Wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, the bed was clean, the room smelled clean, the bathroom was nice and clean as well. Front desk staff: Kind, professional, well groomed and welcoming. Breakfast Crew: Also kind and helpful; the complimentary breakfast was hot and in my humble opinion, delicious. Scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, a variety of muffins, scones, and bagels, a self-use waffle maker, which was fun for my daughter and me, a variety of juices, oat milk and cows milk, hot coffee and tea. Alejandro in Valet was kind and helpful. Nicole at front desk was welcoming. Nice view in our room. The hotel was quiet, safe, and enjoyable, close to everything downtown in Denver. If we travel to Denver again, this will be our go to spot!

I have such mixed reviews. We stayed here for 2 weeks. A majority of the front desk staff were so friendly and kind as were valet attendants. Breakfast is served daily, it’s supposed to be until 10, I would leave to drop my son off and be back at 0945 and daily they would be cleaning out the food options. The food was hit or miss with quality, and sometimes there were apples or sometimes bananas, nothing consistent. The first 5 days the cereal was Cheerios and labeled gluten free, the other container had lucky charms and was labeled as Chex gluten free. Thank goodness my child knew that it was lucky charms and indeed gluten. The internet was spotty, I was working from the premises the entire time and often had to use my own hotspot. The washing machine for guest use requires quarters, which you have to buy from the front desk with cash. Two times the washer broke during use and I had to bag soaking wet clothes to hand over to maintenance to take to be washed. There is only one washer and dryer. Very disappointing for a long length of stay. Also in the age of technology there are several hotels that laundry is managed with an app, allowing me to pay via app and see how much long is left and if the machines are available. There is a lack of trash receptacles in the hotel. There are none on each floor by the elevator. Myself as well as others on our floor would leave a bag of trash outside of our room daily as we don’t want our room to smell like the food we ate all day/night. On our first full day here we took it down to look for a trash can and the one outside the front doors where people unload their vehicle was overflowing, we noted this multiple days of our stay. Housekeeping were friendly in the halls, they service rooms once every 3 days. Since I was working in the room and I kept the room clean we used the sign on the door to opt to have them come when we were ready. If I saw them in the halls it was easy to get trash bags, towels and cups. One day we requested service and sat in the lobby working all day and they never came by. Keep in mind it’s a refresh, our bed was already made and we keep our room clean, I just wanted a tidy of the bathroom counter, towels etc. I had to reach out to the front desk to ask around 415 for service but it needed to be quick because we were coming back to the room. They were able to oblige and serviced it quickly. The refrigerators are very small and not cold, perhaps an option in some rooms for people with lengthier stays to have a larger refrigerator and freezer options. We couldn’t purchase any frozen items for our lengthy stay with only a small fridge. The location is nice, easy to get to anywhere on campus or to the downtown area, performing arts area etc. several Ubers are often in the area for further driving needs. Over all of we came to Denver for a long stay I might consider staying here but would look at options with better amenities for food and wash. For a short stay it would meet my needs.

We chose the hotel due to its location close to Ball arena. The stay was 5 stars from start to finish. Pleasant, speedy, personal. From valet to continental breakfast I've never been more impressed. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing 3?day stay at SpringHill Suites! The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Jahnic and Heather in the breakfast area were fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and kept everything fresh and spotless. The gravy and chicken apple sausage were delicious! Hudson and Cameron at the front desk were both incredibly helpful and welcoming, making check?in and every interaction smooth and pleasant. Jack and Alejandro from valet were also outstanding — quick, kind, and always professional. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I’d absolutely come back!

Clean and well appointed room. Lots of different areas to lounge in the two floor lobby. The valet only parking is priced kinda steep but you get unlimited in and out privileges. Walkable to downtown was nice. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Wonderful stay all around. Comfortable room with very comfortable beds and the convenience of a pullout bed, great for kids. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and the kitchen staff especially Heather were attentive and kind. The front desk staff especially Sophia were helpful and welcoming. We let them know we were visiting for a family celebration and they generously welcomed us with special treats in our room. Would definitely recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Shortly after checking in, I discovered bed bugs in the room and woke up with multiple bites. I have photos of both the bugs and the bites to prove it. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, instead of showing concern or taking responsibility, they completely dismissed my complaint and even tried to blame me for the situation. This was not only unprofessional but incredibly disrespectful, especially considering the seriousness of a bed bug infestation. Dealing with bed bugs is stressful enough, but the lack of accountability and the poor customer service made the entire experience even worse. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here. A hotel should prioritize cleanliness, safety, and guest care — unfortunately, this place failed on all fronts

Great location, comfy bed, sparkling clean bathroom and fast valet. I hate to take off a star but the breakfast was not on par with the hotel brand. It was quite unpalatable. Would stay here again if attending an event in the area but skip the breakfast.

Just stayed for one night, but room was beautiful, clean, modern, and location was perfect - easy walk to Ball Arena. Especially thankful to Sophie at the front desk who patiently and competently sorted out a booking issue (a confused mistake on my part!) with understanding and kindness.

Great service, clean rooms. I'd stay here again. They held my bag even after I checked out. The location is a bit crazy. Lot's of Streets converge here. Best to Uber or walk from here.
