Guests consistently praise the friendly staff, spacious suites, great breakfast options, and the property's proximity to Denver International Airport. Recent reviews also highlight recent renovations, cleanliness, and comfortable bedding. A few guests noted that some guest rooms lack black-out curtains.
Tara made our stay genuinely great. From the moment we checked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. She went out of her way to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that we felt taken care of, not just like another reservation. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with real kindness, but Tara does exactly that. She was thoughtful, proactive, and clearly takes pride in her work. Because of her, our experience felt easy and stress-free. She’s a huge asset to this property and absolutely deserves recognition and advancement. If leadership is paying attention, she’s the kind of team member you want representing your brand.
My 2 weeks I have been here for out of state training here at the hotel has been great. Staff are wonderful, especially Miss Tara at the front desk. Everyone on the staffing is so nice and accommodating. The rooms are great, especially since they are suites, so if you needed to feel a little more at home it the best! Breakfast is made every morning from 6am-9am, which is great for the late risers in the morning, they also offer dinner and drinks on Wednesday nights! I was lucky to have a nice place to stay and watch the Super bowl and not feel like I was in the middle of anyone's business. Thank you for a wonderful stay, definitely will stay here again and recommend to anyone coming into Aurora/Denver area to come here, especially since it's close to Denver International Airport!
We love staying here! The staff are friendly the whole hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. This is our meet up location when the family gets to spend a weekend together and we enjoy spending time hanging out in the hotel after a day of site seeing or shopping.
We stayed here for a few hours before an early departure. After running around late at night due to RTD being shut down at Denver station, being welcomed here by Renee was just what we needed. She was welcoming, warm and very informative / helpful. If there is anything you could do better in your day, it’s to be more like Renee.
Very clean, quiet and great staff. My room window faced south so there was a tiny bit of the occasional truck exhaust noise, but most people would not notice it. Definitely staying here again. Unfortunately though, they started charging for parking like their nearby competition starting in 2026.
Man, I’m not gonna lie — I really liked this place up until today. I’ve been staying here for a little bit, and as a photographer/drone photographer, the location has been great. But this morning completely changed my experience. I was under the impression that breakfast was from 6–9, which is what I heard. I went to grab breakfast before starting my day early, and the two ladies working there spoke to me in a rude, disrespectful tone, telling me it didn’t start until 7. They continued to hackle me, even telling me I “needed to learn how to read.” That alone ruined my entire morning. The front desk didn’t do anything about it either. Because of this, I had to go out and spend money on food when I should’ve been able to grab something and start my day. Some of us actually work early, and it would be nice if breakfast hours matched that or at least came with some basic respect from staff. So unfortunately, this really changed my view of this place. I’ll probably end up staying somewhere else, because I love my breakfast, and I don’t appreciate being talked to like that. Not a good experience at all.
Great place. Local to DEN airport. Restaurants within one block walk. Plenty parking. Suggest to ask for room not facing bright parking lot lights as rooms do not have full light darkening curtains only sheer curtains. Breakfast included and it is just great. Plenty of well prepared choices. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean and recently upgraded. Beds comfortable, linens are crisp. Bathroom and shower clean and Ample hot water and good pressure. Hotel going thru upgrade but well managed, quiet, and did not impact our stay all all.
We only stayed for one night while my parents were passing through town. The room we had was basically a one-bedroom apartment, very nice! My mom works for a resort that also partners with Hilton, so we got a discounted room at a very reasonable price. The continental breakfast was also great, lots of fresh options including breakfast tacos and potatoes. They may be doing some updating, there were some boxes in the hallway and I think I saw an area of floorboards being ripped up.
Way to go HILTON! My daughter is 21 years old on her first solo trip to Denver to look at apartments. Of course there is a flight mishap! Angie (16 yrs at Hilton) walks me *DAD* through all the steps to take car of her. Her friend Ashley is having her birthday on this same day and Angie goes out of her way to get “pumpkin” cupcakes and make them feel at home with an amazing UPGRADE in room! Probably 30 yrs at Hilton brands, and never asking for ANYTHING. This makes the relationship worth it all! My daughter feels safe, loved, and at home. My big hillbilly heart, and belly is warm. Thank you Angie!
