3 months agoExcellent value, really nice rooms. My room had a kitchenette. Staff at front desk is EXCELLENT! Update: I have stayed there a couple of times since this review. It gets better each time. The rooms are large and spotless. Nice big flat screen TV's. Front desk staff is the best I've seen, and I travel a lot. I'm always greeted warmly. Dollar for dollar it's an incredible value.

4 months agoI enjoyed everything about it. Other then the air as we slept was so dry, we woke up because it was so dry made it hard to breathe. The heat was nice, has a safe, a walk in shower, a massage head, handle bars, water heated fast, pillows was good, bed was comfortable and it actually had a comforter on it. We'll be back.

6 months agoThis hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the stunning lobby to our gorgeous two queen suite with a balcony and high ceilings. This was the first time I ever took a bunch of photos of a room the second I walked in. Our bathroom was so pretty that I now need to renovate my bathroom at home! Thoughtful amenities (amazing in-room coffee, lovely toiletries, ginger/lemon ice water, a 24 hour cafe with wines and nibbles...) The staff were kind and helpful, the entire hotel was spotless and overwhelmingly beautiful, and I have never slept in a comfier bed in my life. If I ever find myself in Denver again, I will make a beeline to this hotel. Thank you for making our last night of vacation one for the books!

7 months agothe hotel and service was nice and top notch. rooms were clean. however when I parked in the back during my stay and was alone sitting in my vehicle getting stuff ready to go to my room , I noticed a homeless man that was first trying to get into the dumpster , then went behind my vehicle trying to open my back door until he noticed I was sitting in there, then went on through the parking lot checking other cars if they were locked. not even 200 yards next to the hotel are a bunch of homeless hanging out under the bridge which are just not nice to deal with. like I said nothing wrong with the hotel itself i felt safe inside , however not so much in the parking lot

8 months agoIf I could give zero stars, I would. We paid $230 for one night and it was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The label "Premier" is a complete joke. The room was unsanitary and unsafe. The floor was a minefield of trip hazards, with a random extension cord snaking across the room and carpet that was literally coming apart at the seams. The cleanliness was appalling – we found stains on the furniture, mold in the bathroom, and even a sticker from someone else's dessert stuck to our wall. The whole place felt neglected and disgusting. The worst part? When we complained, the hotel's response was to offer us a handful of rewards points. They failed to provide a clean and safe room and then failed to make it right. Save your money and protect your health by staying somewhere else. This location is a stain on the Best Western brand. I have photos to prove every claim.
