I had an amazing 3?day stay at SpringHill Suites! The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Jahnic and Heather in the breakfast area were fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and kept everything fresh and spotless. The gravy and chicken apple sausage were delicious! Hudson and Cameron at the front desk were both incredibly helpful and welcoming, making check?in and every interaction smooth and pleasant. Jack and Alejandro from valet were also outstanding — quick, kind, and always professional. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I’d absolutely come back!

Clean and well appointed room. Lots of different areas to lounge in the two floor lobby. The valet only parking is priced kinda steep but you get unlimited in and out privileges. Walkable to downtown was nice. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Wonderful stay all around. Comfortable room with very comfortable beds and the convenience of a pullout bed, great for kids. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and the kitchen staff especially Heather were attentive and kind. The front desk staff especially Sophia were helpful and welcoming. We let them know we were visiting for a family celebration and they generously welcomed us with special treats in our room. Would definitely recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Shortly after checking in, I discovered bed bugs in the room and woke up with multiple bites. I have photos of both the bugs and the bites to prove it. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, instead of showing concern or taking responsibility, they completely dismissed my complaint and even tried to blame me for the situation. This was not only unprofessional but incredibly disrespectful, especially considering the seriousness of a bed bug infestation. Dealing with bed bugs is stressful enough, but the lack of accountability and the poor customer service made the entire experience even worse. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here. A hotel should prioritize cleanliness, safety, and guest care — unfortunately, this place failed on all fronts

Great location, comfy bed, sparkling clean bathroom and fast valet. I hate to take off a star but the breakfast was not on par with the hotel brand. It was quite unpalatable. Would stay here again if attending an event in the area but skip the breakfast.

Just stayed for one night, but room was beautiful, clean, modern, and location was perfect - easy walk to Ball Arena. Especially thankful to Sophie at the front desk who patiently and competently sorted out a booking issue (a confused mistake on my part!) with understanding and kindness.

Great service, clean rooms. I'd stay here again. They held my bag even after I checked out. The location is a bit crazy. Lot's of Streets converge here. Best to Uber or walk from here.

Let’s talk about the service. The entire staff here deserves recognition, but there is one person who completely made my experience memorable. Alejandro, the valet attendant, was truly on another level. The way he greeted me with genuine kindness and a big welcoming smile instantly set the tone for my stay. He handled every interaction as if I were a VIP guest, and kept a great balance of being efficient while also taking the time to make sure I had everything I needed. It is rare these days to find someone who not only takes pride in their role but truly enjoys helping people. Alejandro is the example of that. He remembered my name, noticed small details, and even shared great local recommendations. If you’re lucky enough to have him help you, your day is already off to the best start. Huge shoutout to him for setting the bar so high. The hotel itself is spotless and incredibly modern. My room felt like a mini-sanctuary with a beautiful layout, cozy bed, and thoughtful touches. The living area gave me space to relax and recharge after exploring the city, and the workspace setup was perfect for getting things done. The views of downtown reminded me why Denver is such an exciting city to visit. Everything was clean, fresh, organized, and comfortable. The location could not be better. You are right downtown, close to Ball Arena, Union Station, Larimer Square, and the entire heart of Denver’s food and entertainment scene. I felt like I was minutes from everywhere I wanted to be. Whether you’re here for a concert, a business trip, or just to explore the Mile High City, this spot is prime. Breakfast in the morning was surprisingly great for a complimentary spread. Plenty of choices, well-stocked, and kept clean and inviting. The staff in the dining area worked hard to make sure everyone was taken care of, which I really appreciated considering how busy mornings can get. Overall, SpringHill Suites Denver Downtown exceeded my expectations. You get the reliability of the Marriott brand combined with that personal Colorado warmth that makes you want to come back soon. Rooms, service, food, location, atmosphere… every box was checked. If you are reading reviews trying to decide where to book, go with this place and thank yourself later. Massive appreciation again to Alejandro the valet for his upbeat energy and exceptional service. A great hotel becomes an amazing hotel because of people like him. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next trip to Denver!

Good location, great service and the rooms were clean. No restaurant on site but there is one just outside the door across the valet area. They had pretty good bar food and drinks. The free breakfast wasn’t bad either.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and staff super nice! I wanted to give special recognition to the Breakfast Staff Kris. We were in awe of how hard she worked to keep the breakfast bar stocked and clean.
