Laura was such an amazing host. She was accommodating and very knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and in a beautiful location. My family enjoyed our vacation in Colorado.

This hotel is a gem. It is clean and modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. While I travel extensively for business, this trip was personal. The hotel is next to the Centennial airport and about 30 mins from DEN. It's quiet and in an area that felt clean and safe. The rooms were stylish and modern. What really impressed me though were the many thoughtful details for business travelers. There were individual and group seating areas everywhere with visible and plentiful outlets. There was even a library style room that could be private for meetings. Someone who understands business travel and how challenging it can be to work in a hotel clearly knew what they were doing. I'd happily stay here again and will definitely recommend this hotel and brand to my colleagues.

Very impressed. The lobby is beautiful and includes a stylish bar that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The boardrooms are spacious and well?equipped for meetings of any size. The location is excellent, with easy access right off I?25. Overall, a great experience.

Had a great stay here. It was quiet and not very busy and the airport is not very loud so I had no problem with it. Everything seemed clean. There's only a couple small things keeping me from giving it a five star and that is the beds are pretty hard and there is no trash bags in your trash cans. Also for the restaurant there is nobody to seat you or be your waitress but I did see a bartender there every once in awhile when I walked by so not sure if he's the one that waits on you or how that process works so I never ate there. Overall it's a clean and quiet place and is probably my go-to when I'm in the Denver area now.

I had such a great time! The food and drinks are great, the bartender is very friendly and kind. The hotel itself is lovely and the customer service is phenomenal, I recommend staying here wholeheartedly!

Very nice rooms! Nice lobby and respectful employees. Always had smiles on their faces :) I would like to give a shout out to Laura! Her customer service skills are FANTASTIC! I needed help MULTIPLE times tonight, and I’m never needy but I needed tons of stuff and kept coming down and she was always more than happy to help! She went more than above and beyond to make sure my stay here at 4-points met all my needs! Always had a smile on her face, and a professional and friendly attitude. Due to employees here, that alone makes me want to come back, because they have a nice and CLEAN hotel, and friendly professional employees that truly make a difference in the hotel industry. I am so very grateful to the staff at four points by Sheraton. I chose this hotel for the location but the overall experience was delightful. Laura's professionalism and knowledge was impeccable. You can really tell she enjoys her job. Thank you again!!

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel from start to finish. I was coming in from Arizona, and from the moment I arrived, Laura and Joanna at the front desk were extremely professional, polite, and well mannered. They made check in smooth and welcoming and were always happy to help with any questions. The food at the Tower Tavern was absolutely delicious, clearly well prepared and full of flavor. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay. The food was great, and the service was exceptional. A special shout out to Danny (the server) , who went above and beyond with outstanding service, friendliness, and attention to detail. Overall, an excellent experience with great staff and fantastic food. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

I had another great stay at this hotel while traveling in from Florida Joanna was wonderful during check in. Very professional, friendly, and welcoming, which made the arrival process smooth and worry free. At checkout, Laura was just as impressive, polite, well mannered, and efficient, leaving a great final impression. Dinner at the Tower Tavern was excellent. The food was delicious, and the service truly stood out thanks to Mateo. He was attentive, friendly, and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff provided outstanding service from beginning to end, paired with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again

I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels, and the Four Points by Sheraton really stood out as one of the best in the area. The hotel had a modern design that was really appealing. What made it even better was the amazing hospitality, especially when Laura went the extra mile to fix some small things that weren’t included in our online reservation. She was so understanding and helpful. I really hope more hotels can offer customer service like Laura did for my family and me today.
