I saw the extremely positive reviews and felt compelled to post a realistic review of this place to help level expectations: it's not bad and it's not great. Positives: 1. Very nice views available from balcony. 2. Staff is very nice. 3. Food in the cantina is 10/10. Honestly, top tier. Negatives: 1. No housekeeping. Google tells me there's daily housekeeping. The cart parked outside the elevator everyday tells me that someone is supposed to do that job. Yet, I saw no one actually tending to the rooms during my stay. Mine certainly wasn't touched. If you're used to having your coffee replenished, this isn't the place. I read something about free water in your room daily and , while that would've been great with the dry climate up here, we did not have this. 2. Room was ok. It definitely could have used a deep clean, but I'd say that of most rooms. It wasn't dirty. Buuut there was leftover hair in the bathroom. 3. Paid parking for guests. I just think that's cheap. 4. Kinda old school tech in the rooms. No streaming platform access on the tvs. They gave local cable if you'd want to browse channels at night.

This hotel could not be better if it tried, and I highly encourage solo travelers to try it out. I stayed for a solo trip for a red rocks concert then some hiking in neighboring towns. Golden was central, and I love a boutique hotel with theming, so Table Mt Inn caught my eye immediately. I booked third party due to a workplace benefit and I was braced for rudeness about that at checkin, but they didn't even mention it. I am so used to the hostility toward third party users I was instantly in a good mood not having to shoulder that bitterness. The balcony rooms are amazing! I watched the sun rise at Red Rocks, then watched it rise again over Table Mt. Super easy to get to the venue from here, the valet was very accommodating of my weird hours. I loved how you still got the small gold town feel while having all the modern conveniences of ibuprofen easily accessible. The staff was so nice and happy to help me plan my adventures. I loved the restaurant inside, it was so convenient and did not isolate me in the bar as a solo traveler. I was a little floored the valet remembered my return times and said "I was just making sure you made it back safe! I would have called if you were more than an hour late to be safe!" It was super walkable for all of Golden, great for a red rocks concert, and perfect base camp for trips to Colorado City, Black Hawk, Estes, and more that I visited. Absolutely loved my stay and will be back!

We loved having our wedding here in December of 2018. We had it in the chapel and then we partied in the ballroom with an adjacent courtyard. The lighting was delicate and romantic. They accommodated every request. We had a fajita bar so guests could choose steak, chicken or vegetarian. Our room was truly lovely and the perfect place to get ready for the day. The bar to the restaurant closes at 10 like most hotels so some people went across the street. We had a lovely brunch the next day with our guests. It’s so easy for people to take an uber from the airport to Golden in 40 minutes. Golden is tranquil and has lovely hiking and a river and playground for kids. It’s my favorite Denver-adjacent spot. All the staff were great!

I'm not a fan of the aesthetics of this hotel but it's in a nice location to get to where I needed to go. I do wish the gaps around the hotel door were smaller because the lights from the hall bled into my room pretty bad. The water pressure and temp was great. Bathroom was clean and in working order. The room was a decent size. The room didn't smell bad. The mattress wasn't the worst I've slept in at a hotel and the pillows weren't the worst either. The staff at the hotel downstairs is nice.

I like to come here often with my friend and or dates. The bartender is ALWAYS in a grumpy mood.. He’s a good multitasker but as far as customer server experience TERRIBLE. Go spend your money elsewhere…

This is more like a motel than a hotel. And for the price, I would definitely look elsewhere unless you absolutely have to stay in Golden. The rooms were old, small, and dated. The food is your typical Tex-Mex, nothing to write home about. I will say the staff was very nice and accommodating it was just a dated "motel".

We stayed at the Table Mountain Inn during the weekend of our daughter's wedding, We shared the hotel with many of our out of town friends and family who we referred there for the event. The groom's parents also hosted a Welcome Dinner the night before the wedding that cost over $8,000. So all told, we dropped a lot of money there. That part of the stay was nice, however, we experienced an unfortunate incident with the valet parking. Shortly after we checked out, we discovered that an envelope containing $700 was missing from our center console. Of course we were shocked because no one had access (the keys) to our vehicle other than the valets at Table Mountain. Upon discovering that the envelope had been pilfered, we called the hotel and spoke to the GM who offered neither reassurances nor apologies. Matter of fact, he told us that the video surveillance in the garage is deleted four or five days after it is recorded, so there was no way for them to verify the incident. The service here was fantastic. We came here late in the evening due to a bad VERBO. They were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The food at the restaurant the morning after was fantastic with great service from the wait staff.

We have had a wonderful stay at the Table Mountain Inn. Upon check in, our reservation was incomplete (through no fault of the staff). The desk clerk, whose name I failed to get (check in the evening of 12/27/2025) was very accommodating and made sure our reservation was properly addressed. We had table service in the cantina, Chris was our server. She was a kind, efficient and accommodating. On the second night of our stay, we had a celebratory dinner in the cantina. Sierra was at our service. She handled our table of 6 with grace and ease. However, not all of the service we received was top notch. Sammy, the front desk, clerk on the evening of 12/28/2025, was unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. Had it not been for our experience with Sammy, I would have given five stars all around.

Had reservations to the restaurant December 27th around 7pm. Opted for the valet since it was free, expecting no issues. Food was great, restaurant itself was great. But when it came time to get my car back after dinner, I was told my headlights were left on and that my battery was dead. So I’m left waiting outside for them to jump it and bring it down for me, only for them to ask if I had my own jumper cables, after more waiting. Thankfully I did and they had a vehicle for me to jump off of. But what a terrible valet experience. If I didn’t have jumper cables, would I be forced to wait longer for a tow truck guy to jump it? Just very unprofessional overall as they just left the headlight switch on “assumed they would automatically turn off.” Feel like they should have their own jumper box for cases like this, especially when it’s their own fault…
