Had a reservation for over 4 months. Booked flights, car rental, and bought lift tickets. Now 3 weeks before we are set to arrive they cancel saying they are not open yet. Unbelievable.

Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! Needed to cancel due to a torn meniscus and they will not refund my money at all!! The cancellation was made 6 weeks prior to arrival. For an exclusive upscale resort you would expect better service communication and compassion. I even suggested a credit for future travel and they wouldn’t agree to that either. It’s like they’re unaware of the value of people’s money we are talking about $800 charge here so….. I guess I was expecting some type of compensation.

More like, KindBrad…my wife and I were just exploring the area to learn more about the development when this Brad fella kindly offered to tell us more about it and point out a few things about the resort. The guy was super chill and generous with his time. Maybe this Kindred place is on the right track.

We booked a stay way back in October 2025 and 3 weeks before my stay, they suddenly notified me that they won't open for my stay what a joke!

Cancelled trip 1 month before leaving. Didn’t offer any sort of reimbursement. If you’re going to pay premium money for a resort, you’d expect much better.

A++ new development project directly adjacent to the River Run Gondola. This place is the definition of ski-in-ski-out. Excited to check it out as soon as it’s finished!
