the door handle to the gym was missing I was able to call the front desk to ask for help getting out of the gym. The front desk has a big selection of snacks as well as a hot breakfast. It would be great if they could offer more Gluten-free options.

We recently stayed at Hyatt House and overall had a great experience. We did encounter a few issues during our stay, but Penny, the Operations Supervisor, handled everything exceptionally well — she responded promptly and addressed our concerns with the respective departments, which we truly appreciated. The location is fantastic — about 20 minutes from downtown Denver, 16 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and around 14 minutes from Golden. The convenience couldn’t be better. Target is just a minute away (perfect for last-minute snacks, water, or milk), and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and stores like Nordstrom and Burlington — ideal if you need something quickly or didn’t check the forecast. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you might need. We stayed in a suite — easily the best choice when traveling with kids. The kitchen setup (fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, pots, glasses, utensils, and even sharp knives) made our stay incredibly convenient. Overall, a great location, clean rooms, and a team that genuinely cares about guests. We’d definitely stay here again

The staff here are really nice. It's probably the best extended stay in the area. Free breakfast free parking. In the same lot as target with wholefoods and Nordstrom rack right across the street. It's location can not be beat. The manager Andra is the best, always helping when I need something. Food is super convenient with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and plenty of shopping as well. The cons are since it's in such a happening place the parking on weekends get a bit hectic but they have a huge lot right next door across the street. Overall it's a 5 out of 5 and my go to place when I visit Denver.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast I have had. Fresh fruit. Plenty of options. Real glass to drink out of and not paper. The food staff was very active and attentive checking the food and constantly cleaning. A shame people cant clean after themselves. Staff was super efficient and friendly.

I stayed here with my boyfriend and our dog, it was a beautiful spot for the hotel. Right next to a super target, plenty of shops and bar/restaurants. The hotel staff was always super friendly and accommodating, our room and the hotel was super clean, super safe and we had plenty to do! We did have a family above us with kiddos that would be sprinting and jumping in their room almost all the time. That’s not on the hotel though, we could have said something but no one wants to be those people. But we also didn’t really mind too much since we know how kids can be and it sounded like they were enjoying themselves lol. It’s also relatively close to other attractions and traffic wasn’t too hectic. 10/10 would stay here again!!

My stay at this property was disappointing. The rooms are tired and could use some TLC. The room was missing half of the window covering, the bathroom counter top was cracked and everything just felt worn out. The environment is noisy with cars rallying through the Target parking garage and thin walls. The breakfast was nothing to look forward to. There are better hotel properties on the west side of Denver. This is a good location for one or two nights if you want to enjoy the Belmar shopping itself otherwise look for a hotel near the Colorado Mills Mall.
