I've been here twice and this is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The service is amazing. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. It's a very comfortable and relaxing place. The food is amazing. The rooms are so nice and clean. I only wish the mini refrigerator was a bit bigger. 10/10 and give the girls at the liquor bar and the breakfast bar a raise ??

We didn’t stay here but came for a convention for the day! Seemed like a nice place! The lobby is huge and the staff is very helpful. Location is right off I25 with a lot of restaurants around! Seems like a good hotel for a just passing through stay!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Shopping and eating within walking distance. Facility is clean and organized and the fitness room is awesome! I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the King suite was much smaller than imagined when I got in the room. Very nice place to stay.

Nice hotel - I came for a convention and the venue is beautiful. The ballroom level is a great space. The bedroom was nice and my floor has a water refill in the ice room which was a nice touch. My only issue is that someone came into my room when I had the do not disturb sign up and was out of the room. I came back to some new towels folded on the toilet. They were not placed where new towels normally are and the rest of the room was untouched which I thought was strange. They came in and did normal room service the next day, as expected. Still wondering why they entered my room the day prior.

I was staying at the delta hotel with two of my friends staying the king bed suite. My friend had went to get ice from the machine and I was in the shower. While I was inside the shower, three homeless people had taken a master key from house keeping and CAME INTO MY ROOM. The hotel staff did in fact give me a 50% discount but I had a ton of cash, designer clothing and bags inside of the room. Not only if I wasn't there I would have lost all of those things but they came into my room when I was NAKED in the SHOWER.

This was a very pleasant surprise. I had sort of anticipated a standard or boring hotel experience, but it was far from that. The whole hotel had great amenities, including an exercise, food, bar, lots of space to be able to sit down and work. Everything was really clean and tidy and parking was a piece of cake.

This is my second year, staying in the area while visiting Orlando and I saw this specific hotel. Had a good deal via the Marriott Bonvoy app. While the location was perfect and had a beautiful view to the mountains and plenty of places to eat and drink I encountered a few issues that would make me not necessarily come back. First, this is a convention center as well, which I did not see while booking . I checked in on a Saturday and parking was difficult as there were some type of dance competition going in the convention center. I tried to check in early however they told me I could not to the hotel being book for the event. When I came back to check in, I was not acknowledge being a member in not until I was seen staring at the Marriott sign. I was not offered the voucher for food that comes included with your reservation by being a member. I reserved an executive king suite and I am not exactly sure what was executive or suite about the room. Their room was small and so was the bathroom. No microwave in the fridge you have to turn it on every two hours. The bed was pretty comfortable. The room was clean. When I come to the bistro downstairs in the lobby, I went for a coffee my first morning and the ladies were pleasant . My drink was done perfectly and I also had a Chia seed fruit yogurt, which was also pretty good. Now the sign in the lobby says they close at noon however I went in about 1130 and there were nobody and the receptionist at the front desk told me that all they might need to change the sign because they usually are gone by 11:30. Their little terrace was nice so I did spend some time there and I had intentions of going to the pool, but I locked it out for not going however I did check it out and it look cleaned in the hot tub was pretty big . Overall, it was the ok stay.

Our stay at Delta in Thornton, Utah was excellent. The check-in experience was outstanding — the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel is in a great location, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The view from our room was beautiful, and the overall hygiene and attention to detail were truly impressive. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again! P. S. wish I could remember the mane of the front desk person. "The front desk can make all the difference — even in a less-than-perfect hotel, the right person at check-in has the power to completely change your perspective."

Delta Hotels Denver Thornton exceeded our expectations, very ample and open lobby. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms very clean, spacious with super comfortable beds. Really quiet even though it’s right next to I25. Restroom was a very good size with enough towels for me and my kids, shampoo, conditioner and body soap was also provided. Good size closet and wide desk for work or leftovers dining ?. Everything was very clean, from the lobby to the rooms. Nice size swimming pool and lounge patio and fully equipped gym. No free breakfast but has a nice little restaurant where you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner. Grab and go food and other snacks and personal hygiene mini market, super cute. Lots of food options close by. Overall we loved it. It would be PERFECT if they had microwaves in the rooms (one available in the lobby’s little store). Next time in town will definitely come back here.

Honestly, no frills, modern rooms, solid cleanliness. Gorgeous new building and cool view of the mountains over the interstate. Shower experience was 10/10. Great pressure and body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lovely towels and really nice sliding glass door layout. Front desk setup is proficient, but if you’re a diva who likes to be worshipped for 100 a night, don’t come here. Don’t let the reviews fool you, this hotel deserves 4 stars.
