Unexpectedly had to spend the night in Denver due to weather delays. Renee at the front desk took such good care of us. Made sure we could find the airport shuttle, provided ample toiletries since our luggage was still on the plane, and give us a comfy room for our family of four. Great customer service. Clean, comfortable and friendly accommodations. They even have a basketball court swimming pool and hot tub.

Be sure you get on the correct airport shuttle. The driver only asked which hotel we were going to and never mentioned that there are **two Homewood Suites Airport locations**. We had no idea there were two, being from out of town. Unfortunately, we were dropped off at the wrong Homewood Suites. When we asked if the shuttle could take us to the correct location, the driver refused, saying he wasn't going to. We then called the Homewood Suites where our reservation actually was and were told to go back to the airport to catch another shuttle. At no point did anyone explain that there are two hotels with nearly the same name or advise us to specify the **Airport Road** location. As first-time visitors, how would we have known? In the end, we gave up and paid for an Uber ourselves. A simple question from the shuttle driver—"Which Homewood Suites, Airport Road or the other location?"—could have prevented this entire ordeal. Very disappointing customer service.

The room was quite clean, and the breakfast was of better quality and offered many choices. However, there was always a stale odor in the second-floor hallway where I stayed, and the fridge in the room was loud and constantly made noise. Also, if you are a Hilton Silver member, the front desk might forget to give you your goodie bag.

Renee at the front desk was great. Several of us arrived at one time, all eager to check in and she got everyone checked in quickly while answering several questions. The room, fitness center, and breakfast were all great -- breakfast even included fresh blueberries the day we were there. It was easy to find the rental car return area from the Homewood Suites.

Excellent hotel. Great convenient location close to Denver International Airport and also to restaurants walking distance. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, nice big tv and great AC. Easy parking lot for a charge. Awesome breakfast. Overall great value and facilities are well kept.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in 3 weeks. The first trip I would rate this hotel 5 stars. However, the trip I just had this week changed my opinion of this location. I was treated very well the first time, including getting recognized for being a diamond member on my way to diamond reserved before the end of the year. This time I didn't like some of the interactions I had with the staff. I stay at Hilton properties all over the country and world. I expect a little more from Hilton as I could easily switch to Marriott and spend the money with them. I gave the location 4 stars, as I removed a star due to the differences in my experience within 1 week of each stay. I'm not sure if I would stay here the next time I come to town on business. There are other Hilton properties nearby that may be a better experience. As I said before, if I gave this review 2 weeks ago it would've been 5 stars. In fact, the stay was so pleasant I booked the hotel again for this week's trip even though the Homewood Suites to the South would've been closer for me. If I had the visits reversed I would've booked a different property for the second trip. I hope this helps others as I just tried to give a break down of my experience staying here 12 days in the last 21 days.

Tara made our stay genuinely great. From the moment we checked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. She went out of her way to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that we felt taken care of, not just like another reservation. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with real kindness, but Tara does exactly that. She was thoughtful, proactive, and clearly takes pride in her work. Because of her, our experience felt easy and stress-free. She’s a huge asset to this property and absolutely deserves recognition and advancement. If leadership is paying attention, she’s the kind of team member you want representing your brand.

My 2 weeks I have been here for out of state training here at the hotel has been great. Staff are wonderful, especially Miss Tara at the front desk. Everyone on the staffing is so nice and accommodating. The rooms are great, especially since they are suites, so if you needed to feel a little more at home it the best! Breakfast is made every morning from 6am-9am, which is great for the late risers in the morning, they also offer dinner and drinks on Wednesday nights! I was lucky to have a nice place to stay and watch the Super bowl and not feel like I was in the middle of anyone's business. Thank you for a wonderful stay, definitely will stay here again and recommend to anyone coming into Aurora/Denver area to come here, especially since it's close to Denver International Airport!

We love staying here! The staff are friendly the whole hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. This is our meet up location when the family gets to spend a weekend together and we enjoy spending time hanging out in the hotel after a day of site seeing or shopping.

We stayed here for a few hours before an early departure. After running around late at night due to RTD being shut down at Denver station, being welcomed here by Renee was just what we needed. She was welcoming, warm and very informative / helpful. If there is anything you could do better in your day, it’s to be more like Renee.
