about 2 months agoArrived at the hotel around 11:00 pm after a long day of work and traveling. We had reserved a suite and pre-paid for the room. We were given a room and discovered that the suite we reserved and paid for was not the room we were given. When we went back to get the correct room they stated that they gave our room to someone else, and it was up to their discretion to change our room to a standard double bed room. The difference in that price was about $60 per night. The lady up front refused to refund us and refused to take any responsibility for giving our room to someone else. Instead she tried to be sneaky and not even mention she had put us in a room we didn’t reserve. She was just hoping we wouldn’t say anything. And she could get away with it. It is understandable that sometimes mistakes are made but own up to it and take responsibility. We canceled our second night and never heard from a manager after we rest speak to one.

5 months agoCame to town to visit family. The room was big and comfortable very clean. Breakfast was good. Nice friendly staff. The only thing that kept me from giving a five star was the fact I found out I was paying for daily parking when checking out

5 months agoWe choose this hotel because it's close to our son. We were very pleased. The staff was professional and friendly, the rooms were very nice and clean, the pool was a huge plus because it's clean and WARM (not ice cold like so many hotel pools), parking is included, and they have a decent breakfast. We will definitely stay there again.

6 months agoDefinitely did NOT receive a suite room. Nor did this lifetime gold receive a goody bag upon check in. What I did appreciate was their recovery. Nicely handled. Oh, we had late checkout yet the housekeepers still knocked at 9:30. C’mon. That’s dumb. Rooms were clean and quiet. Parking is free. Lots of restaurants and gas stations nearby.

7 months agoStayed here on a cross country trip from Missouri to California. Room was excellent, super nice people working here. Free fitness center and pool, the free morning breakfast has AMAZING options. Parking was ample and overall great location. Would recommend!

8 months agoWe are Bonvoy members and we always enjoy our Marriott stays! Great rooms, beds are comfy and the breakfast had a daily variety. You see everyone working hard and making sure the hotel is in tip top shape! The tub did have a slow frame, but nothing unbearable. We will definitely be back.

8 months agoI’ve stayed at many Marriott properties, and this one really stood out—clean, bright, and inviting. Check-in was easy, though the pre-arrival messages made it sound like there wasn’t a staffed desk. I couldn’t get the mobile key to work, so next time I’ll just check in at the desk. My room on the fourth floor was quiet, spotless, and up-to-date, with a bright modern bathroom. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel—no complaints there—though the plastic utensils were a bit flimsy. Room had coffee and tea, refrigerator and thermostat was easy to read and operate. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d definitely return. Very handy to St Anthony’s hospital.
