Danielle at the front desk was amazing! She was so helpful and informative. Really helped to make my stay the best possible. Rooms are great; lounges and restaurants are terrific; conference rooms are convenient; the customer service is excellent. Will definitely be back!

Incredible stay at the new Hotel Polaris- one of the best hotel experiences/stays we’ve ever had. Everyone on staff was wonderful and the attention to detail in the hotel is amazing and unique. Don’t miss out on a beautiful,comfortable, unique stay at the Polaris. The views, the rooms, the pool, the food, 5 restaurant options- truly one of a kind! Make sure and visit the brand new Airforce Academy visitors center directly next door- it was an amazing experience!

This place… I do not have enough space! The staff were outstanding and really accommodating and provided more than enough service! The coffee shop was great and delicious and the bar “Pamela’s” topped it off!! Jack our bartender and was outstanding and very friendly! We came in with 5 mins till close and he was more than happy to serve us! Made our trip that much more memorable for us!

This is a tough review as there are many aspects of the hotel I enjoyed and were done right. Unfortunately there are some that were not so good and led me to give 4 rather than 5 stars. The rooms are nice and very clean which is the most important factor. Beds are firm but I like that. Front desk staff and virtually everyone we interacted with was very nice. Pool area isn't huge but certainly adequate and the view is insane. Now for the not so good. The main restaurant is just bad. Food was extremely disappointing and due to the hotels location being on the outskirts of the city it isn't easy to go out to eat. I'd actually reconsider a future stay because the food was that bad. The other outlets just seemed under staffed as well. The poor woman at the cafe was on her own, doing her absolute best, but it was hard watching countless managers walk around and she is run off her feet. Obviously if you are going to the Air Force Academy for something it's a no brainer and it is certainly a solid option overall but I hope they can do something about the food and bev and give the cafe some more staff in the morning hours!

I recently stayed at Hotel Polaris and overall had a positive experience. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with a modern, clean design that really stands out. You can tell a lot of thought went into the aesthetics and overall feel of the space. The yard games for the kiddos was awesome. The amenities are well organized, and I appreciated the convenience of the kiosks and text updates that provide information about the hotel and what is available during your stay. That said, the one area that could use improvement is the front desk experience. The staff did not come across as very welcoming or inviting, and it would have been nice to receive a bit more guidance or a warm introduction to the property, especially given how many amenities there are to enjoy. Overall, it is a lovely hotel with great potential, and with a more personable and engaging front desk experience, it would easily elevate the stay even more.

We stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The property is beautiful with gorgeous mountain views. Everything still feels very new. Breakfast at Pamela’s was delicious. We would come back for brunch even if we weren’t staying here. All of the staff were so kind and hospitable. The flight simulator was a blast and such a unique experience. We stayed here as a part of Chase’s The Edit program and felt it was such a great value. We’ll definitely look to stay here anytime we’re in Colorado Springs in the future.

Our stay was last minute because we didn’t get to the pass office on base in time and couldn’t stay on base. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and comfortable, love all of the amenities. We came with our dog and they are very dog friendly, so nice. Oh and the views are amazing too. Would highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, Dion Samuel gave us a private tour that was personal and informative, making the entire experience feel special. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—easily one of the most beautiful and popular destinations we've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The ambiance and attention to detail in every corner of the property were unmatched. The food was exceptional, and the service went above and beyond our expectations. Everything from the staff's warmth to the quality of the dishes was flawless. We felt pampered and well-cared for throughout our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a top-tier experience with luxury, beauty.

We had a great stay! Beautiful hotel with spa, gorgeous Mountain View’s and great food! We had a king room. The bed was too firm for us but everything else about the room was great! Really clean! We booked our trip last minute at the front desk. We had some miscommunication and was charged way more than expected. The night front desk team seemed frustrated and started to get rude with us when we tried to get it resolved, which was disappointing. However, the next morning the wonderful Brittany at the front desk went above and beyond to make everything right. She truly made the rest of our stay amazing. We’re so grateful for her excellent customer service!

Stayed here for a conference, but it was an excellent venue choice! The rooms were very comfortable, and you can’t beat the views! Large and well laid out, especially for several days. The staff was outstanding. Kelsey was friendly & made check-in pleasant and easy. Whenever I asked for an item in my room it was delivered promptly. The rooftop bar (“The Aviator”) was a fun place for drinks, and Jack at the Thunderbird took good care of us. We especially enjoyed the old fashioned selections. I would come back even for personal travel.
