Terrible location. The road noise at night is absolutely intolerable. Housekeeping is only upon request with prior days notice required. Not very convenient. Room was decent enough. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked great. Sheets were clean, but mattresses looked like they'd been part of a murder scene. Floors, fridge, and furniture were clean enough. Shower had some mold. No bad odors or sketchy folks anywhere, standard breakfast, very helpful staff. They honored my room request.

I stayed at this hotel for only 5 hours 1 night and was charged for 4 full nights (almost $600). I had to check out early because my family member’s surgery was rescheduled and they were unexpectedly released from the nearby hospital. The front desk employee told me I would receive a partial refund for some of the unused nights, but I just received my bill and was charged the full amount. Can NOT recommend this place! I could have stayed at a very nice hotel for 1 night for half that amount… I chose the Comfort Suites only due to their proximity to Denver Health, but I will definitely avoid this chain in the future! It was not worth paying $600 for only 5 hours of sleep AND they lied to me about the partial refund.

I have to admit, I was a little nervous before checking in. When I first arrived, the parking lot was littered with trash, the dumpster enclosure gate was left wide open, the dumpster lid was flipped back with trash spilling out, and there were a few people lingering in the parking lot who didn’t appear to be guests. I arrived about an hour before check-in, so I decided to read the Google reviews, and honestly, they made me even more concerned. Thankfully, my experience once I walked inside was completely different. The lobby was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The three employees at the front desk greeted me with smiles and were friendly, professional, and eager to help. My room was clean and comfortable. As other reviewers have mentioned, the room showed a little wear and tear, but for the price and convenient location, I felt it was a good value. My only real complaint was the very strong air freshener or perfume scent throughout the room. It was a bit overpowering for my taste. Overall, despite my first impression of the exterior, I had a pleasant stay. If the hotel can improve the cleanliness and appearance of the parking lot and dumpster area, it would make a much better first impression because the service and interior were far better than I expected.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I had originally booked our stay thru booking.com works prior to our trip. When we arrived as planned we were told our room was not available tho it was our scheduled check in time. When we did finally get in the room it was absolutely disgusting. The sofa had large stains all over it. The mattress on the bed was also stained as wrll as the blankets. The room was full of left over drops of food and also on the stained mattress was pieces of others hair. It smelled like a dumpster. I had gone down to the front desk and was basically told it is what it is. I again went back down and spoke to a different front desk employees and showed her the pictures I took of the room and she very kindly agreed to see if she can get approval to switch us to a different room. After a bit she stated she had that approval. So here it is now dark, 2 very tired babies and I am moving all our stuff to a new room on a separate floor and that room was doable but definitely not clean and that sofa as well was all stained and gross. We had to be up early for the monster truck show we were going to. The bathtub, which we were told they didn't have rooms with bathtubs only the master suites but whatever. This tub the faucet was hanging off, no plug for the drain. The air conditioning was barely holding on. It was the worse place to stay. I asked for a refund! At checkout I was gaslighted by the front guest gal who literally told me I should just "make do". and I told her absolutely not that I did not pay to stay in a dirty dump. She was a dirty sarcastic unprofessional person herself. I have made so many calls to get a refund and speak to management and all I get is an AL generated system. My recommendation...DO NOT STAY HERE!

Our stay was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we noticed a very uncomfortable situation in the parking lot and did not feel safe leaving our belongings in the area. Unfortunately, during our stay, our rental car window was smashed while parked in the hotel parking lot. What was most upsetting was the lack of support from hotel management. We asked for basic assistance such as a broom or vacuum to help clean the broken glass inside the car, but were met with indifference and no help at all. There was no sense of urgency or care for guests dealing with damage on the property. Breakfast was also very basic and underwhelming, with limited options and no effort to improve the experience. Overall cleanliness was average at best and did not feel well-maintained. For the price and expectations, this stay did not feel safe, supportive, or worth it. I would not choose to stay here again and would recommend others consider alternative accommodations.

I checked in at 4 and didnt check the room, I just bought the room. When i actually came into the room, the window was opened, there was a stain in the carpet, and the lamps were stained. I went to lay in the bed and the blanket was stained with something red. I went down to change the room and the lady at the front desk said it wasn’t possible because we bought the room at 4 and didn’t report anything till later. I just got extra sheets and an extra blanket. I went in the bathroom and the faucet was super loose. The ac panel was broken, the ac worked but the panel was broken. During the whole stay we heard loud music. We didn’t know where it was coming from, so we didn’t report it. Turns out it was the lobby. The place smelled like weed even though it was a no smoking zone and it also smelled like chlorine. Overall the stay was not that great but we stayed because we paid.

Rooms were dirty. There were ants and the worst part. Bed bugs. Their way of dealing with it was some free quarters to do laundry in their facilities with dryers that dont work. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. But I highly recommend you never ever stay here.

I was already in a room and just wanted to extend my stay for another day. The receptionist told me I would have to pay more if I booked directly with the hotel or make another reservation through Booking.com and make another deposit. I don't understand how these hotels only make our lives more difficult. I asked for a receipt for the refund of the other deposit, and the receptionist gave me a piece of paper with no value or proof of refund of my first deposit. Inconvenient procedures and terrible management.

Disgusting rooms first of all. This was our room as we walked in. We went back down to notify the front desk and request a different room. She was on the phone with a personal friend and was unbothered to help us and said they were booked. I explained to her that the room was not fit to be stayed in and she said we could leave but not get our money back even though the room was filthy and we never touched anything in it. She has no knowledge of protocol and was calling her manager on her personal phone. They refused do refund us for this disgusting room. So now I will be calling the health department and filing a formal complaint with the BBB. DO NOT STAY HERE

Quick 1-night stay with free parking, easy check in, and manageable accommodations. The location to the nearby highways are nice but the surrounding area can be viewed as not great. The smell of chlorine from the pool area will be noticeable in the elevators and you will hear your neighbors closing doors.
