This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. After driving 8 hours and being exhausted from a long day, all I wanted to do was check in, get to my room, and rest. Instead, I was met with horrible and extremely unprofessional customer service. The woman working the front desk, Melissa, was giggling throughout the entire check-in process, which was uncomfortable and honestly just weird and unprofessional. I’m checking into a hotel, not interrupting a conversation between friends. At the very least, I expect the person working the front desk to act professionally and make guests feel welcome. It somehow got worse when I got to my room. The FIRST thing I saw was trash on the floor. Then I noticed someone’s plate of food still sitting on the dresser, and BOTH beds were unmade. The room clearly had not been cleaned whatsoever. I genuinely don’t understand how a room in that condition was even considered ready for another guest. When I went back downstairs to tell Melissa, instead of simply apologizing and fixing the situation, she became rude and started speaking to me with a disrespectful tone. She then tried blaming the manager, which made absolutely no sense to me. Regardless of whose mistake it was, YOU are the person at the front desk who checked me into a filthy room. Arguing with me and passing blame instead of apologizing only made the situation worse. Thankfully, I was given another room, but that does not make the experience acceptable. Giving someone a clean room should be the bare minimum at a hotel, not something I should be thankful for after being sent to a room with someone else’s trash, food, and unmade beds. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was ridiculous. Management seriously needs to address how the front desk handles guests because Melissa’s attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here based on the service I received.

The hotel itself is ok not that fancy but I have been ti worst. What makes it get a low rating from me is the fact that they changed their mind suddenly without notice leaving people without a room. This didn’t only happen one time, but it happened twice. We were dumb enough to give them a second chance.. my daughter recently lost her husband very young and unfortunately to suicide everything that she owns is in probate. We’re trying to get her up and going however it has prevent to be very difficult. I’ve paid over the phone with my credit card two times as I am out of town this week suddenly they weren’t allowed to take a credit authorization from me, turning her away and leaving her outside in the heat with her service animal they couldn’t give her a warning or anything. They suddenly said no we can’t take this anymore. Only if you were a business and again they’ve taken it before from me. This happens once before and we thought it was just a miscommunication especially since they took it this time without any problems, but now again here we are again my daughter is out in the heat with her service dog. No explanation just that they don’t do this anymore because it’s not a business. The only thing I can do is say that they’re being very judgmental and discriminatory against her due to the fact that she’s in a hotel. Really there’s no other answer considering that this was OK before never loud never got a complaint. Keep to herself just working hard to try to get back on her feet again only to be mistreated by these employees.

Was pretty solid overall, just breakfast lacking, pool was clean and the joined courtyard was really nice. Rooms were more than adequate. I am not against coming .back again later

This has become my go to stay in Denver. Rooms are always clean, there’s a gym and a pool, and breakfast is your average hotel breakfast (which is fine for me because I’m not really a morning eater). This most recent trip, my daughter and I got in kind of late, after 10pm. We checked in, front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. We went to go up to our room and for some reason the elevator didn’t work right away?? The door would close and then nothing would happen. It was super weird but only happened on that first night there. Will definitely be staying here again and again and again though. Can’t beat the convenience of being near a McDonald’s, Taco Bell and a gas station.

Close to downtown Denver. Good free breakfast. Big room. Comfortable bed. Nice pool. Plenty of parking. My only complaint is that they set off the fire alarm at 2 am and we had to evacuate.

I stayed here during an extremely hot weekend when I desperately needed a comfortable place to cool down and recover, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, beautiful, quiet, and had some of the best air conditioning I've experienced in a hotel. As someone who is very sensitive to heat, that alone made a huge difference. I was also impressed by how quiet the property was. I rarely heard other guests, which made it easy to relax and get quality rest. What really made this stay exceptional, however, was Taysia. I first spoke with Taysia on the phone before I ever arrived at the hotel. She was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and genuinely kind. By the time I arrived, I already felt confident that I had chosen the right place. She was also the person who checked me in and later checked me out, so she was a consistent part of the entire experience from beginning to end. Excellent customer service can completely change how a guest experiences a stay, and Taysia is a perfect example of that. She was professional, friendly, welcoming, and went out of her way to be helpful every time I interacted with her. Employees like her are the reason guests come back. The hotel itself was wonderful, but Taysia deserves special recognition. She made an already great stay memorable. Give that woman a raise. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff is amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable as well! Taysha was the front desk manager during the duration of my stay and she was so incredibly hospitable. Above and beyond for making sure we had everything we needed! Thanks so much! I will be returning soon!!

Excellent value, really nice rooms. My room had a kitchenette. Staff at front desk is EXCELLENT! Update: I have stayed there a couple of times since this review. It gets better each time. The rooms are large and spotless. Nice big flat screen TV's. Front desk staff is the best I've seen, and I travel a lot. I'm always greeted warmly. Dollar for dollar it's an incredible value.

I enjoyed everything about it. Other then the air as we slept was so dry, we woke up because it was so dry made it hard to breathe. The heat was nice, has a safe, a walk in shower, a massage head, handle bars, water heated fast, pillows was good, bed was comfortable and it actually had a comforter on it. We'll be back.
